These guys did an amazing job on my car! I would highly recommend them. They arrived early and finished before the scheduled time. I am extremely pleased with their work! I'm posting before and after pics as well. Thanks for the awesome work! Also they had the best price out of at least 15 others that I was quoted from. Almost all wanted twice as much or more!

Would 100% recommend! I was quoted over $7000 at another collision center and told half of my car would have to be taken apart, discarded and repurchased. Mario and Alfredo were early, fast and did such a great job. No unnecessary extras. I would definitely use them again!

Five stars all around! Easy estimating and scheduling as well as timely service! They arrived within the 1 hour window as advised but was still apologetic for arriving after the scheduled time. They were very respectful abd efficient. I got additional estimates for my second vehicle as well. I will be using them again! You can see the before and after photos below.

Awesome service! Me and my husband had a scratch on our car and were looking to get it fixed. Official dealership has quoted us an insane price, plus they needed 3 days!and we started looking for options to compare and found Tito s dent and scratch repair service. Hector fixed the scratch in about an hour! Matched the color perfectly and our car looks like brand new. We are so impressed and grateful for the professionalism and can t be more happy with the price too. Thanks!!

You are paying for conveniency. Tito s team did a great job. They were able to get rid of the chip & matched the paint on my bumper. One thing to consider, make sure you have an enclosed garage so the dust doesn t get trapped inside the paint. Nonetheless, I m very happy with the result!

Tito s Dent and Scratch Repair did a great job with my front bumper. They came in on time and got my car done in hour and half. The tech Alfredo did a great job coming taking out my front bumper and putting a new one on. Tito s dent and Scratch repair is also reasonable for there prices. Overall great work. I will for sure be calling up Tito s Dent and Scratch Repair.

I reached out to Tito s based on multiple good reviews on Google and their overall fair pricing for their services. When I originally called, I was told the paint would be a near perfect match which is why I picked Tito s service over other similarly priced businesses in the DFW Area. Hector (the technician) was a bit late arriving to my home but informed me the repairs would take around 2 hours to complete. Once complete, on first glance everything appeared to be great. I was informed to let it sit for at least 6-24 hours before driving. After a few hours, I went to take a look around my bumper and rocker panel and noticed a bit of overspray and some unevenness near an area where I had three larger paint chips. I texted Hector and he informed me he would come by and take a look and address the issues. The next day, he reached out to inform me he was available. This is where my experience went from good to not very good. While Hector did come by and wet sanded, compounded and polished the repair area, he wasn t very receptive to my concerns. He also made a comment saying, this isn t like a Bentley , which felt a bit insulting. He also seemed extremely rushed and when I brought up a concern, rather than listening to me, he just dismissed the issue and began packing up his things. It just left a very sour taste. I tried reaching back out to the main business number regarding some follow up questions (I also reached out to Hector) but my texts seem to not be getting through. Maybe they blocked me?I generally take care of my things, and while my car may not be a Bentley, it shouldn t mean I deserve any less service.If I were to do it again, I d pick a different mobile repair business and try my luck out there.I m happy to discuss with the business owners regarding my experience but it seems that they d rather sweep it under the rug.Update: Just tried calling the main number and it no longer rings which leads me to believe they have blocked me, after taking my money. So, to be clear, because I had a complaint, I am no longer able to reach out to this business? What about the "lifetime warranty" on your work you advertise on your website?Update 2: Owner claims they do not block phone numbers, however when calling the main business line it does not ring. Using another phone, it does ring. Nothing more clear than that regarding blocking a customer.

Had a great experience with Tito s and would highly recommend. Gabi mixed up the dates for my appointment and was very apologetic, rescheduled me for the next day, and even gave me a discount. Very happy with the customer service- scheduling was easy. Price was fair as well. Gabi & Hector are both very professional and got the job done in under an hour in my garage! Now no one has to know I ran into my own garage good as new!

After my vehicle was vandalized, I searched all over for a paint repair business and I m so glad I found Tito s Dent & Pant Repair on Google.Karen walked me through the entire process from start to finish and worked with my busy schedule. She also answered all of my questions via phone and text.The technician Hector was amazing!! He was honest, prompt and professional!He had my vehicle in and out and now it looks back to perfect! You can t even tell that my paint had deep key scratches on it.This local business is the truth!!

Hector did great at fixing 2 deep scratches on my car in just a few hours. The repairs looked like the scratches were never there in the first place. They were able to fit me in their schedule extremely fast and was able to work with me on my repair location. The price was very reasonable compared to other body shops.

I can t say enough about Tito s Dent & Scratch Repair! Hector restored my car to looking brand new again. He seamlessly repaired a deep scratch on my side door for a fraction of the price the dealership quoted. They matchedthe paint perfectly and the repair only took a few hours! To be honest, I was skeptical at first. It seemed too good to be true. Highly rated repair company that comes to you for a reasonable price? I was so pleasantly surprised and pleased with the team and their work, I've been recommending Tito's to everyone I know. Great company, quality work, and doesn't gouge you on price. Highly, highly recommend.

I found Tito s through Google and couldn t be happier with the work. Sent pics, got an estimate, scheduled via text and Hector showed up exactly on time. Even better, he finished in an hour. I can t even tell he made a repair- magic! Great guy and great work! I ll use them again and definitely recommend to anyone!

Made an appointment for a bumper repair and light paint touch up, and the technician arrived on-time, and knocked out the repair in less than 40 minutes. More importantly, he did a fantastic job, and made both damaged areas look brand new. Your repair may take longer, but these folks are efficient and very friendly. He explained to me up front what he would be doing and how long it would take, and he right on the money. I would definitely hire Tito's again.
