I went to the store in Plano and even with cars waiting, I was there maybe 15 minutes from start to finish. They were fast , they were efficient and they got the job done.I went to the Mockingbird store in December 2023. I was there 20 minutes before they got me in to a bay. They had three bays open. And it looked like they only had three people working. When I finally pulled in the bay I was sat there 10 minutes and nobody was even around. It looks like they went into the office and disappeared. At that point I figured it would be another 20 or 30 minutes but I was late for work already. So I had to leave.I came back today, February 11th. It looked like four Bays were open but actually only one of them was open. They were in a hurry to hand out free water but not in a hurry to do anything else. One car was in there 15 minutes with no one even did anything to it, two cars were waiting in line behind it including me.I need an oil change, and these guys need more staff or they need to stop advertising that it's the quickest oil change. Because I can guarantee you, it is NOT. It'll be a drive away but I may have to go back to Plano store because this one is EXTREMELY INEFFICIENT. It definitely not the world's quickest oil change.

I went in for an oil change total three times in 3 months. The first oil change was done incorrectly on a vehicle with high mileage even though was asked for high mile premium oil I was still given the base not only that the guy forgot to replace the oil caps.Second time, according to the person helping me apologize and then still ended up charging me $150 for an oil changeThe third time was my last when the oil would not stop leaking from the oil pan even though the previous person helping told me it was fixed. Thankfully the manager was able to take pictures of the oil pan crack which ended up costing me $300So total not only did I pay $90 the first oil change plus $150 for the second and due to the negligence and additional $300 to get the oil pan replaced....Not like I'm going to get my refund back either

The wait time was INSANE for a Thursday morning. I waited about 1.5 hours for an oil change. The two staff members on duty seem very nice and hardworking. Once they got to me, the service went by fast. They did apologize for the wait. Seems like they need an extra hand. It looks like Take 5 offers appointments online so I will definitely take advantage of that next time, but please get these guys some more staff!

NAY and TRENT are awesome! Great service! I needed several things done on my truck.They were fast and efficient. They explained each step.I will definitely return and am telling my friends what a great experience I had! Poorly managed workflow resulting in my experience taking an hour just for a state inspection.It took me 30 min (waiting behind one car in line) to get into the bay. I waited ANOTHER half an hr just sitting in the bay, with no update/acknowledgment from the staff. Eventually, a tech shouted at me "oil change or inspection?" I responded and then they sent a tech over to perform the service.I watched 3 techs for half an hr, either work on a car together or serve another customer before/after me. FOUR other cars were served in other bays while I waited, and apparently for absolutely no reason at all.No thanks, I won't go back to a Take 5.

I was fortunate enough to work with Deandre at Take 5 at the Mockingbird location in Dallas. He provided excellent service to me when I went to get my oil change the other day. From the clear communication informing me of the options available, to the recommendations that made sense to my specific car. He was very professional! Thanks for the great experience.

Had a great experience. Chandler greeted us as soon as we arrived and offered us bottled water. Then Jose did a fantastic job. He was fast and incredibly helpful. Top-notch service!

I went to the Take 5 off of Mockingbird Ln, and they people there are amazing! I wish I would ve caught the names of the people who helped me. They handled everything professionally and were able to get my oil changed, tires aired up, air filter changed, and wiper fluid filled in under 45mins. They also cleaned my windshield for me before I left, which was sweet.

Getting my car inspected there at the Mockingbird and Grenville spot was a breeze and took hardly any time at all. Everyone was nice and helpful. The employees there all seemed happy.

Great customer service from the whole team! Very friendly and the hospitality of offering a water bottle. All maintenance that was done to my vehicle was explained to me understandingly. The whole process is quick in an orderly manner way! This is the only place I come for my oil change, etc.

Take 5 Oil on Mockingbird has been my only choice for oil changes for years. They are quick, nice and more importantly, honest. They ve helped me make informed decisions on things like coolant flushes, changing oils and fixed a major tire pressure problem. I also use them for state inspection. Their hours make it so accessible for me and the quality is spot on. I m happy to remain a long time loyal customer.

Ahmed and Chandler made the inspection sticker check - seamless, effortless and enjoyable. Polite manners, expedited work, genuine with recommendations and great ability to answer my questions throughly and clearly. Plus the water bottle when I drove up help. Great service by these two!

This was my first time at this location of Take 5. There was a slight wait as expected. But they were lovely and got me out of there as soon as they could. Great customer service 10/10 would recommend and come back again.

I was at the one on Mockingbird and I will say everyone that was there was on top of the game. It was closing time and still 9-11 cars in line. Everyone one was working as a team rolling them out. Extremely in tune with all of us waiting making sure we all had cold bottle water and interacting with us. Will continue going there while this crew is there.

Ashley is truly a gem .... The team is truly a wonderful and happy team. I get a great laugh, and awesome service every visit. Back to Ashley thank ya GIRL.... I got an oil change from this location on 1.3.24. This location was busy, but the team worked efficiently. I m not sure of my technician s name. His shirt said trainee , he wears glasses and has blonde hair. He was so professional! He offered me water, ensured I received a discount, and displayed a positive disposition. In fact, the whole team s energy seemed positive. I ll make sure to return to this location!

This is my go to place for quick oil change. No time for unnecessary drama and grammar. Very professional, and they took care of everyone in the order they arrived. I was just in my vehicle playing with my phone and in no time I was on my way. I recommend this place 100% they know what they re doing.

I ve been to the Mockingbird/Greenville location a few times now for both oil changes and state inspections. I love them! Everyone is always SO friendly, welcoming and helpful. Things move quickly I m in and out even when they re busy.I ve also noticed that the employees are so nice to each other and have fun there s a genuine sense of camaraderie it seems.

Never been to a car service place with this much enthusiasm and happiness to work on cars. From a car guys perspective, I m lucky to live close to a place like this. Oil change in minutes and easy for state inspection. You stay in your car the entire time.

Good service decent work quality but for the price you can't complain. The employees are great knowledgeable and efficient. They were not misleading or trying to upsell. They had a positive attitude and this is the best take 5 location in Dallas. I've been to 4 locations and this is the superior location.

They are always very friendly and walk you through everything that they are doing and all of the checks to make sure that filters and fluids are good. I switched from a Lemmon location and they are much faster and more consistent here!
