Worth the drive! I live all the way out in Plano and will drive out here for the customer service and service in general! The owner and workers were very helpful and knew exactly what the issues are with my car. The pricing is reasonable as well! Overall service and work time is excellent!!

I ve done business with them on a few other trucks in regards to lift kits being installed and there s always been something off about the alignment or lift itself they had to go to a different shop to get it alignedHere recently had a truck get a leveling kit installed took quite some time I understand my truck was a hd so it takes some time but then wait and then say they couldn t align my truck because the tools they use wasn t made for my truck?Which is cool I guess over time seems like service at least for me has gone down and not the same time management is not a strong suit but they are friendly so it helps.

My car got hit and I needed to be somewhere ASAP. Texas Tire discount 4 came to the rescue. They removed the dent out of my car, cleaned the scratch up for me and smoothed it down, they also placed the pieces back together. Thank you so much for your help. Yall saved my day!

I originally came in to get the right size tires my tires weren t bad just a lil smaller they gave me messed up tires and also through all this they took all 6 of my tires nd the two they meesed up on they mesed up my alignment and my stick shiftOne of there employees(he had a bad temper) busted my tire rods on purpose i wotnesse this with my own eyes and they still tried to lie and cover everything up THEY ARE TERRIBLE FOR BUISNESS THEY WAS ALSO MEESING UP OTHER PPLS ALIGNMENTS ND CARS JUST FOR A CHANGE OF TIRES IF SOMEONE CAN COMMENT CORPORATE NUMBER PLS DO SO I suggest for women not go alone they will try to play you but my uncle is a mechanic nd he was also there the third time i had to go bck

Came by yesterday to get a few things done on my car. My big brother recommended me to this location. Gave it a try and definitely met my needs. Got me in and out along with same day service, didn t have to worry about communication, etc. Everything for a really great price as well! Would for sure recommend!!

I Came in and they helped me right away!! Gave me prices and what they could do to help. It took one day and my car was ready the next day. As a girl a lot of people try to scam you but they helped me understand everything . In comparison to the other options this was by far the best price for tires, suspension and alignment. The mechanics were well informed on what I needed and unlike other business I didn t feel like they were just trying to upsell me extra parts/options. I called in to alert them of one of their trucks that was on the road had a problem with the truck to help them avoid an major accident and they just hung up on me. So much for trying to do something good for someone I don't know, let alone a business. The employee needs training on phone etiquette.

Ive been coming to this tire shop for about 3 years and my whole family gets their tires changed, oil changed, truck lifts here. Tell him and Can even show him pictures of exactly how you want your car to look or car needs and he ll get it done for a great price. Not over pricing or taxing! In my opinion he could raise his prices the way these men work out there to get you in and out !!!! Definitely recommend coming here.

STAY AWAY! How can I make this short.. I went in for an oil change and alignment on a my new car for work. Well when buddy drove my beautiful car off the ramp he smiled and said I was good to go. When I got in the car the oil pressure gauge was on ZERO. I asked buddy why was my oil pressure low and was he sure he put oil back in. Again, smiling he said everything should be good and if there was a problem I could come back. I m sure you can guess what happened my engine locked up cause there was NO OIL in it and when I tried to ask the owner to fix it he offered me $1500 for the repair. An engine in the same condition as mine is $2000 at least. I guess he expects me to pay for the repair his business made.If that wasn t enough, the alignment was not properly done on another one of my vehicles and ripped up my brand new rack and pinion.Services: Wheel alignment, Oil change

DO NOT GO HERE! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY PLEASE! THIS PLACE IS MONEY HUNGRY AND THE MANAGER IS VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. I went in to get a belt replaced and was told that the total would be $100. After 30 min of waiting I was then told that I needed additional parts so my total would be $900. I declined and offered to get my car towed. I couldn't get my car towed until after business hours so they told me I had to pay a $55 storage fee because they would have to pull it into the storage garage overnight. Fast forward to today, I go to pick up my car, pay the $55 so they can release my car keys only to find out that my car was never put into the storage garage. One of the mechanics told me that the owner was lying because my car was never moved. I demanded to speak to owner of the shop and was told his assistant that he was away from the building. Only to pull off, call 5 min later and the owner answered the phone. He then tells me he dont feel bad about lying, that the mechanics word didnt matter, and warned me that I had better not come to his shop again or call his phone after I asked could a receipt be printed for me to show proof of paying for storage fee. He is now hanging up in my face, forwarding my calls threatening me because I just want to know why he lied and made me pay for a service I never received. If you go here expect to have your pockets drained and your time wasted.
