No sirven para nada. Son una Bola de idiotas..no compren aqui. Bought a jeep for my son here at this location. The experience was horrible. Waited for a long time to get help...finally picked out a jeep. Paperwork always takes time at auto sales places...but the Paperwork took days. When it came time to go get the plates they misplaced them, another wait yet again..a simple pick of plates. Not only that. The 2 guys that looked like they run the place " not owners" I'm guessing we're a couple. Were in the "office " forever. Doing idk what..very rude when they came out. Like what was I still doing there? Hello I was waiting for my plates. A lady that works there finally found them .

HORRIBLE!! If I could rate zero stars I would. I already pay 800 a month for my car. The transmission went out within 6 months luckily it was under warranty. I had to pay a tow driver 500 to tow my car to their service shop. They told me it was going to take 1-3weeks to repair. I call everyday because bills don t get laid off for 1-3weeks one guy told me that it would be ready today. I get no call claiming so , so i call.. they are now telling me another 1-3weeks. The anger filled within me is insane. These people have no compassion, they don t care about your personal life and they will give you no specific date on when your car will be ready. Very vague. They expect you to just wait and wait around. They don t give you a rental in the meantime or anything . Truly pathetic I wish i never did business with them.

I took my truck almost over three weeks for them to install the air compressor. After one week and no call back for status, as we where told they would, I called myself. They said part was not in yet. Another week passed and I kept calling with no answer as always. Finally I got status back from customer service. They where told part was not in yet. I hung up and went in person. A guy there said my part was in but the technician was too busy. I asked to speak with him and was told he was at lunch,. the next week which is this week I am still waiting for a status call from as I was told a lady at the service center Ms. Pineda. I was told over 3 times she would call me. I have yet to receive the infamous call. I wish I had never done service with tricolor. I hope people learn from my situation.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Air conditioning

Worst place to get your vehicle serviced. Rarely do they answer the phone and when they do they can t given give you a accurate answer on when your vehicle would be ready. Say they would call you back and never do. Even when they say your vehicle would be ready that day they lie. Also the parts that are cover under warranty they tell there not and still charge you for it. When I say the worst place ever it s the worst place ever.

Llevo 6 meses con un carro 2020 y me ha tocado llevarlo 2 veces al servicio t�cnico por motor. Lo m�s il�gico y molesto de esta empresa es que esa garant�a es solo imaginaria. Las veces que he ido me a tocado pagar a mi los arreglos porque precisamente esas piezas no las cubre la garant�a. Por m�s de que me aconsejaron que con ellos no sacara ning�n veh�culo por necesidad me toc� acudir a Tricolor pero si fuera por mi no hubiera cometido ese error. Si quieren sacar un veh�culo en Tricolor pi�nselo unas 10 veces antes de tener una deuda que sinceramente no vale la pena.

Well, in my case, it's terrible, my whole car broke down just 3 months after purchasing it, while it was under warranty, I had to pay for a tow truck to take it to the shop and they told me that it took 3 weeks and that they couldn't lend me a vehicle, so I would lose my job.Bueno en mi caso pesimo todo mi carro se averio a solo 3 meses de comprarlo estando en garantia tube que pagar una grua llevarlo al taller y me dicen que 3 semanas y que no pueden prestarme un vehiculo entonces perdere mi trabajo

Excelente atenci�n y servicio al cliente! Mis 3 primeros carros los compramos aqu� y con ninguno presente inconvenientes! El primero de ellos a�n lo tenemos Buena opci�n para comprar tu veh�culo Lo recomiendo!

The service part is terrible, everything is a lie, so when you go to buy cars, check them carefully, but carefully, because they give you broken ones and then it's your turn to fix them.En la parte del servicio es p�sima,todo es mentira,as� que cuando vayan a comprar autos rev�senlo bien pero bien porque te los dan rotos y despu�s te toca a ti arreglarlos

Worst service I've ever had and I've been to 3 locations and it's the same, the cars don't work and the employees don't help anything, they just wash people down and keep the down payment and the cars don't work.Peor servicio que e tenido e ido a 3 locaciones y es igual los carros no sirven y los empleados no ayudan a nada solo friegan la gente y se quedan con el enganche y los carros no sirven
