Review of my impression of the car club/storage only:The facility is large and modern and easy to access from the freeway. I liked the attentive staff and felt they really do care about their clients and their needs. They have a few things going so I understand they wear multiple hats. The restaurant and barbershop were somewhat busy the weekend I visited. It's unexpected to find a barber there but I also understand they cater to men. On that note, the entire building exudes a lot of testosterone. The upstairs area was clean and not busy. There is a conference room and another room people can use for coworking purposes. I don't know if I would use that, can't say that I would because again I am a woman and basically the ambience is geared toward men, but no complaints. My anxiety comes after learning the specifics of the car storage system. A space cannot be acquired on its own, membership is also a must. Regardless of whether or not you want to use the facility or participate in the mostly alcohol-related events, you need a membership. The other thing is you have to leave the key and the car will be rotated whether you use it or not. Every time someone comes to get his or her car it has to be moved to allow that. You can see how nerve-wrecking this can get when they are getting a car past all these other cars. Another thing to consider are the tours. Not sure how many daily tours there are. The pros are that it is a climate-controlled garage with mechanics and a wash area and it is very attractive. I would use this place to host a meeting no doubt but the jury is still out. I'm sure there are plenty of satisfied customers otherwise the garage would be empty. Beautiful place to visit.

If you live in Dallas and love cars, this place is heaven. They've got it all. Amazing cars and bikes that will captivate, energize, and motivate you, a restaurant to take in the whole experience, AND a coworking space. If you're a remote worker that has an automotive interest, forget working from home and work from the Shop Club.I'll need to add a few more cars to the collection to justify storage here but when it happens, there's only one place in Dallas where I'm doing it.When we went, my dad, girlfriend and I took a tour of the place. Our guide gave us the rundown on the facility and the unique stories of the cars inside. From new, multi-million dollar Ford GTs to vintage racing motorcycles, every type of automotive fantasy was represented well here. Can't wait to go back.

What an incredible place. It was like a place you go to see real live dreams. Dan the GM was very nice. The food looked great, but diet would not let me eat it. Maybe next time. The two guys tht work the back was so knowledgeable and nice also. GO EAT AND BECOME A MEMBER, I AM!

A very great concept for those who love cars and great food. The restaurant has really good food, staff is friendly and if you need a place to store your car this is a very good alternative. The restaurant is open to the public. For members: Four air conditioned wash bays, lifts and a members lounge.I have enjoyed the experience and use of the facilities.

TL:DR - This is a long and detailed review for prospective members of TSC Dallas, not people coming in for a one off meal or to look at cars from the observation areas.I joined The Shop Club ("TSC") Dallas in June of 2021 during the middle of the pandemic. I subsequently referred 3 other members to TSC over the last few years as well. What TSC started out and what it is today is materially different for a number of reasons which I'll detail below. When I first contemplated joining TSC as a member, I was primarily drawn in by the ability to work remotely (i.e. NOT at home) and the membership experiences as opposed to the car storage aspect. Specifically, TSC advertised the following member perks : Welding Classes, Car Restoration / "Barn Find" Classes, F1 Watching Parties, Halloween Party for the Famil, Anniversary Party, Cocktail Making Party, Guest Speakers (i.e Mecum hosts), Detailing Classes, Member Happy Hours, Wine / Liquor Tastings, and more. The first year of membership was outstanding under the direction of the inaugural GM. He was attentive to membership requests and the events helped justify the membership cost of $150/month. I loved bringing guests out to TSC to walk the floor where cars were rotated frequently around depending on the theme of the week. There was such a buzz around the addition of new cars every week as when it was started, there were maybe 15 or so in the main hall. Walking around the isles and viewing the cars was my favorite thing to do.Then around the end of the summer of 2022, the first GM left TSC and that's when I feel that the culture at TSC started to shift. I noticed the events started going away ... one by one. No more welding classes, employees started to leave or be fired, and then Happy hours were removed. Only a few exclusive dinners at $300/person were advertised and all those included perks of membership mentioned below all but stopped for 6ish months. The interim GM didn't last that long and all e-mail sent to him were generally ignored. One of my biggest points of feedback was the inability to navigate through the floor of the storage facility without being close to cars which were parked in lanes. I witnesses so many people touching, rubbing, and leaning on cars. Some $10K cars, some million dollar cars. No matter what, this was not appropriate. The GM did nothing materially bout it. A big reason this was happening was because cars were being parked in the middle of the lanes where people previously walked and car drove through. Little by little, cars kept getting stacked in these lanes prevents safe foot traffic.Ultimately what I found out was that the owner of the company decided that it was the intention that cars would be parked in every available square inch of the facility to maximize profits. This also meant that the TSC tours that used to be free were now monetized. This ultimately resulted in many more people touching / rubbing up on cars either consciously or accidentally.Once the next (3rd) GM took over to pick up the pieces, and I believe she REALLY tried, I had all but resigned to the fact that the people that I really enjoyed interacting with at TSC were now all but gone, and the culture has completed shifted. This wasn't really a car club anymore, but more so just a storage garage... Then the GM sent out a notice that the price of storage would go up 25% / month in a matter of weeks...I think there's still some great people working here that I will greatly miss, but the membership does not make sense to me anymore at this time. There is certainly no shortage of customers parking their cars here, there's racks going in all the time...which again (to me) just makes it feel more like s storage garage.TSC has evolved over time and I think it's still a great place to work on your car, clean your car, and meet some car minded people. I would encourage you to at least come check it out for yourself before you decide to jump in to make sure you know what you're getting.Matt Bell -

The Shop is an amazing place for car enthusiasts. They have a great staff that are super friendly and willing to answer any questions you might have. You can get a free tour of the building and if your a member you can use the garage to do any work on your car and they have mechanics there as well. Check out my YouTube video Shadow Tha_Streethog to see the review I did. I plan on becoming a member soon for sure!

The Shop Dallas is one of the most dynamic, fun and functional places to spend time that I ve ever been to.1) As a restaurant, I ve found each dish is amazing and the service matches the food. The fact that you can have your lunch or dinner with a view of some of the world s most beautiful and collectible cars makes this a place you really want to put on your list of must do experiences.2) With the addition of a true barista in the lounge, it s an outstanding place to get your coffee shop fix.3) As a bar/lounge, the wood, leather and steel design along with its signature high industrial ceilings make it a very attractive place to hang out. The high end cocktails and friendly bartenders make this is a place you ll want meet friends at time and time again.4) Step up into a membership and things only get better. I ve worked remotely from here in their members only lounge and conference rooms. I ve installed a roll bar in one of my cars and coilovers on another in their 100% functional automotive garage.5) Lastly, the people here are amazing. The staff are passionate about people and cars and it creates a super welcoming atmosphere. The Shop Dallas 5 stars are well earned. Don t hesitate to go and see for yourself.

I'm not into cars, but my youngest son is, and his mouth was open and his eyes really big the entire tour. Apparently, they have some of the best cars in the world in this garage. We didn't know they had an in house restaurant, so we ate before stopping by. Maybe next time we will eat too.

Food was good, but customer service, time to get your food, accuracy of order, friendliness was awful.Overpriced for what you get, combined with discombobulated and forgetful service. Had to make a big effort to get the attention of any waiter.I hope they treat their garage & storage clients better than guests.

Checked this place out during bike night. Really cool concept. Pay a membership fee and be able to store your car in a climate controlled warehouse and have access to exclusive member club areas as well as their garage for repairs. Be sure to check out their restaurant, Derby, as well!

This is a great place to keep that special car but it's so much more. They have meeting rooms, pool tables. A barber and a restaurant that is amazing.

I am fairly new to the Dallas area. I was recommended to stop by The Shop Club for being a car enthusiast. The cars are spectacular, and overall a very cool idea.. we decided to grab lunch. from first impressions I believed our waitress was very kind and attentive when she took our order, unfortunately after she took our order we never saw her again at our table. Other waiters brought out or food, never got refills, mind you it was not extremely busy with many empty tables in the main and back room. when it came time to pay I had to flag down another waitress to pay for our bill. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of service we were given with being so excited to visit! I hope to enjoy the car shows they put on in the future, but I will not be back for the dining experience.

I had the privilege of attending a work meeting here since one of my peers is a member. The conference room was great. The food was great. I'm not really a "car guy", but the tour before our dinner was fun and informative.

This place is so freakin cool! We were curious to check it out and so wonderfully surprised. We are not members, but the entire staff treated us with outstanding customer service. We ate at the restaurant and Nico was super attentive and recommended some specials that were tasty! We reserved a car tour with Luke and that was incredible. I m not the biggest car guru, but Luke mesmerized me with his knowledge and I found myself really into the history and specs of the cars. What a great tour! The space is incredible with so many attentions to detail. This place is just cool! GO.

DO NOT BELIEVE THE 5 STAR REVIEWS. I went here for my birthday to look at some cool cars and eat some good food. The food was terrible. The beer I ordered was extremely flat. The water I was served was warm and had no ice. Who does that..? And to top it off I wanted to go and look at the cars to find out you have to be a member and have a car there to look at them. I told the man behind the counter, who was very rude, it was my birthday and I just wanted to look at the cars. And he said I could come on the weekend and pay for a scheduled tour ? What a joke. Why is this place open to the public?

The cars at The Shop Club are amazing, and changing all the time. One of the service techs (Cotton) works on my car and does a fantastic job. These guys know their stuff. Haven't been to the restaurant yet or joined for the amenities because I live a ways away. But for local Dallas car guys and girls this would be the go-to place for all things cars!

A few months ago I had a friend and fellow car buff treat me to lunch at Derby in The Shop. Awesome meal and really neat views of the cars. We didn t take the tour that day but I returned the next week for one. After another great lunch, walking amongst all those fabulous cars, and visiting the members only club upstairs with a private bar, meeting spaces and a speakeasy poker/cigar room I became a member that day! Do yourself a favor and visit for lunch to see for yourself. You ll love it!

Ultra friendly and helpful staff. They received a vehicle of mine without my presence, serviced and stored it. Weeks later came to check on it and was surprised that Moto Kofe was there too! Great coffee! The space has a very cool vibe and let me reiterate: friendly helpful and knowledgeable staff.Almost a lost art these days!Yet to try the restaurant but will soon and review. But from what I hear it s fire.

Terrible Service!I received a 100.00 gift certificate for a car wash. On the certificate it said Sunday through Thursday Service only. I called at 9:00 am on a Sunday and talked to a lady told me no car washes on Sunday. I explained to her what it said and she said ok what time do you want to come, I said 2:00. She said I have you down at 2.We arrived at 2 and checked in with Luke. He said it would be 1 hour so we sat down and waited. After 30 mins of my car not moving Luke came by and said a member has a problem and we need to help him instead of taking your car and we need to come back on Monday! When I was the one with an appointment! If your not a member you will not get treated with respect! Our money is good as members money! So disrespectful! We won't be back.

This has become my home away from home. Great restaurant to meet clients or a meal out for any reason. I store several vehicles there, am restoring a car there now and do all my own maintenance there. We ve even used the private catering and event space for retirement parties. A fantastic country club for folks that love cars and bikes, maybe don t play golf/tennis and already have a pool

Scam company - The Shop is run by a Seattle "tech bro" who is never there - he is one of the "move fast and break things" crowd, so while he's out opening as many locations as possible to flip it, his employees are busy breaking things. We had 5 cars with The Shop, every single one of them took damage. There is no management to speak of, the absentee owner hires car guys who are incapable of managing employees or customer needs. Even the simplest things like keeping my mclarens on the trickle charger proved too difficult, we had to replace two batteries, once after picking up the car and having it die in traffic. McLaren 720 interior buttons were damaged, for some reason they decided to tear all the graphics off our Rolls Royce, never washed the BMW X5M after I requested (by text message) that my 720 not be washed due to the delicate graphics. We tried to work it out with Matt and get comped for the damages shop employees caused, but were totally ignored. So now we have to bring lawsuits to make up for the damages. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR WITH THESE PEOPLE unless you are prepared to have it damaged and mishandled. This is a scam company that Matt Bell is operating only for an exit strategy / payoff. He is not involved in any way with the operations, there is no accountability and you have no recourse when your car gets damaged.
