I ve been to this shop about 3 times. First time was a simple oil change, then other 2 times was for a A/C issue.When I called to get a general idea of the quote, the male owner was very helpful and provided a good estimate of how long it may take to fix the issue. However, once I called back to schedule, the female korean owner gave me a totally different answer and ended with it is what it is .Fast forward to after getting the car back after the first repair, in about 3-4 weeks, the same issue occurred again. I called back to see if they can take another look at it, and the male owner says bring the car in, and they ll look at it the same day. Of course, I called back to schedule, the lady owner answered and says who told you we could do that? , well we can t do that in time .I decided to drop the car off and told them I will come back in 3 days and hopefully you will have a chance to take a look On the pick up day, the lady owner called me and said there was a very small valve that needed to be changed so we will just charge you for the part and no labor . I thanked her on the phone and when I went into the shop to pick up, I was greeted with the full charge of the service.Oh by the way, I m not sure what they did, but my AC is still NOT working and the repair was not cheap.If you decide to go to this shop, make sure you have every conversation documented, otherwise 3 different people will quote you differently(horrible communication skills between owners and employees I had to show them texts and email to prove that I m supposed to pay xyz amount). Also, no hate but I just thought it was so odd that they have their younger (daughters?) associates to handle little duties; driving the car into the shop, managing the keys, and speaking to the customers over the phone etc. I m sure they know how to drive cars, but they look like they just got their license last year.The biggest issue here is, my car was never fixed.

I ve been going this place for a while because of the male owner seems kind & honest and of course, the quality of work.However, I was so disappointed from their female associates the other day and won t be back to this location anymore.As a business owner myself, if I dropped the ball, I d absolutely do whatever it takes to make my customers happy, but these associates argued, didn t want to be responsible and wanted to charge more for lack of communication.Here are the things they need to improve in order to survive in this business:1. Better communication with your customers2. No surprise/charges after initial estimates3. Wait period when I m there to pick it up. I was told it s ready to go and when I get there, it s not and I had to wait 30-40 minutes all the time.4. 12 yrs old rental car needs more attention*When you rent your car, make sure to ask them how long it s going to take, otherwise they will charge you every single day even the part(s) arrival gets delayed.This was the worst experience from the rental car, they don t understand how rental car period (24 hour basis from the moment you rented) works and I had to explain regarding this..

Wow, so glad I went to Sun Express. They were so kind and helpful. They were really busy and I came at the the end of the day, but I am thankful I stayed. I wasn t familiar with the area and had a long drive home. I searched the area for oil change/tire places and there were so many. I read some reviews and made some calls and decided to go to Sun Express. Glad I did.

Have been here for three things first an accident to rear of vehicle than replacement of parts on front end and alignment finally for an inspection. Each time the staff completed the work in a timely and professional way. Am very pleased with this company

It s my pleasure to review the Sun Express Auto repair shop. I ve been coming to this establishment for a few years. Not only the shop provides my particular needs, it always exceeds my demanding expectation. I am a car guy. I don t tolerate anything other than the top quality work. Upon arriving at this place with my late model German sedan, I was very hesitant to get the work done at this place. Because the shop didn t appear polished unlike my usual dealership. But soon I found the unusual value in this place. The owner is very honest, sincere, and down-to-earth, and also provides a high quality work. If you are looking for a mechanic and body shop, you found a hidden gem. I highly recommend this place without any hesitation.

Owners and staff are knowledgeable, professional, courteous and always keep you updated on process and progress. I have used them for a few years and they have always exceeded my expectations. Very grateful. Their integrity has allowed me to keep my vehicle serviced during the pandemic by allowing me to pace my repairs to fit a sometimes strained budget. Had some good feedbacks from friends and they weren't lying. Awesome customer service, high quality repair service and best of all, very affordable repair price!!! Best out of all the places I've been to. I strongly recommend Sun Express for all your auto repairs ^^ I drive Mercedes so feel safe to bring all your luxurious vehicles. They can handle it~

I had trouble starting my car and couldn't figure out why. So I visited several auto shop, including Honda, to figure out and get estimate for the fix. Out of 5 places I visited, sun express auto had the best price and friendliest staff members. And I'm so happy I went with them. The way they interact with you, they really let you know what's going on and give you honest opinions. I'd highly recommend this to everyone for their car fixes! Find manager Paul! He's like the mechanic uncle you've never had.

I went to check on my brake pads and brake rotors because it was time time replace the pads and resurface the rotors. The owner offered me two kinds of brake pads and quoted me the price for both of them and recommended one over the other. I appreciated how he offered me two options. From my experience, all the other shops just quoted me one price. As a consumer it was nice to have options. The owner kindly vacuumed and washed my van after the brake pads were replaced and rotors were resurfaced. Price was reasonable and service was excellent.

What a GREAT auto shop! These guys not only did a terrific job replacing my bumper and paint, they dropped me off at work and picked me up, and the best part is they were fair and reasonable! Super reasonable! Done in one day! Couldn't be happier with the result! They do all auto body and repair so if you are looking for a great place to get your car fixed..come here!

Found out about this place very recently and asked them some questions about the different services my car needed to get done. Very surprised with their low prices and affordability. People are nice, helpful and professional and try to help you save money the best they can. Would highly recommend this place.

I have been doing my car work here for more than 10 years and found them very honest, reliable and reasonable in price. It is always a good idea to get a written quote on any repair work which they always do. The owner here is a very respectable and responsible guy! Highly recommended!

Always do great work. Don't trust taking my car anywhere else. Specialize in Lexus/Toyota, but can work on just about every make/model competently and at a great price. Don't mistake the short and curt greeting for people who don't care. They're just THAT busy, and try to be as efficient as possible. They also do tint, inspections, wash/detailing and paint/body work along with mechanical service.

Excellent service and value. They do a thorough job at a fraction of the cost you would pay at a dealership. I highly recommend Sun Express for any automobile service. They take pride in their work. THE place I trust for my car.They are honest about what what is needed, provide quality work, and the cost is lower than other places.The owner was a long-time mechanic at Lexus Dealership, and Really knows cars, not just Toyota/Lexus.I come here for auto works despite the fact it's a long drive, because of my peace of mind, wallet, and my car are worth it!

I took my vehicle(old Toyota Camry) to this shop and they fixed very perfectly with very reasonable price. The owner and manager were kindly and nicely to me and my kids. I visited next time for oil change and then they found thermostat problem and then fixed it. I saw temp gage were little rised up but I didn t know what happened it at that time. It was possible overheat if I left it like that. I m so thank to them. Nice shop!!

Got estimates from 3 different places in the Dallas area. These folks fixed the AC in my Kia Soul at a more affordable price (30-50% cheaper!) than anywhere else, and I didn t get the feeling like they were trying to scam me by selling me stuff I don t need. They took me to the car and showed me exactly what was going on and why and were very friendly the whole time. I asked a whole lot of questions and they never once got defensive. This place is definitely now my go-to mechanic for as long as I live in Dallas.

They repaired and repainted a fender of my car. Friendly and honest staff, and they give a reasonable price, did good job!They also provided alignment and detailed car wash for free. Highly recommended.

Took My Mercedes Benz for few repair work.Excellent Customer Service and do great job on repair.they are bodyshop/mechanic shop. they can do pretty much anything and reasonable price. you won't be disappoint.

Took over than 1hr for just arraignment. And they can't do right arraignment & try not to explain why. Told me that I have to change all suspension system of left front wheel to fix it... still charged for arraignment. I'll never go back.

This is absolutely the worst places to go to for anything. None of them know English, they are extremely disrespectful, very dishonest and do-nothing but piss you off . I swear to Allah I have never had such a worst experience in my life. Save your money and go to somewhere else. I will never do business here . It hurts me that I ever did. The recipotionist is the worst. She is extremely rude. And they talk smack about you in their language to.
