Jose was very helpful. I have not put the part on my car yet so Im unable to review quality of the part but the service I received was first class and will use them again in the future.

horrible customer service. i asked if there was any 2014-2018 chevy silverados model dont matter and get hit with "what truck model did u need? oh well we don't even have any trucks in the lot."???? do u guys want any $ m from this or just want to hoard junk.

Absolute worst customer service. I recommend to everyone use different company. Stop N Pull is a joke of a company and has lousy customer service. They never give call back. I paid for parts and never got all of them, then was told they'd mail me the part then was told I had to drive 2 hours back there because they messed up and didn't bring everything. I asked for refund and they refused to refund me for the parts they failed to bring. I would never use this company for anything in future.

Wouldn t do business here unless you want to waste money!Worst place to get an engine from. Owners a coward and has no word . Sales man up front knows more lies then inventory , everything s good and everything fits just to make a sale and then when their useless product doesn t work they offer u store credit . Don t fall for it . I even got a death threat from the employee loading engines.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE! Went to see parts for a Chevy S10 that I had seen on Facebook marketplace and also looking for a bumper for a Ford pickup. Got there looked at the s10 parts that they had was not what we were looking for. The person there said that he could find the part that I was looking for at their other locations. Said okay that wouldn't be problem.This is were there was a problem that has yet to be resolved. Asked if they had a rear bumper for a ford pickup truck. The employee there said they had one that had just been taken off of a pickup. Took us to look at it and I was not really wanting to buy it because it didn't seem like the right bumper I was looking for. The employee there guaranteed that it would fit the pickup. Still not wanting buy it, I asked what their return policy was. The employee said we could exchange it if it didn't fit but he guaranteed that it would or they would have other rear bumpers for that pickup at their other locations. Still not wanting to buy it, I bought, brought it home and tried to get it put on the pickup and what happened it didn't fit. Called the location twice to let them know it didn't fit. Both times I was told by an employee that they would check their inventory to see what they had and would give me a call back as soon as possible. I have yet to hear back from them to see if they even do have the rear bumper for the pickup. So, now I am out $200, which is what I paid for it, and a rear bumper that I have no use for. Beware of this company!

I was going to order an engine set but after a fishy negotiation I bailed out. Then I read reviews and I realized what I suspected. I was too close to become these guys sucker. Thanks google for being not biased and letting us help each other

Most awful company I've ever attempted business with. I submitted a request to sell my car to them more than a week ago (they approved it with a bid the next day). They claimed they would pick up my wrecked car that day and every following day but never did. Something excuse always came up with the tow truck driver. My apartment finally towed away my wrecked vehicle and now I'm at a loss. Most ridiculous lying business ever.

Salvage yard employees usually aren't the nicest but for some reason the day I went they were actually pretty good. They lent me and my son some tools and helped us remove a difficult part.

Very serious don't go there this place is very dangerous if you buy anything from them 100% they going to ship to you non working part and they never return it to you will never see your money back and if you talk to them they going to call you for fight if you go there you put your life in real thread

Had me waiting 30 min after calling prior to arriving for the part that I called about. Only to mention NOW they don t think they have the part I needed/called for. TERRIBLE SERVICE

Over priced parts. I was given a price and they were supposed to pull the part. Instead they had me do it and it was not a good value.

Good place to get used car parts you can find just about any part for your car they also have a mechanic that can help you put your part on as well
