I was dreading going to get my oil change.Turned out to be great!Great customer service with a willingness to help and explain.The young man, Jay showed me the filter and explained his recommendations .He also asked ME if I had any questions or any lights on dash.This whole process didn t take long at all.was so impressed with how the guys in there seemed to all be working together .To the guys at Take5 on Lemmon,Thanks!

This is the second time I ve come here, and both times I ve had to wait over an hour for an oil change. There was only one car in front of me. I wanted to leave after 30 min, but because people pull in behind you, you re stuck. There were at least 4 other car behind me in my lane. When it was my time for my car to get serviced, it took 5 min or less.The employees are nice, but I wish the communication was better. I wouldn t be as upset if they told me what was going on with the other car in front of me and gave me an estimate as to when they d get around to servicing my car.Unfortunately, I won t be returning to this location

I came for a state inspection and honestly I was surprised to see it take an hour and a half for it to get done. There were quite a lot of cars and I certainly won't blame them for that. However, for a business that boasts about not having to get out of the car. I found the waiting room filled with folks getting their oil changed or the air filters changed.

Great experience. Guys were courteous and quick! Only issue was the small waiting area. It smelled severely like urine. It was disgusting, was so strong I couldn t wait inside. I assumed the bathroom hadn t been cleaned in a long while. If I hadn t gotten out of my car, I was getting a state inspection, I would have had a perfect 5/5 experience.

The staff at Take 5 keep me coming back. Always professional and friendly with a desire to please. One can get an oil change just about anywhere, so why not go to a provider like Take 5 who makes you feel appreciated. Going there is always a feel good experience! Take 5 people ROCK!

This was my first time having my car serviced for an oil change at a Take 5, and I had a great experience at this location! There were quite a few cars in line as it was a busy Sunday, but the wait didn't feel too long at all. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the guys answered all of my questions. I signed up online before I came, and I was able to use my coupon easily. One of the guys there also told me about their free top off service anytime prior to needing my next oil change. After having a not-so-great experience at another location earlier in the day, I'll definitely be back to this location next time! :)

If you want fast, efficient, and friendly service this is the location to go to Lemmon Ave. They were well staffed. They (Justin) even told me about an oil leak from under the hood and told me the name of the part and estimated cost so that I would be equipped when having the issue fixed. I love this location.

Really great service from beginning to end.Isaac came out to check me in, super friendly brought me a water and set the tone for a great experience.While I came late in the day there were a few cars in front of me and waited 20 minutes. I think the wait was longer than the actual service.The asst manager Julio and Isaac worked on my car. I unfortunately don't have the best car accumune so I appreciated the thorough explanations I received about the services. I didn't feel at all pressured and the staff didn't use scare tactics like I've encountered in previous experiences. It was great to get all my services in one quick trip and the customer service really made it exceptional. I don't think I'll dread and avoid my oil changes now!

Great job. The price is double the cost of going to the Dealership. I have never paid $125 for an oil change. They were nice enough to give me a discount after showing my dealership coupon of $60 They were nice and courteous. However, the pricing is not competitive at all.

Jose (manager), greeted me upon arrival! He escorted me to the waiting area, made sure I received not only an oil change, but my state inspection Jimmy kept me informed.. Overall, excellent customer service!!

EDIT; wow. This POS place really did a number on my vehicle.I was lied to and my oil change was butchered causing me to get an engine light due to loss of oil.First, my oil plug was not properly removed using the right tool (VW s have a plastic plug that cannot be removed with a Phillips screw head because it will strip and crack the plug). My plug was cracked along with my oil plan due to over torque.I specifically requested the tech to use a new plug that I provided but was told they had new plugs available and would replace it for free. Not the case.My information on the invoice was completely wrong which leads be to believe that they did not even look me up in the system and could not follow simple instructions such as spelling my name properly or getting my address correct.I also live 2 hours away so when I called the store (which provided the wrong number on the invoice) I was told that it was a corporate store and in order for them to inspect the vehicle they would need me to drive back 2 hours to Dallas WITH A VEHICLE THAT IS LEAKING OIL AND HAS AN ENGINE LIGHT ON. It s almost like logic doesn t begin seem to set in with these people.DO NOT GET YOUR OIL CHANGED HERE. THEY WILL DESTROY YOUR CAR !!!!When you can get in it s always great service. Overall I think we waited for about 30 mins AND there were cars behind us that were taken before we were despite us arriving first.It s an oil change. Can t really mess it up. Wish their service was a little quicker but can t complain.I will also add this was the third Take 5 I had visited in Dallas to get an oil change and the only one with a sub 30 minute wait.

I called to inquire if this location does the state inspection and she was really helpful. I asked if I should schedule an appointment and she said it will definitely help as it was a weekend and they get really busy in the weekends. The first appointment available was about an hour and a half from when I called so I booked it. Once I got to the location I was told that in that location they can t accommodate appointments as it was a small location. I had to wait in line for another hour to do the oil change and state inspection (from start to finish). I asked them to put air in my tires and I was told it was done. I asked them to clear my air tire pressure warning light but his answer was that it can be a sensor issue! (As they added air) I had to change some air filters I payed over $200. My tires looked the same as when I got there! The review is more for this specific location (no appointment needed as they cannot accommodate an appointment)

I use two locations, this one being my favorite. They get busy but it's worth the wait. They're attentive, thorough, communicative and provide stellar service. Their manager, Jose, was running this shop smooth af tonight too. Keep up the good work guys. <3

Had a great experience at this Take 5 Lemmon location! The team was fast and friendly. One of the managers, Jose, took the time to explain what my car needed, show me the different parts, and go over my bill with me. He was so kind, and I was very impressed with the whole team and experience.

I recently visited this establishment and was blown away by the friendly staff (Jimmy and Julio) . From the moment I drove up, I was greeted with a warm smile and made to feel welcome. Every staff member I interacted with was kind, attentive, and genuinely interested in helping me. Their positivity and enthusiasm were contagious! I left feeling uplifted and looking forward to my next visit. Kudos to the team for creating such a wonderful atmosphere!

These guys are the best! We found them while looking for another place to get our old Jeep inspected and I m so glad we did. They are very friendly and efficient. You line up and wait your turn but it doesn t take long at all. I will be going back to get oil changes for both of our cars. Highly recommend!

This company is the worst company I ve ever had to get an oil change from. During my visit the sale tech tried to lie to me about multiple things with my car that I needed to change. After I told the tech that I got my car serviced for those things 2 weeks ago he looked visibly shaken when he was caught in a lie. Then after the service I got home and checked my car only to find out they lost my coolant cap to my reservoir tank. I called customer service only to be put in a endless cycle of no manger from the shop calling me despite being told that a message was left as well as me leaving my own due to the customer service line saying that no reps were able to help me. I will never go to this place again and I will post on my car club telling everyone what happened.

Went during my lunch break with my newly purchased BMW and still learning all of its features. The men at Take5 were fast and efficient. Eli was very kind and understood that I was still getting to know my new car. I appreciated the patience he had and the transparency on helping me pick the best option for an oil change. During a routine oil change, a technician ripped a hose out of my vehicle while trying to pull out my engine filter. After several attempts to fix it by various technicians, I was told there was nothing they could do and I had to take the vehicle to a mechanic. I do NOT recommend this location to anyone. Ironically, there was no reason for the technician to even take the fuel filter out, because I requested only an oil change, and he only removed the filter so he could try and convince me it was dirty (it was not) and that I should buy a new one.

The staff were very nice and generally attentive, but if you were waiting for an oil change and someone else in front of you was getting an inspection, you d probably be stuck in line for a very long time, without a way to leave. It took more than an hour and a half to get an oil change, most of that time I was waiting to leave after the service was complete, with a vehicle in front of me blocking the exit.

Margo is amazing! She was so kind and so helpful. She identified some critical issues on my vehicle (verified by Lincoln later). They said if she hadn't caught it, I would have eventually lost my engine and transmission. It was so subtle, that the Lincoln tech missed it at first. Luckily, a Lincoln service manager decided to take a second look. That Take 5 Location is not the closest location to my home, but it will become my primary Take 5.Please be sure Margo's supervisor gives her some sort of recognition for this.

Terrible service!! They started out great to find out later that they over charged me. With proof that I was overcharged, the manger Julio s demeanor was as if I were lying. I ve been going to Take 5 for years and have never felt so embarrassed to say I was a customer here at this location. Please check your receipt and account to make sure it s accurate.

Jonathan was a great associate. Oil change for 2014 Audi Q5 took about an hour. Kind of disappointed at their oil selection (only Mobil 1 and their brand), and oil change was $135~.

The employees at Take 5 were great! They were very knowledgeable and helped get my car all set! Even in the extreme cold they were efficient and professional. I will definitely be coming back.
