Don Tidwell Transmissions has done work for us going all the way back into the 80s and not once have we ever had a return for warranty or any problems, good people also.

Brought in my 07 9400i transmission was done. Got swapped from Auto to Manual in 11 days. Would ve been faster but Texas experienced some bad weather. Shifts extremely smooth and will bring every truck I buy to Tidwell for my transmission work.

Took my truck here years ago. They did great work. Not overpriced. Found the card at landstar in 2015. I'm sending a truck there this week or next. Lets see how it goes 5 years later

Took my 2012 Kenworth T700 to Tidwell Transmission for an error code with the transmission. Mr. Tidwell had it diagnosed in about 10 mins. He had parts ordered and me back on the road in 3 days minimizing my down time thanks DonServices: Transmission, ElectricalServices: Transmission, Electrical

I had an 18 transmission put in my truck at Felix, they did a very poor quality job, labor and parts.I took my truck to Tidwell Transmission, they had to work my transmission again using better quality parts, and never again, that was the end of my problems with my transmission

This place is amazing. ...Mr.Tidwell did a excellent job on my 2005 smartshift conversion....he remove the smartshift and put in a 10 speed manuel stick...run like a new truck...Thanks..bro..money well spent
