I have to say the gentleman that work at TLC auto shop were amazing and very patient with me. They did everything I asked for and more. I would recommend them to anyone that asks for a reliable auto shop. They were extremely efficient and treated me with kindness. I have been to many auto shops and never received this kind of service. It is always good to call and make an appointment because they can get very busy but so worth it. I will be using TLC Auto Shop from now on and definitely having my family use them as well. Thank you so much!

Was referred to TLC Auto shop by someone and I feel I was granted membership to an exclusive club. These guys do an excellent job and I feel go above and beyond to accommodate their customers and work with people's situations in a straightforward honest way that puts their customers needs as a priority. I will be back for any future issues I have with my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I have my go to place!

Ken is a TRUE Christian man!! My work/family car was in dire need of some serious repairs, and Ken/TLC not only fixed our ONLY vehicle BUT, gave me a workable payment plan!!As a veteran, I can t say enough about his character, concern he has for his clients!! DON T GO ANYWHERE ELSE!! His prices TRULY beat all others!! AMAZING MAN/MECHANIC!!!

I wouldn t take my van anywhere else. I trust their word and their work. I have had several repairs and body work done. Just keeping me up and running and I love the service! They are so close to where I work they pick my vehicle up and bring it back for no extra charge!They have a customer for life right here.Alida S.

TLC Auto has amazing customer service and high quality work. I had previously gone to another shop in the area that quoted me $5,000 in miscellaneous fixes, TLC Auto repaired my car in less than a day and did it for less than $500. I will definitely be utilizing this shop for any future car repairs I may need.

Big job. Ken and Jordan replaced the heater core on my 2008 F150, which requires complete dash and steering column removal. Jordan did it so well that I can't tell the dash was ever touched, except that now my A/C blows colder and the dash is cleaner. Of course the coolant leak stopped and my heater works again too. Ken gave me an estimate before I dropped my truck off and he stuck to it. The prices were better than fair, they were actually less than I expected for a complicated job of this size. The entire process was flawless. Completed ahead of schedule and very affordably. I'm a body shop estimator at Young Chevy and have been in the car repair business for over 45 years. I feel like I am a good judge of who is good and who is merely acceptable, both in price and in workmanship. TLC surpasses both of those and is my go-to for recommendations now.I can't say enough about how straight up these guys are here.Thanks again. I'll be back. - Mike Owens

......had a few issues & took my vehicle there to be looked at. I was informed of a few other issues, but not pressured to do anything. I had the most important things done first & was updated on the progress as they worked. The work was done timely & so far, so good

Great experience. Ken talked through likely issues, then ran the diagnostics, gave me multiple esimates based on the scope of work I wanted tackled. Ken and his crew are absolutely the best auto shop to work with. What I looked for the most from an auto shop is honesty and transparency.I came in for a rear differential damaged by a tow car, and I didn't have proper knowledge of the parts and the process. Ken did not take advantage of that, and he explained clearly of what needs to be done at each step of the repair, and laid out expense ahead of the time so no surprise at the end.The repair went through the insurance, and Ken handled the communication with the insurance company flawlessly.The technician Elaiya was also professional and great to work with. Absolutely five star!I trust Ken and TLC Auto for any repair and maintenance for my cars. Great customer service. Called asking how much to change filter and transmission fluid. States they needed to remove the transmission which isn t true and I corrected him as I told him I had attempted and failed. Then told him I d supply the filter and oil got mad hung up on me. Stay away if you wanna be treated well.

Absolutely the worst place to bring ur automobile !!!!! I had a small water leak on my car they supposedly fixed it I picked it up and didn't make it two miles!!! Now not alonely did they not fix it but they changed me $800 bucks to fix the wrong thing pluad $200 for tow fee's!!! So it goes back to there shop and they say it's fixed again and I make it maybe 3 miles so it's goes back again and tlc says my engine has locked u peven tho I drove it to there shop so days turn into weeks and weeks turn into months long story short I never get my car back !!!

TLC Auto was honest and uprfront about repairs needed. They prioritized what needed to be done immediately and what could wait. After explaining everything in a way that a normal person could understand they quickly did the work and went above and beyond to complete it by a dead line. Very grateful and will be taking all vehicles for repair and maintenance in the future and recommending to all my family and friends! This shop is in a small space, but these guys took very good care of my car. They also give back to their community, look them up in December if you need brakes, they will work on them in exchange for toys to give to less fortunate children for Christmas. Oh and they have a good warranty on their parts and their work. What's not to like. I found them on repair pal, but I have found a mechanic for as long as he is in business.

Ken was great to work with. We discussed the problems I was experiencing with my Van, he told me the process they would go through to determine the cause and the cost of each step. Ken kept me informed as they went through their diagnosis and was able to complete the repairs within the time line he set. There were no surprises when I got the bill. These guys have made it their mission to help people with their business. You won't get a bad feeling at any point working them. They attempt to put themselves in every customer's position and they go out of their way to get you back on the road sooner. Ken is the owner and he really cares about people and knows what he's doing! A good mechanic is hard to find until you go to them. Then the search is all over. Please give them a shot. I'm glad I did!

My car had an issue with the starter and it took them no time to figure out what the problem was. The great thing was that they only had the car for less than 36 hours. That's what I call service, when this was definitely and unplanned service.They worked on my sister's car for brakes. They picked the car up at around 8:30AM and she had her car back by about 3:15PM. No more squeaky brakes and they took her Car Care card for payment.We will definitely be using them whenever we have any issues with our cars. Thanks Ken and company!!!

I absolutely love this company. They have always done an amazing job with my vehicle, are fast, efficient, ethical, and a great value. I am able to conveniently schedule for them to come pick up my car while I am at work and when I am finished, they have it back in time for me to go home.
