Skip and the Titan team are excellent. Very quickly fixed the damage to my car for a price much less than my other bid. My car looks like new again. I highly recommend Titan.Susan H

I had a stressful and pleasing experience. Tony explained how the body work would be done, price, and completion time. The estimate was the only one I got. It all came through as explained with no surprise and a very happy customer. Highly recommend the company.

To say that I am satisfied is an understatement. Everything from the work to the service was beyond comparison. If you are considering taking your vehicle here, seriously stop searching and choose them. I was rear ended and I've already forgotten the car was damaged. I had them paint the roof while they had the car, something I have always wanted done and since they paint, I figured why not ask them to do it while they had it. They gave me an unbelievable deal on the job. It looks like glass it's so pristine! Skip and his son knew exactly how to handle the insurance and rental places for me. They made it to where I didn't have to think about a single part of the job once they were approved to work on the car. They only had the car for a week. I will find every reason to do more business with them. A glowing review was the least I could do.I really appreciate it guys! I know I said it 10 times at the shop but you're a shining example of what service should be.

Ladies!!! Tony is your man!!! I have been everywhere trying to get my Celica fixed after my accident. Maaco and Herbs were trying to over charge me. They gave me outrageous rates thinking I didn't know any better. Tony was a first class gentleman from the start. He let me see all the prices on the computer to prove he had nothing to hide!! He gave me options to fit MY budget and he let me pick my favorite color TEAL!!! The paint guys didn't even take any change from my cup holder! I will never go anywhere else for body work!!! Tony and the guys there are heaven sent!!!

I am a verified, real-life customer who got six different quotes in the Dallas area for repairing the paint on the front bumper of my 2013 Genesis Coupe. I corresponded via email with Skip at Titan. He looked at the photographs of my car and sent me an itemized quote (only one other company of the six sent me an itemized quote--the other four gave me a whole number estimate with no explanation of what they would be doing). Skip also answered all my follow-up questions via email with specific responses. He was incredibly honest, and he didn't price gouge. He ensured that the quality of the work completed with integrity. The downside was this company was the farthest away from where I live out of the six--BUT the price, honesty, quality work, and customer service was well worth that drive. I highly recommend taking your vehicle to Titan Collision and will be referring friends and family to this company. Thank you, Skip and Tony!

I can not express enough how impressed I am with their work. The painter did a magnificent job to match the color of my back bumper. I have a red 2021 Mazda CX-5.I highly recommend this place for any auto body and paint repairs. Ask for Skip, he is very respectful amd reasonable.

I have always had friends and family come here. And had amazing experience with customer service and repairs. My car was hit in a hit in run and my insurance sent me to herbs. But after I was able to I came here first. And have no regrets and will always recommen these guys. It was done it the estimated time given . I had to have my grandmother take me to pick it up and I was running late. I called to inform the shop and TONY answered. And said he would wait for me . And when I arrived he was so kind and amazing he even had my car cleaned. Which I did not expect. So I'm honestly saying dont go to any other shop. These are your guys to go to.

Have a 2012 Hyundai Genesis 3.8 sedan. Had a wreck where my right rear door was completely messed up. Took it to their shop and they fixed it with a very reasonable price. I've been to many mechanics and auto repair shops, this owner is different. You really feel like you've just entered a family strange way to put it but its true. Would give 5 stars but after I left I noticed my windshield had a crack and is now stretched across my windshield.

They were all very friendly and helpful. I needed my dented fender fixed and my widebody fenders painted. Great price and great quality. The paint looks fresh from the factory. Meant to write this review months ago. I bought a little fun car that needed some work. Some of this work was cosmetic and needed to be addressed right away. After reading some reviews decided to pay this shop a visit. Titan Collision and Skip did an amazing job at a very fair price. Timing was a bit off but not an issue at all. They painted the back bumper and matched the Porsche paint fantastically, cant tell at all new paint from existing. I will be coming back to get the whole car resprayed in the next couple of months. Titan and Skip have won a customer for life.Service: Painting

I had my doubts because the price was affordable, similar to Maacco when they have sales. They are way better. I bought an older 2003 Audi TT and the paint was faded and chipped off the top, hood and trunk of the car. Basically didnt want to spend lots of money so figured anything will look nicer than what it looks like now. When I saw my car, I was insanely surprised with the color and paint quality. Now I will put this in perspective, if you look closely there are some what looks like dust particles you can see. Which before we started Tony (owner) pointed out so he set the right expectations which I greatly appreciate. I was ok with it considering the price and when it was completed I cant be happier. He totally transformed my car. In addition to the work and the price Tony is a great guy to work with very honest through the whole process. One thing i hesitate to mention was he also fixed my fender for free! It was so broken I had several zip ties holding it together. I hesitate to say that because I dont know that he will just do free work for everyone but man what a guy!!

I can't say enough good things about Titan, especially Tony and Skip! These guys went out of their way to ensure I got the best price possible for a new part needed, which included calling around multiple places, and got the job done so quickly (but thoroughly). I will without a doubt be going back here for any future car needs or issues, and recommend it to anyone and everyone. While they were extremely professional, they were also very personable and friendly, which made an otherwise unfortunate experience somehow enjoyable.

Tony and Skip are the only people I will use for body and paint work from now on. They are friendly and want what is best for the customer to get to the best price for work (in the metroplex). My husband found Titan Collision online and we decided to use them due to their excellent reviews. They have been so wonderful that I wanted to add my own review. As so many others have pointed out, the customer service is above and beyond. I've used Titan Collision two times this year and both times I've felt extremely well taken care of and, as another reviewer pointed out, like I'm in a small town. I've worked with both Skip and Charley and I felt like they took very good care of me. They were even able to secure a rental for me (which has been difficult in these unprecedented times). In situations where I needed repairs that Titan does not service, they made recommendations. The people they referred me to were also fairly priced and skilled technicians. I highly recommend Titan Collision. I've referred them to friends and I will continue to use them in the future.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I highly recommend Titan! They did a beautiful job on repair and painting. You would never know work was done and my car color is not common and had pin stripes. They finished the work earlier than promised and the cost was within estimate. Everyone there was friendly and their level of service was excellent. They have a great reputation with my insurance company and car rental. They worked well together and I hardly had to do anything. I hope to never need their service again but I am very willing and happy to recommend them. You and your vehicle will be in great hands.

A fifty year friend (really) referred me to Tony & Skip saying they were the most honest peeps he'd done biz with, plus their work was factory caliber. He even met me there to introduce me & I had them replace front bumper and straighten rear quarter panel dent & paint both on my prized light blue 1999 Hyundai Genesis. Perfect results, on time, great price, just as they promised. I have since referred others to them & am on my way now to have them do pretty much the freaking same things to my 2019 Subaru Crosstrek. Thinking now that I may be getting too old to be driving (again, really).Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I cannot say enough great things about Titan Collision! They are professional, courteous, efficient and communicative. From the moment I walked in for an estimate, Skip assured me that they could fix the issue and then proceeded to take care of EVERYTHING (insurance approvals, rental car, etc.). He is extremely adept at dealing with claims so I literally did not have to worry about a thing once my vehicle was in their care. AMAZING!!!They kept me informed every step of the way and my car was ready on the date they promised. The best part is that it looks as good as new - like the accident never even happened!I am writing this review because I found them online, loved the reviews I read, and decided to give them a call. They did not disappoint so I wanted to share my experience! I would definitely use their services again and will continue to highly recommend them to my friends and family.

I never write reviews but I had to here because I am so grateful for the work done on my car! Tony, Skip, and their guys were great from the start. They were nice people who gave me a fair, reasonable, and well-priced estimate for the job that was way lower than I expected. They also wrote out the cost and that's exactly what I paid when I picked up my car. It was half the cost of an estimate I received from an auto shop in Highland Park from people that were way less friendly. And the estimate was $1,000 dollars lower than another place I would have taken my car to if it wasn't for Titan Auto & Collision.And my car looks fantastic! I was comfortable working with them and they always worked with me to lower my costs on different auto parts. That showed me that they care about their customers and want them to be happy. From now on, I will always go back to Titan Auto & Collision for my auto needs and I will recommend that all my friends go there too! Auto care doesn't have to be ridiculously and absurdly expensive when you're going to fair and honest people like Skip and Tony.

These guys were great - took me on no notice to remove old VOLVO letters from the back of my car (2 had popped off) and installed my new letters in 10 minutes, all the day before Thanksgiving. Couldn't have been nicer. Also gave me a reasonable bid on minor damage I did to the back of my car. I will be back.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! There's a reason Titan has so many 5-star reviews: they provide 5-star service. When I contacted them, I was immediately impressed with their frank, honest answers to questions. Tony and Skip were also accessible on a Saturday when other companies were either closed or told me to come back another day. They also provided the exact right solution to fit my needs so I could get my truck painted. As for quality, they went above and beyond to provide great work, repairing several additional small dents at no extra charge. Going with Titan was the right choice and I will definitely come back to them in the future. Tony and Skip are the real deal.

Absolutely fantastic work on my 97' Honda CRV. I needed a new hood replaced/painted, a new front bumper and a few dings on quarter panel repaired and painted. I called Titan and spoke to Skip to set up a drop time and met with Tony, these guys are a great team. Tony evaluated the repair in detail. He took the time to explain repair options, he gave a fair price on repair/paint and a good time frame to get the work done.When I was called to come and pick up the the car, Wow... did they do a great job. It looked like a new car, they matched color perfectly and you can tell they really took care in repair process. I was amazed and thankful for a job well done. YES...I would certainly without hesitation recommend Titan Collision & Auto Paint to family and friends.

I needed some work done on my bumper and fender, I didn t know what body shop to trust and do the repairs at in Dallas. Like many others, I googled multiple shops around Dallas. If you re reading this, you can stop your research, go check out Titan s! Titan s customer service is excellent, they were able to give me a quick estimate and fixed my car pretty quickly! Skip and Tony are super and I m so glad I picked Titan s to do the repairs and paint job. The car is now back to the condition before the fender bender. I would highly recommend them to fix your car if you re needing repairs. They have made this whole process so easy and helped reduce my stress.
