One star is a lot.. I come to this truck stop weekly and the lines for the oil pumps are endless. This is happening for more than 6 months. Only one or two pumps are working from 8 pumps. Total disrespect to truckers who have no time to waste. The service inside the building is equally undesirable.

If you have ever been to this TA in Dallas, TX you will know exactly what these are pictures of! We were desperate for a shower and had no choice! I keep thinking next time we come in they will have cleaned the showers or maybe remodeled them, but after all these years nothing!!!! TA THIS PLACE NEEDS IMMEDIATE ATTENTION!!! We are out here transporting everything you need to survive and you treat us like animals when you don't keep up your truck stops for us! Everyone used to say" you get the best meals, you get the nicest showers, and you go to truck stops for nice friendly people!!! Where has this time went? This is a crying shame!!!

I've been here 3 times in the last month, and repairs still haven't been made! Why are the paper towel dispensers over the sinks when there is plenty of space on the open wall just behind them.

No fresh food.. booooo...Here i took pictures of her photo shoot. I hope his ears were clean. If these pictures and/or videos helped you, please give a thumbs up, and don't forget to leave your review. If there is not a detailed review, the place was just average. It was not my experience that something went wrong, nor was something spectacular!

Worst TA I ve stayed at. 30 for parking and their parking lot is full of holes they filled in with gravel not to mention the person at the guard shack doesn t check parking lot just got woken up to somebody asking for money. Employees at fuel island seem more interested in taking personal phone calls than working. Oh and fyi if you reserve a parking they will not honor it. If lot gets full and you paid in advanced they will tell you to call and get your money back Update 9/19/23 this worst truckstop ever paying 30 bucks while security guards asleep in van or inside store. Just had my window open while I was asleep in truck luckily I had my tie down bar swung a couple times and dude took off running.

I was so disgusted with the shower, I didn't even want the pictures in my phone. The owners should be ashamed of themselves. The floors are black with filth and mold. The walls have holes and mold. Only 1 light worked, it was pitch black in the shower itself and i think its purposely like this so you cant see how bad it really is. I needed a shower so bad and had TA credits. I just gritted it out and rushed through it.Any comments by the owner about taking cleanliness seriously are a joke and should be ignored.The fuel island is equally disgusting and in need of repair. I've been here for fuel several times and its always the same.ive never seen all the pumps working at the same time.TA needs to force the owner to sell, or make them change the name.

Reserved parking not marked for 3/4 of lot. After 9.5 hrs on site in the same parking spot after getting over $500 in diesel two rent a cops inform me I have to move. When I asked for manager info to file complaint they wouldn t give me info saying they re not gonna help me file a complaint. When I asked cashiers for info I was told they didn t know the store managers info. So come Monday morning I m filing complaints with corporate and I m never filling up at ta or petro again. They wonder why people are not fueling here anymore.

In rough condition, but clean shower room. It has been over two weeks already and the fuel lever for pump 2 hasn t been fixed.

Smh no no nooooo no no never again! Getting into this place is nutz! All spots 30$-cash only-& the lot is hell! Not monitored or secured in anyway. Good size store. They have a Taco Bell, Burger King & Pizza Hut attached. They also have a barber. Lonnnng slow lines at registers so don t plan on a quick stop.

This TA is so ratchet and raggedy Don t even give this location your money; apparently, they don t apply the money towards fixing their pumps or hiring better employees. on top of all of that, they allow homeless people to sleep inside the store, employees are never at their post, the showers are never clean, and they have the nerve to charge truck drivers for parking.

They had the cheapest fuel along my route so I was was able to get in for fuel but several pumps were down. I had a pretty good wait but everything else was good.

Shannon: you are a shining star who exudes a cheerfulness that can t help but rub off and a sense of genuine care which even inspired me tonight to momentarily pause to focus my thoughts and heart toward my own. I ve tended to find all TA s to be unique and five-star establishments, as is this one, but I feel called just to give you props, Shannon, and say that, in case you or anyone else needs to hear it, TA is lucky to have you at that register representing their name. Beyond a whole galaxy of stars you deserve on this review for your stellar customer service, you also deserve all the love the universe can bring your way Peace and love, kind soul

The cashier is so rude. They completely don t want make them job. Pump 2,4 and 6 don t have def, but they don t have sign on it. You can see the sign on door, when I ask supervisor, the cashier even did not move or answer to me. Zero respect for customers

Women who is responsible for fueling doesn't want to work! I was waiting for her 10 minutes for fuel, and 5 minutes when I returned back for receipt. It was 02.06.24 at 6pm. I hope the supervisor will see that

TA DallasI parked overnight my truck south Dallas, tx,I sleep 11 pm and wake up morning 7 am, iCheck my truck trailer. My trailer rack in side 2 tire 1 tire is stolen. I talk TA staf and manger , they said me we are not responsible you re stolen items.Not park your vehicle Dallas TA i 20 exit 472

Why can you NEVER GET ANYONE TO ANSWER THE PHONE AT THE SHOP?????You walk past that garage and theres always trucks in the bays and no mechanics in sight. It's like they pull people in and then go hide somewhere. They need an undercover boss episode in this train wreck of a truckstop. Then have the nerve to charge $30/night for parking and if you park in paid parking it costs like $22/night PLUS $30 at the gate. This place just gouging truckers for every penny they can get. Do yourself a favor and stage outside of Dallas to wait to pick up/drop its not worth dealing with these greedy clowns.

Semi parking is 30.00 or Free if you purchase 60 gallon of fuel lot attendant was rude and had an attitude. Parking itself was a mess no real sense of organization it felt very congested no Thanks I ll go down the street. Where is cheaper, less congested and I don't have to walk 5 miles to get to the bathroom.

Just got kicked out by the rudest security, no signs or anything in the lot showing that it is reserved, they just came in and demanded most who parked along the fence to leave, apparently everything along that fence is reserved. We stop at truck stops for convenience and safety, other than that all you have is fuel and thankfully there are many other options. Will not stop here again, rude, unprofessional, even though it is their fault. Trash place. Save your sleep and dont go here. To make matters worse, its a paid parking in general area, if stopped here you are definitely wasting money. No wonder they have bad reviews and low stars. Poor management.

Very bad location rude security knocking on my door telling me to move when I was parked in front of the shop to get the truck fixed very rude no respect for truck drivers I don t recommend this place parking is 30 dollars shop very slow and lazy and will take thier time to. Charge you for more hours of work and not do anything I was charged for one hour and they told me they can t to the job if you a owner operator think twice before coming here

I have been in almost all of the TA truck stop I haven't seen anything worse than Dallas Texas one on I-20 and Bonnie View. Absolutely nothing is positive at this cursed location. The pump,the parking, the store employees, the facility's hygiene makes this location the most disgusting place in the whole Nation.

Worst customer experience and service ihave ever had.ask the black chubby girl how's the food her reply I don't eat that garbage well neither will I.if sells go down its cause of her.dont wanna ring you up for your items end up Waiting and she stand there on the phone.just go to the ta express little drive but way better then this whole in the wall..hate your job the quit.us truckers just what great customer service and hot food and a clean shower after push for hours

Paid for reserved spot. Got to location guard wasn't on duty. Lot full and was told just park anywhere. People don't do their job.lot dirty, trash overflowing. Why pay 30.00 a night to park when not controlled. Also junkies walking lot. Really poor location

Not even one star the people at the truck service the must rude people I have ever seen and they will tell you 3 hours but they actually won t get you in 8-12 hours I won t recommend anyone coming here or do any maintenance

Don t think they ll turn your belongings in. The whole staff are thieves. Lock your car too. Shambrekia knew the police schedule enough to inform me the police don t come in a timely manner. I wasn t even thinking about them. She is the ring leader into this thievery.

Showers are horrible! Floors are black, showers full of soap scum, broken shower head, broken toilet etc. They're definitely not not putting the $30/night parking fee towards improving this dump!

1st off the people that work there are very nice. The property on the other hand is a mess. The showers are disgusting that I believe are from years of neglect

Wow this place is a joke!!!!First they want $30 a night to park in a ploughed field!! I have seen less craters on the moon than this parking lot!The showers are in desperate need of renovation. They are dirty and tired although the staff member was trying his best.The TV area had a homeless man sleeping on one of the chairs along with his worldly goods by his side. The staff seemed like they were going through the motions just to get a paycheck as they seemed to spend more time on their phone and talking to each other ignore customers!If head office is reading this please please please knock this facility down and rebuild and modernize. Drivers pay enough for services and fuel we deserve better than this!
