Fast and Courier Service. Great prices for new and used tires. They also offer alignments for $55 on a regular size sedan.And the manager lady at the front office with all the tattoos is an awesome person! Overall excellent service and will definitely be coming back again! Highly recommend this place!

Superior took good care of me I shopped around and their price beat others by $92/tire (with the alignment included!!!). The tires look sharp and the truck rides better now, thanks guys! I ll be back for all of my wheel and tire needs.

Shout to Tony and Daniel who did my alignment! Been to couple well known shops and failed to get my steering straight. It s on of the easiest thing to do for a car but not too many people are skilled and honest to have it done precisely.

Best customer service anywhere. Had balance checked, tech found wheel studs were slightly off, and they corrected it even though tires were perfectly balanced already. They only charged for a rotation. I have my kids with me, their lives depend on my vehicle being dependable. Thank you Superior Tires for going out of your way to take care of your customers.-Nitro

Superior tire and wheels is great. Always fast service and very helpful. Dora knows her stuff and of you are in the area you will not be let down. There is plenty of space to get in and out as well as plenty of security to protect your vehicle.

Pay close attention to this message, if you are thinking of going to this place don't do it, I took my truck to be aligned and balanced and it literally looked worse than how I had it and they are thieves because they stole my wheels lock and the worst thing is that They say that they are not the ones and that they want them for what they want, but my car is from a dealer, there was never any place to do something like that, they gave me ones that are not even original, that's why I realized that they kept them, don't go to this place less if a young man named Antonio helps you

This is one of the best tire & wheels shop that I have been to! The owners are very down to earth, friendly, DIVERSE, and super easy to talk to and work with! You'll be welcomed with eager, hardworking, and kind individuals! If you want quality products and service, I highly recommend this place!

Came in with a really bad bulging tire, plus another tire leaking, went ahead and got all 4 replaced with brand new tires for about $550. Shop guys don't mess around, got it done quick with no issues, and Iana in the office is really sweet. Will come back again if I ever need a rotation or tire service!

Superior Tire & Wheel did an amazing job with helping me locate some new tires & wheels for my Jeep! From start to finish they worked with me in locating exactly what I wanted & got me the best price I could find for a full set of 5! Cost was transparent & quality of the install was fantastic. Couldn t recommend a better place to go to for tires & wheels!

I love coming here when I need tires. The owner and her staff are always so welcoming. Today they had a little taco truck out front so I grabbed a bite while I waited. Amazing!

Don t go here! They don t want to help you. They stare at you and make you wait. Often on lunch random times of the day. When they do help you, they give you the worst attitude ever and give you bad tires and service. If you don t like your job, please shut down or get qualified people to do it

Purchase 2 tires yesterday mid-morning. Left for work today at 1p.m. and one of the two were flat. Could not even remove wheel from car. Had to call roadside assistance for help. Wound up spending $195 for a new one at Discount Tire. So much for saving money. Cost me more in the long run.

Had a flat on Harry Hines. Great customer service. I little timely But the wait was worth it. Work on customer service a little better. 1st come 1st serv. Not 1st come 3rd first. I was purchasing a tire too. U guys still are great. I have been a Auto Tech for 51 years.

Denise was so good to me. I m not from here & two of my tires blew out while on my way back home. All I had was $29 & they gladly helped me out. I highly recommend them!! Very nice people & deserve all the customers they can get

The guy at the alignment shop pretty much robbed me. Told me my truck alignment would take 45 minutes do but it actually took him 15 mins. And he still charged me $240 cash. I would never go back there or recommend anyone there again! Stay away from this place.

Went to get a simple tire change , the person helping me was not friendly I told him I wanted a used tire he said that they don't have that size to get a new one I told him I want a used one then he gave me and attitude then after waiting he served other costumers after me and I was waiting 40min then comes out with used tire same size, he was trying to sell me new tires I didn't want.

Talk about service! My wife's tire kept going flat and required air every few days. As it turned out, there was a crack in the tire. I went to Superior and in about 30 seconds they had the tire off and put on one of their spares (our car doesn't have one). I came back 24 hours later and not only did they fix the crack (which was only visible on the inside when you take the tire off -- it was pretty significant), they made the whole rim look brand new. I looked twice thinking they gave me a new rim. They buffed out the scratches and polished the rim and it LOOKS NICE! But the most awesome thing is that the tire no longer goes flat. The service was great, people were nice and the experience couldn't have been any more convenient. I will definitely return for all my tire needs.

Worst expertise. And very rude and professional Latina maid pretending to be an owner refused to fix. The didn t know how to fix the car and she charged more than what was agreed upon for alignment. Now I have reversed the charged through my bank. But as an advise. Never get work done at this horrible and extremely unprofessional business, or so they call it.

Would of never known of this place without the guys at DFW Storm Solutions directing me over to speak with Dora (owner of Superior) after they fixed my hail damage. This is not your regular suburban Discount Tire so don t judge this book by it s cover. Dora and her team know what s going to work on your ride. I knew what I wanted so the transaction was quick because pricing was fair. While waiting there were a number of folks asking for wheels and tires that were totally incompatible to their rides. Some folks don t get it, but Dora will make you understand. She brings common sense to those with no sense. As far as I m concerned Dora is my tire gal and I look forward to buying from her again. Regardless of the make and model Superior Tire has you covered.

The only reason I gave it 1 star is because 0 wasn't available. The front office has no idea of what is going on on there property. If you need muffler work done just do it yourself or have your 3 yr old do it

I had an alignment performed and had lower control arms installed. The mechanic doing the work was professional and I trust the work was done properly. However when it came to the receipt and listing what work was done the lady at the desk would not provide an itemized receipt listing what work was done. We went back and forth on this yet she was unwilling to provide this. Hopefully I do not have any issues but if I do we will see how they are handled. If it is anything like the receipt I do not have much faith they will stand behind their work.For me and my experience I will not be a repeat customer.

A1 service!! Hooked my dude up with just the right tires and rims to set the whole truck off! Also, great deal on a new set of tires for my daughter's car. Dora is the GO-TO! Everyone stops and stares.... can you blame them?

At Superior tire, people are awesome. Mr Victor and his other colleague checked the tire there was a small blade but was only on upper layer. They said tire is good and no patch is required. They fixed the tyre and didn't even charge any cost.I strongly recommend this place for any of the tire work because of their sincere advise.

We had a bolt in our tire that we needed fixed before driving 60 miles for Father's Day. We called firestone right when they opened and told us if we dropped it off right now he would have it ready by 5pm.... for a patch. So we found this place and it was done in 10 min. Super fast, no wait, great experience, would definitely go back. Extremely reasonable pricing. HIGHLY recommend to anyone with tire problem.

Great customer service! They were able to get me back on the road within 30minutes, whereas other local shops estimated my car being down for 48 hours.
