Stay away from this body shop!My recent experience at this body shop was nothing short of a disaster. I entrusted them with my car in May to rectify hail damage, as well as issues with the tailgate and back bumper cover. The outcome? An absolute nightmare.1. Shoddy Paintwork: The back bumper cover was painted over with utter disregard for cleanliness, resulting in a surface riddled with dust and imperfections. Rather than addressing dents on the back bumper cover properly, they simply painted over them, leaving an eyesore that's impossible to ignore. The color on the back bumper cover is a glaring mismatch compared to the rest of my car - a testament to their incompetence.2. Hood Havoc: While "fixing" the hood, they managed to ruin the paint and bodywork underneath and now it is rusted.3. Vanishing Parts: The shop's apparent talent for losing parts is astounding. They misplaced the push screw pin clips on the roof headliner, a basic error that is both inconvenient and unacceptable. Adding to their incompetence, they also lost front grill retainer clips and a taillight bolt after replacement.4. Empty Promises: The pinnacle of disappointment is their failure to deliver on their promises. The lost roof molding was supposed to be replaced, but it's been an agonizing 5 months with zero progress despite numerous follow-ups.5. New Nightmare: I want to clarify that I'm not making any accusations here, but as if all this wasn't enough, I discovered a newly introduced problem after their "repair" a distortion in my passenger speaker that was never an issue before.The work performed on my car was not only subpar but utterly atrocious. I don't make harsh statements lightly, but this experience has been beyond disappointing.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Took my truck to get some work on it. David from the body shop took great care of it and kept me updated throughout the process. He was easy to work with and was extremely friendly and upfront. Highly recommend him.

They need help . My brother send his car for repairs . It takes them 5 months to repair the roof and when shield . And they messed up the whole front end . I have a prove .

I had my truck there to get fix for rear ended accident for one month and they called me on Friday that my truck was ready when they where ready to pulled it up they found out that the Catalytic converter Where stoled inside of there gate parking lot they didn't take no responsibility for it.. worst place to take your car they don't care about your car.. only about the money and person that helped me she was amazing but the security is no good... they just leave your car there so part can get stolen my car when in for one thing came out with other never again in my life taking there!!!!!! One Other thing they never called the cops to tell them what happen so if you have a tundra in collision of Dallas go see if your truck still has a catalytic converter !!!!!!! You think your car safe but is not....

Awful communication during the entire body repair process. It was so bad that my insurance company refused to cover any more days of my rental car due to the body shop not responding with any updates. After 7 days of it should be ready tomorrow I am still without a truck. I understand material delays and issues that happen, that s life, but communication and accurate information would go a long way. After calling the body shop twice today, I have been told that I will be called back by the person handling my file . No call back.6/24 Update: THEY made a mistake on my deductible payment when I finally picked up my vehicle, and are now threatening me with collection services to pay the remainder. This is after I went through a week with no rental car due to the delays and had to Uber/use other means of transportation at my expense.

I had a great experience with the Toyota of Dallas collision center. John Vandepas was great to work with and everyone treated me well. My truck came back to me better than it left my care and that scored high in my book. The paint work was flawless on my old truck and matched perfectly. They were even nice enough to pick me up and drop me off from the collision center. The group was very friendly and also followed up on their work via a phone call. I am very happy.

Worst experience I ve ever had. Delay in them submitting a single paper back to the insurance company, caused a delay that cost me over $700. They won t release my car, until their screw up is fixed. It s been 3+ weeks of Robert in the Body Shop promising that he d get it fixed and hadn t made a single move to do so.I do not recommend.

Fantastic service!! Had a collision while out of state and went to get some help. Robert Sierra was a wonderful person that helped us! As we were trying to figure out insurance things, he kept checking on us to make sure we were alright (and even gave us some water). He was able to quickly patch up our damage enough for us to get home. Robert helped me feel very reassured and safe to drive back home. Thank you so much Robert we made it back home safely!!

Worst experience with a repair shop! They never kept me updated on the status of my repairs. I had to call to get updates from them. The process took so long and nothing was handled correctly with two insurance claims until I had to make multiple calls to the insurances to explain the situation. The repair specialist had told me he would handle everything. I called to get an update and I was told me that they had ordered the parts necessary for a repair as they were available. Two weeks later (I had assumed things were moving along) I get a call from an insurance telling me the car was a total loss. I understand that things change, but why would the repair specialist tell me that parts were ordered and everything was good to go. He should have told me that further inspections were needed. I would never recommend this repair shop to anyone!Service: Body & Trim

I have had a horrible first time experience at this place. I have lived in the DFW area all my life and I never experienced a company telling me lies that my car is actually ready and then changing to saying Never mind it s not ready. They have had my car for almost 3 months and all I had was a small dent in the side of my car. A guy named Robert Sierra has told me multiple times sir your car will be ready by the end of the week and when the end of the week comes it s never ready. He even called my phone told me it was pre washed and ready parked out front but then changed and said sorry it was the wrong car it s not yours it s still not ready. They have had my car so long I am running out of rental car coverage funds from my insurance which is at 3k that shows you how long it s been. I will never bring my car to this place again and will let everyone know on all of my social media platforms to warn people to not bring there cars to this location! And I have read some comments of other customers going through the same thing I am so obviously this something they do often!

I would highly recommend this place, especially if you're working with Brandon Frame. I was rear ended last Wednesday, dropped off my Rav4 Hybrid 2020 that Saturday, and then got my car back looking brand spanking new that Thursday. The turn around time was really impressive considering how seamlessly easy the whole process was, including the quality of work.Brandon was super friendly and professional. He continuously kept me updated and in the loop via email and phone. He made sure I knew exactly was going on with the insurance and my vehicle. It was my first time dealing with a collision center and with my car being brand new, it was reassuring to know my car was in great hands. He even called Enterprise for me to make sure I had a ride to the car rental.I also took this time to get my windshield replaced due to a crack I've had growing for more than a month. When my car was returned to me, they even took the time to carefully take off my original toll tag and registration sticker and put it on my new wind shield!TLDR: Definitely trust this place if you're working with Brandon Frame. Quality, transparency, communication, turn around time, and great personality!

Robert at the collision center was outstanding in representing me to Allstate. A woman hit my vehicle and I chose to go to Toyota of Dallas to have the repairs done in network through her insurance. This location has dedicated people to deal with their accounts through the insurance networks I believe. Robert made sure to get all items repaired in a timely manner and went above and beyond my expectations. I might even go as far as to say I am GLAD I was involved in the accident (satire). It was a pleasure working with him. He is a true professional and an expert at what he does. I got my car done up and back within the time estimated by him. Communication was the best I have gotten in this industry. Was quoted work would take two weeks. After two weeks I called to check in, was told it was just finishing up and almost ready. Over the next two weeks I called 7 times and was told the same thing every time, it s just finishing up. Finally two weeks later I called and they said it was ready, I changed my schedule to pick up only to get a call less than an hour before pickup time it was actually not ready. A month later still have not picked up my truck. Can t speak to the quality of their work but would give the customer service zero stars if I could. Seems like they either have no idea what s going on or just don t care. Regardless would highly recommend choosing somewhere else.

I was rear-ended in my 4Runner. This shop made the repair process almost painless. They had an on-site insurance adjuster, all I had to do was drop by, hand them my keys, and pay the deductible after the work was done! The work and service (Tim in particular) was outstanding. I will recommend this shop to anyone and I will use them again - if I need work done in the future.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Plain & Simple: The way that Toyota of Dallas operates is FAR BELOW that of Toyota s standards.My car was stolen & once recovered was sent to Toyota of Dallas to have a key made (it was locked) & have repairs done on June 4th. Initial agent on my case says they are communicating with insurance and sending in pictures for appraisal...after a week of no updates I reach out to find out the pictures haven t been taken and that the member of the service department was no longer with the company.No one from Toyota of Dallas called to inform me and my repairs were delayed nearly 2 weeks. They then had me come in to manually identify what needed to be fixed on my car (after multiple statements between the initial service member as well as my insurance company & the police).When I came to identify what needed to be fixed at Toyota of Dallas Collision Center, I realized that my car had been burglarized (again) AFTER it had arrived at Toyota of Dallas. Over $200 worth of personal items stolen from the car AND the passenger side door was left OPEN resulting in the car battery dying which they then proceeded to charge me to replace!!!When I brought it up, Tim from Toyota of Dallas seemed dumbfounded and said he would speak to his manager about it. They told me it was MY FAULT that I left my belongings in the car and that they are not responsible.They then proceeded to charge me $260 for a new battery. So now I m $460 in the hole for the negligence of this VERY poorly run outfit.62 days & 2 rental cars later... I finally got my car back & first thing I noticed when I got into the car was that my car s power steering seems jacked up.... wonder how they missed that?(Bonus: last time I brought my car into Toyota of Dallas for service in 2019 they drove over a nail and pulled my car back up with a flat tire. Tried to tell me it was like that when I brought it in before finally patching their mistake).Please, please, please take tour business somewhere else.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Body & Trim, Oil change

I had been trying to contact the South Toyota Collision Center for weeks with no luck. Dallas picked up the phone right away and let me bring in my car the next morning. The manager who oversaw the drop-off was also very friendly.

Worst experience ever. Robert has no clue what he is doing and has to regards for anyone s time and money. I dropped off my 2021 Sienna Van for a repair. After two weeks he said that the part hasn t arrived therefore couldn t finish the car. I took my car back and wait for the part to come. Once the part came I dropped off the car again and I was told that it will take 3 or 4 days to finish the job. On 5th day, i called to find out about the status and was told that repair has been done but Robert doesn t have approval from insurance therefore he can t release the car. While, I am writing this review, i haven t seen the car as to how the repair is been completed.

Avoid this place at all cost. To be fair it was only one person that I interacted with but he was a complete crook. He was the guy that handled my case and his name is Keith Hunter. I was rear ended and the other party insurance company accepted full responsibility. I took the car in on a Friday for them to look at it. I called Saturday and Keith told me they cannot get to it until they get approval from insurance company. I told him ok I need my car for the weekend and I'll take it back Monday. He told me that the car has been taken apart so they have to keep it until it's repaired. Crooked act #1The car only take one day to repair and while I was going to pick it up after work so I asked Keith is he can take it toThe service department for an oil change. He called me back and said it was done. I later found out that this was never done. He lied !!! Crooked act #2When I wanted to pick it up Keith said he cannot release my car until he receives the check from the insurance company. The insurance company even sent him a picture of the check and told him was already mailed. Still he would not release it. Crooked act #3So I had no choice but to pay him with a check. He promised me that upon receipt of payment from the insurance company he would mail me a check. He even verified my mailing address. After the insurance company told me that they have paid Collision of Dallas I called them. They told me that they never send a refund check. He lied !! Again!! He is a bad dishonest person who will lie to you with no remorse. Very unethical person.

My car was taken here after an accident and the parts used were all aftermarket, they took for ever to get stuff done and then when said it was done they had missing parts, so I had to go back 3 to 4 times just so they could get those parts put in. The alignment was never repaired, had to go back several times for this, they never replaced the struts and control arms weren't replaced when they needed to be. After repeatedly telling them there was something rattling in the front they didn't do anything, only reason I found out that they needed to be replaced was because I took the car to 3 other mechanics and they all told me the problem. Now I'm having to pay out of pocket to get all the repairs done. The ac pipes were never looked at correctly and that cost has fallen onto me. They do not care for the customer, they simply get the car in and out as fast as possible. Took my car here thinking a toyota collison center would be the best place to get a toyota fixed but I was wrong.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim, Oil change

Needed my rear bumper replaced and painted two weeks later I get my car and there's a two inch gap between body and bumper, asked for the manager and he just started pulling up and down trying to make it level afterwards he had the courage to ask for a 5 star review he said "tell us how great your experience was with us and give us 5 stars or don't give us anything" REALLY!!! I wouldn't trust any 5 start review i see for this Toyota department

Do not come this place. I warn you do not ever.I got hail damages on my car 2018 camey 3000 miles on, and have received service here. Firstly my car went in on Jun 9th and I drove out my car on Aug. 29th..... I had to go there 5 times because they made trouble on my car and so on. (It is not resolved now and I just gave up to repair it because they will make another trouble for sure) Paint chips, broken plastic screws, scratches on screen, scratch on my front and rear bumper, scratch on the rear window, huge scratch under the hood, paint mark on leather seats, and so on. I can t even say more there are a lot. I hope I can upload my pics for the evidence if I can. I even talked to supervisor there but he just said it is not their fault. He pretended to repair everything but he was the worst. If anyone needs pic of my vehicle and how they repaired my car just let me know I will send you all pics how they worked on mine. My car is camry 2018 and 3000 miles on. Brand new before but now... You will be shocked if you see pics. Don t ever go this place. I give one star because there is Tim White who was my coordinator and his attitude and his service is awesome. He is the best guy there but mechanics there.... zero star even waste.

Loved the experience. Lady was very nice, she was very professional. She would always call me when she said she would. Could have not gotten a better associate. She made everything real easy for me. I really recommend Toyota Collision of Dallas.

Received outstanding service! The staff was very knowledgeable. They kept us updated throughout and a great line of communication open while our car was in their care. Would highly recommend :) My husband and I will be back in the future for collision services.

In terms of bodywork they did a good job on my vehicle. However there was a lack of attention to detail. The bumper and fender paint was not a great match, clips where missing, scratches on new paint, cabin lights where not wired properly.The staff itself was very communicative and kept me informed through the whole process.

Worst Experience Ever ! Honestly My Truck Has Been In There For Little More Than 6Months ! Every time I call to check up Robert Tells Me it would be done by the end of the week & Thats a Dam Lie ! This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had with a body shop. I've had better experiences with Comcast. These people are dishonest, shady, & incredibly rude. They had my car 1 week longer than they were supposed to, when I called to check on it, they always claimed it would be ready that day, it never was, and they also never returned my calls to tell me, I always just had to wait for 6pm to roll around to see that nope, of course my car was not finished, even though I was told it would be. This went on for a full week. I got many excuses from the manager (first he was short staffed, then someone was out for a funeral, then someone had to be taken to the hospital, tough week for these guys huh, what a weird coincidence!) THEN when my car finally was ready, the manager told me he knew they screwed up and would compensate me for these issues (i spent a lot of money on cabs this week because of this place so it certainly was warranted) the cost of my deductible, which was $250. I waited about 6 weeks, no check, then when I call to follow up, this manager is magically no longer employed there, and they will not honor it. DO NOT GO HERE- THEY ARE CROOKS.

One of the most pathetic collision center is toyota of dallas. I bought brand new toyota highlander on 31st may 2018 and its hail damage on 6th June 2018 After hail damage i decided to go with toyota of dallas collision center bcz its brand new suv and my insurance was ready to pay and they take almost 25 days to made my car ready and representative was fifi she told me every thing is perfect now and i chkd that big scratches on front bumper than i ask fifi whats this than she said oh we will fix it you can pick up your car in evening of 10th of july than i go again and pickup my car paid my deductible and i was in hurry so i picked up and did not chkd in detail than i went to home and my friend asked me did u fix it from toyota i said yes what happen he said u must be kidding u fix it in 1500 from outside i said no they charge me $11000 than he showed me that 2 dents of hail on front door, painting was dripping in so many spots mechanics made the entire roof dirty with oily hands front door inside was damage roof panels was missing and car was dirty from inside.I again went toyota of dallas collision centre on 11th july and meet with manager david and i was very upset on him and he admit all the mistakes and i asked him to remove the big plate inside that says honesty, satisfied customer service, best place to repair bcz all these bla bla is on plate actually you guys do cheating and he said i will make sure and fix this car under my supervision in 5 days and gave me rent a car after 7 days i called him and inquire about my car that u told me 5 days its week now he said your car will be ready by 18th july i will try my best if not than 19th july for sure i said dont make mess again bcz of hurry to make it ready by 18 take your time 19 is good.On 19th july i called in morning to manager but he was avoiding me not attending call and operator said he will call u back and same thing in afternoon he did not attend call than at 5pm when i shout on ph than he attend the phone and said i did not have time to chk your car i m extremely busy i said u told me 19 july Nd now you are saying i dont have time so he said i worked 15hrs a day o dont have time for your car with very rude voice and wired manner i said u work 15 or 24 hrs its non of my business its your job u mess my car and now miss commitment he said i will not gonna chk u can come and pick up your with misbehaving attitude.I logged the compliant in cooperate of toyota office and they said we will get back to you in 2 days and i am still waiting for my car which is only 180miles driven.Please make sure that you are taking right decision if you are handing over your car to them rethink several times dont take decision by reading only good reviews they distrust you and you will really curse your decision by paying too much and getting nothing.

STAY AWAY from this Toyota on 11480 Anaheim Dr, Dallas TX 75229My Catalytic Converter got stolen from their collision department and the funny part that the manager Ismael told me that they weren t responsible for that and that they were paying for security, but did not bother calling the police to report it.They also stole my leather car key fod cover, how that disappeared I have no idea, because they had the key.

I've never had the need to write reviews, but this Toyota collision center's ridiculously poor service gives me the need to write it for future customers who might consider repairing their cars here.I came here for a bumper collision injury about a month ago. It took about a month for it to be repaired (just the rental car insurance payment amounted to about $400). And I find later after I start using my car the fuel cap is missing. I got the fuel cap, and a few weeks after I find that my left door doesn't open from the inside as they repaired that left rear side. The times I have to go to get the repair made this repair experience the worst. To not only get the car fixed (poor job with space in between my rear and the light) but to go AGAIN to get more problems they made to get fixed? Wow.
