Elijah is so honest! I was SURE I needed my brakes done. Elijah looked at my car, and said my brakes are just fine. He even showed me how much padding I still had on my vehicles brake pads.As a women, it's reassuring to know that there is a guy named Elijah Rider, who will always be truthful and do the right thing!He's smart, & I trust him.Need a mechanic? I had such a great experience! Elijah is helpful, kind and honest. He was also very patient in walking me through the repairs my car needed. Elijah took the time to explain what was going on with my car and empowered me to chose what repairs I wanted to get done.The repair was done quickly and I'm very happy with the service I received. I recently had the pleasure of working with Elijah at Straightline Automotive. This was the second time I have taken a car to Straightline and both experiences were exceptional. On our first visit, Elijah replaced the thermostat and water pump on my son's 2007 Jeep and he even helped my son get the Jeep to the shop for the service. This time they repaired the driver seat in my 2014 Expedition.Stratghtline does great work at a fair price. I highly recommend them.

Elijah is a great person to work with. Very polite And honest. His work is honestly priced. He has a lot of knowledge on Mercedes Benz and other vehicles. 5 Star is too low of a score for him. He s a 10!!

I highly recommend Straightline Automotive. They are very honest, friendly and straight to the point. For someone who has constant car trouble and is clueless when it comes to the terminology and issues, these guys are the only people I trust to steer me in the right direction without gimmicks, extra fees or unnecessary services that run up the bill. Elijah will sit down with you and explain everything on the diagnostic page until you feel comfortable and understand the services you are being fairly charged for. As well as getting your vehicle in and out and back to you in amazing time. You can t go wrong with Straightline Automotive!

This the spot to come to if u need work done for your car. I was told by different shop that I needed a turbo for my 435i and that it was going bad and Elijah assured me that was not true. These guys will make sure only the work u need is done and they don t upsell

Needed to replace the transmission in one of my buddies cars and Elijah let me rent out his shop for a whole day to get it done. With minimal help, I was able to swap out my buddies transmission and get him back on the road again. Thanks again brother appreciate you

I don t really trust people working on my own vehicle (specifically my M sport BMW z3). In this case I found the only person I will ever trust my precious BMW to!!!!!!! Really went above and beyond and saved me the time of installing headers and intake swap and preventive maintenance!!!! Can t beat the price either!!!! Will definitely be bringing my other projects and Euros here again.

He made the whole process super easy and did what needed to be done exactly how i wanted it. I ll definitely be coming to him again if I need another fix

I needed a mechanic to find out why my A/C in our spare Toyota Avalon w E my out, and I didn t want to get ripped off at a Toyota dealer. Friends and neighbors recommended a new shop off of Davenport in Far North Dallas. This shop was next door to a mechanic that I used for 20ish years, until the owner passed away. Since I had been the habit of going to that location for so long, and hearing about all of WOM on this spot, I decided to trust the new proprietors and bring me vehicle there. The young man that owns the business and his partner had considerable experience as mechanics on expensive Euro cars and did a full run down to diagnose what would be needed on my Toyota. They were fair in their pricing snd great to deal with. When I picked up the car, it was blowing icicles ! Thanks again, plan on using them again.

Straightline automotive replaced a electronic solenoid in the heart of my transmission. I was relieved to find a knowledgeable, trustworthy mechanic that correctly diagnosed what could ve been mistaken as a need for a new transmission.
