Texas Collision Center exceeded all my expectations! Mason, my estimator, was incredibly helpful throughout the entire repair process. His consistent updates via calls and texts every week kept me informed and reassured. True to their word, the repair was completed within the promised timeframe. The location is conveniently situated and the premises are impeccably clean and well-maintained. And to top it off, my car looks like new! They did an exceptional repair job. Overall, a fantastic experience! Highly recommend this establishment for any collision repair needs.

I NEVER leave in depth interviews for ANY company but this shop sure deserves it!! Hands down the best shop in the DFW!! I was not sure what to expect but this place exceeded my expectations. Everything was perfect from the front desk staff, to the lobby area and it even smelled very good also! They kept me updated on the status of my repairs faithfully and It was done much faster than I expected. Abel, my advisor was so pleasant, thorough and professional throughout this whole experience. I was floored when I got my car back. Even though it was minor bumper damage they went so far beyond and took so much care and attention to my car, it felt like a brand new car when I got it back. They even did an AMAZING detail and I got not only a warranty for the service but a gift card as well! I would advise anyone looking for repairs to look no further because this one hundred percent is the right place!!! Thank you to everyone at Texas Collision Dallas Love Field

I wish I could leave a 0 star review. I brought my Tesla here at the recommendation of my insurance company. They kept my car for over a month which I understand parts can be hard to source. They were replacing a windshield, driver side fender and doing body work in an A pillar. When I picked up my car there was new damage, mostly to the interior. The new damage totaled over 2k in parts. They offered to fix the issues and have me leave my car again which I declined as I would not leave my car there ever again. They then offered to order the parts and claimed to have done so but never got back to me.I work in the automotive assembly industry so I have a vast understanding of what has occurred here.... NEGLIGENCE. I am very dissatisfied with the service this business provided. Fortunately it seems my credit card and insurance may step in and I am hoping to receive my money back or at least some of it.They damaged my door card, the bumper looked as if it had been slid and the paint rubbed off, the windshield wiper arms were damaged, someone used yellow paint pen on plastic parts so I can see that every time I open my frunk, several fabric interior pieces were damaged, and my homelink unit was also not reinstalled. They also left bolts and clips in the cup holder which i discovered 1 bolt went to the under tray on the car which had not been secured.It has been a pleasure to wonder every time I drive my car if it was reassembled correctly.Edits:Added parts bill from Tesla.As to the owner's comment. What part of the warranty covers negligence? I am not questioning your warrantied paint or body work. People need to see how your techs handle vehicles and the consequences that potential customers might face for using your services. Especially when certified Tesla shops are hard to find.

Maybe my experience was a one off incident, but with the amount of issues I find that hard to believe.Their communication policy about having your advisor call once a week is fine. Usually there s nothing to update about, but it makes the customer feel confident so I understand.My Tesla was T-Boned by someone running a stop sign, and the car had been at their shop for 3.5 months, most of which was just time waiting on parts to be delivered. That s fine, they have no control over that. This was a $17k job for their shop, and they pushed back the pickup date because they hadn t received a final payment of $300 from the insurance company.The above is all minor administrative issues and not really something to judge a company by, the problems really emerged the day I arrived to pickup the car. The car was dropped off with 80% charge and returned to me at 57%, it was also left in service mode when returned and looking at previous alerts it seemed that employees were attempting to launch the car. Photos attached show the return in service mode, and many alerts showing both pedals depressed .While we re on the interior, both of my microfiber rags were stolen from the driver and passenger front door pockets. The rear deck behind the back seats was filthy and very clearly only half wiped down. Underneath my rear seats, my power cable for a trunk subwoofer had been ripped out of its mounting bracket and left exposed on top of bare metal. An unacceptable fire risk considering how close to the HV battery it is located. Once I fabricated a new bracket and reconnected the wiring my subwoofer still wasn t functioning. This led to me removing all the trunk fabric and trim. Unsurprisingly the negative/ground wiring for the subwoofer was also ripped out of its mount and completely disconnected, dangling free. Photo attached of disconnected ground. One additional speaker wire was ripped out of its connection as well, requiring additional troubleshooting to locate.The upper trunk trim brackets were mangled and stuffed with paper towels to make them stay tight.All of the above are only the issues with the interior.Moving to the exterior: The car was returned with significant condensation in the left taillight, an issue not present prior to visiting this body shop. There was only damage to the passenger side of the car, none to the rear. I had purposely removed all badges from the rear, as I prefer the clean look that provides. Despite the car arriving with no rear badges, and only having one black (!) badge on the front, the car was returned with a chrome T logo on the rear. This was said to be a courtesy , and if so, why not also put on the dual motor badge? Why even alter the rear when there was no damage to that area?The carbon spoiler was damaged in two different locations and the trunk lid alignment is wildly out of spec.Paintwork around the rear wheel well is very uniform. Uniformly poor. Too much area was masked and the entire rim of the wheel well didn t get properly painted.The passenger rear quarter appears to have been polished with 40 grit sandpaper.The roofline adjacent to the rear glass has many scratches, like something was dragged on top of it.Think twice if you care about your cars paint. I recommend hiring an outside inspector/appraiser to do a thorough inspection of your vehicle, just be aware they won t be allowed to do it at the body shop.The shop has already said they are willing to work on these issues with me, and if resolved I will update the review to reflect.

I chose this repair facility for its reviews! They are NOT wrong !! I received updates every couple days from Clint even when there wasn t an update. I say this because we were waiting a while for the part necessary for my vehicle. Totally understandable since there aren t many 2024 OEM parts and are on back order! My vehicle turned out soo goood ! It s like nothing ever happened! Thank you so much! I high recommend! They returned my car looking super shiny

Hey there! I gotta give a huge shoutout to Texas Collision Centers for their fantastic body repairs. My experience with them was absolutely fantastic! Not only did they always keep me in the loop and inform me about the progress of my vehicle every single day, but they were also incredibly friendly and nice. It really made a difference in my overall experience. And let me tell you, Jay Nunez was an outstanding advisor at the company! He went out of his way to ensure that I left as a satisfied customer. I highly recommend Texas Collision Centers for their genuine and top-notch service. They're definitely a 5-star place! Absolutely! In addition to their fantastic service, I also wanted to mention that Texas Collision Centers is one of the rapidly growing places around the DFW area. They're definitely making a name for themselves! If you're in the area, I highly recommend giving them a chance. You won't be disappointed! Absolutely! Jay and the entire TCC team were friendly and very professional. They delivered on what they said they would do. Jay always kept me updated with the latest information, because we all know, communication is important. The work they did to my bumper and sensors is great! They even washed and cleaned the interior for me. Overall fantastic experience! If I ever need a shop again, I will be bringing it here.

Facility is extremely clean and the staff is very friendly and professional including but not limited to the ladies at the front desk and the advisors. My girlfriend took her car here when she got side-swiped, so I did the same when I endured some damage to a tricky area on my truck. The quality of the repair was pristine, they cleaned it up and even aired up one of my tires that had a slow leak due to a nail. I would recommend this shop to anybodyServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Mason and team at the Texas Collision Center by love field did an excellent job repairing my Tesla. They got parts ordered promptly, and repaired the vehicle quickly once parts arrived. Finally, the car came out looking much cleaner inside and out than when I dropped it off- they really made it shine. Would go back again for a future repair.

I had my jeep with them on an insurance claim. Yes the work itself was excellent but what really stood out was the communication throughout as we dealt with several delays from the part suppliers. I highly recommend Texas Collision Center.

I appreciated the customer service from the front desk to my service advisor, Mr. Jay. Everyone was professional & polite. Mr Jay kept me informed on the status of my vehicle so that I did not wonder what was going on. Keeping a customer informed without them having to ask goes a long way. I was also impressed by the rental car shuttle. I m spreading the word on this center. Thank you all a lot. My car looked showroom ready when picked up.

Clint did an awesome job taking care of my Tesla repair. He was very proactive and communicated expectations during the 2 weeks repair process. Most of that period was waiting for the part, which was quite a bit faster than other quotes I had received. I would not hesitate to use this shop if needed again.

I got estimates from two collision centers that were referred to me. Texas Collision Centers was much more customer service focused and I felt they were invested in me having a good experience and being satisfied from the first phone call.From the quoting experience, to invoice / parts adjustments needed based on further inspection, everything was explained well and in a professional manner.Their time estimate to get the repair done was twice as fast as the other repair center, so it was an easy decision to choose TCC.Chris was awesome to work with and everyone from the front desk on back was professional and helpful. Very impressed with my experience here. I highly recommend.

This was such a positive experience from start to finish. Cody is absolutely amazing! He was very kind and communicative. He gave me updates every step of the way. I had to drop my car twice because the parts were on back ordered. As soon as the parts came in Cody let me know and another appointment was scheduled for drop off. It s such a family atmosphere here. No one wants to have to go to a collision center but they really take care of you here. The quality of care is definitely 5 Stars. I highly recommend! If I ever need to get car work done in the future I m for sure coming here. Thank you so much for taking care of me and my car. I came in with a large blemish and a smashed door. Left with my car looking brand new.

I am a tough grader. Always have been. And the journey my car had at Texas Collision Center #5 - Love Field was not without its challenges. I am never surprised to hit speed bumps. It happens to all of us, but I firmly believe it is what happens after the speed bump is hit that matters. In this case Texas Collision Centers had a secret weapon and his name is Jay Nunez. He was my advisor on this work and I score him an A++. He was open and honest about the issues that arose and took ownership of correcting them. He stayed one night at work until 11pm to get back on top of the issues and then met me there at 9pm the next night to pick up my car. He delivered it perfectly repaired and road ready. It wouldn t have had this outcome without his attentiveness to details and his extraordinary standards with every detail of the work. Kudos to Jay and kudos to Texas Collision Center for the smarts to have found Jay.

I had to take my vehicle here after it was hit by another driver. Jay and he s Team did an outstanding work on my vehicle and was as if it never had a collision! He kept me posted on the progress and any updates and cleaned the car Thoroughly!! Even the ventshad not dust! They accommodated any Uber at no expense. I highly, highly recommend Jay and he s Team! I brought my Tesla in to get repaired after it was hit and had a great experience! Miriam was my point of contact throughout the process and she was great- she expedited the process a bit as I told her I was going to be out of town for 2.5 weeks at the end of the month. She made the whole process so easy and great. They are a certified Tesla collision center too so I knew me/my Tesla would be in good hands. I will go back here whenever I need any body work done. Fabulous service and repair job!

Very, very courteous and efficient. The staff informed me on what was going on with the car throughout the repair process. Before I left they even ask was there anything I needed to ask with the functions of the car being that it's a Tesla. I really appreciated feeling that I wasn't just a car.

I'm not one to write reviews, but I am writing one in hopes that others will learn from my experience.My apartment's parking gate sensor has been faulty for a couple months with a couple close encounters. One day the gate finally hit my car and got a decent dent and scratched the paint in the middle of the driver's side door. I shopped around for a couple of quotes and had a gut feeling that I would be taken care of at Texas Collision Centers. Everyone is welcoming and provides attentive service. Originally I had been helped by Clint O. and was curious what it would look like if I had gotten the repair done out of pocket. I was quoted $1640 for painting both the front and rear driver's side doors. I didn't think it would be necessary to paint the rear driver's door but Clint insisted the paint job wouldn't look natural without blending into the rear door.I come in next week with my GEICO Auto Repair Xpress appointment and was helped by Mason M. I got the repair order for painting the front door only for $832. I didn't think that blending into the rear door was necessary, so I agreed to it. I was told I would pick up my car in 3 days and called in an Enterprise chauffeur to get a rental.Two days later I get a text saying that the car is ready to be picked up later that afternoon, a day earlier than what they promised. I picked it up and checked the side door and exterior/interior in general, everything looked great! There was no need for painting rear door like the original repair order said. I'm not sure if I was initially taken advantage of because labor rates are higher when paying out of pocket versus paying with insurance.The GEICO claims adjustor came back on March 14, 2024 and approved the repair order for $801, so I was owed about $30 for initially overpaying. On 3/18 I called to make sure that I'm being credited the amount I overpaid, thinking that it's possible there's a delay to receiving credit back to my card. It seems that Mason was not aware that this credit was to be applied in the first place. He agreed that is something that should be done. I haven't received the credit in over two weeks from checking on my mobile app. On 4/4 I called in to ask about the refund and was told there was an issue with accounting. I finally received my credit of $30 on 4/10, four weeks after the adjustor approved the repair at the lower price. I don't think it's much money, but it makes me wonder if they would have ever refunded this if I never followed up on this.All in all, the repair was great and I will definitely come again! The push for needlessly extending the scope of the repair and my refund experience did leave a sour taste.

I was scared at first but Mr.Lam & his team gave me the confidence I needed, I never lost touch of what was going on because they had wonderful communication with me every single time I called they answered with politeness and respect definitely recommend them to anybody 10/10 forget a 5 they where superb! I had a great experience! Yeraldy was very helpful. I took my vehicle in on a Thursday and was ready the following Wednesday. They were fast and my truck looks great and I loved the way the cleaned it up as well. I highly recommend Texas Collision Center!

I ve had really great experiences with Texas Collision Co! They ve repaired my vehicle twice from accidents. They made the process super easy, kept me updated the entire process both times with good communication. They finished my vehicle on the day they told me they expected to, and everything looked good as new! If you re getting a rental car with Enterprise, they have a location nearby that drives over to pick you up and take you a few minutes down the road to get your rental from Enterprise.Texas Collision Co also has a nice facility and waiting area. I actually have really enjoyed coming in, they have a massive TV and are always playing classic and kid friendly movies that just make it enjoyable! Vending machines, and nice furniture. Friendly staff! I highly recommend Texas Collision Co!

Jay and his team are awesome. My dad and I brought our Audi Q5 in for bodywork after an accident roughed up the back bumper and rear sensors. These guys spared no additional time with getting us back on the road! The work done was fantastic and completely erased any indication of the accident. Jay was also incredibly cordial and professional and was a pleasure to work with. Definitely recommend these guys for any of your bodywork needs!

We worked with Miriam and I had a great experience getting my Tesla Model Y repaired at their location off Peeler street in Northwest Dallas! My car was repaired in record time, they worked directly with my insurance company as well as the rental car company, they also kept me up to speed on progress. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommend.
