Made an appointment with Rob who supposedly is a CO-OWNER, Rob missed the appointment, so like anyone else I follow up. On one of follow up calls someone who identifies himself as Chase (Dale Chase?), starts in on me definitely talking to me in a manner that no-one representing any company should be talking to anyone. Quite an eye-opener as it relates to the company culture. If you want a copy the recording I am more than happy to post it anywhere. The disrespectful diatribe went on for about nine minutes and even the world's largest hot air balloon will eventually run out of air. The good news is I kept my calm. I feel sorry for Chase because he must be a very unhappy individual to spill that much vitriol to any other human being. Please remember that being civilized is not how high you can fly or how much money you make or even which fork to use for dinner. Being civilized is how we interact with other human beings around us. This, I'm sure is a lesson that Chase will eventually learn.

Great place polite and efficent they loaded me quick in less than an hour

Terrible place to dock. Was asked to dock at #24 while a truck was at #25, dumpster in between and cars on other side of the dock. I waited for dock 25 to become available. Other truck and mine had extreme difficulty backing driver side due to two vehicles parked opposite building in front of us. I could only back blindside and have enough space to pull forward. Even after docking my cab covered almost both lanes of the road separating the buildings. Guy said to follow him in for paperwork. He went into his office before I got in front door and I had to search for where he went. Fast load though.

I had called this place three times and someone named ED picks up the phone and when I asked for assistance in providing me with pricing he listens and hang up the phone. He did this three times today, real disgusting way to operate a business and have Mr. ED to be the face of your business.

Kind of cheap tiers but no good selection for some sizes.
