Poor work ethic and doesn't do what he say im still waiting for parts that they broke and never gotten fixed. A cracked window he never fixed i own a mercadies Benz S500 i brought new air shocks that he recommend to stop my car from lowering but yet it still dose and he refuse to fix it saying he dont own the shop any more but all my parts are under warranty even the transmission he put in is not pulling write so go at your own risk im getting a lawyer and taking them to court beware of sheep in clothing

DO NOT Recommend !Pablo has been working on my car for almost 2 weeks he keeps giving us a false ETA and just keeps beating around the bush. I don't understand why he can't be straight forward about the issues with the car. VERY unprofessional !

I gave PABLO a 5 stars for my current 3 series BMW and my previous 5 series guys. I know it seems too good to be true, I didn t need to go do the expensive repairs at BMW dealership anymore ever since I knew him. January 2018 - Pablo treated me fairly. Another shop quoted my brakes and told me i needed to flush the brake fluid and lines. Pablo used higher quality pads for a lower price and checked the fluid. It did not need to be changed.He also repaired my manifold with a kit that saved me $500. Honest mechanic with fair pricing. He knows German cars.He even dropped me off at the Royal Lane DART station and picked me up at the end of the day when the car was ready. Excellent service.October 1, 2020 Update - Pablo once again proved he is an honest caring mechanic. He ordered parts and got ready to do the repair I requested. When I showed up he realized my diagnosis was wrong. Instead I needed spark plugs. He could have done the $500 job I asked for, but he turned it down to help me get exactly what I needed. I will keep going to Pablo.

Great service. Good price. Pablo is one of the few people who will work on my Fiat without overcharging me. They even cleaned my car after replacing the necessary parts. Very satisfied and will definitely come back to Pablo in the future.

I was referred to Pablo by a boutique BMW dealer after getting an outrageous quote from another European auto shop in North Dallas.Pablo knew just from the sound that was coming from the engine on my 328i what the problem was. He diagnosed it that day down to the crankshaft position sensor and I was back on the road in two days!Great customer service and even better work on the vehicles. If you have any issues with your Euro car, I recommend you take it to Pablo first! You ll definitely save time and $$$

Pablo is an expert on German autos and I feel confident coming to him with any maintenance/repair needs. Very personable and took the time to go over the car. I am very happy with the service provided. Even went the extra mile to have someone pick me up from my work when the car was ready at the end of day.

Pablo went above and beyond and helped me out a lot with my 2010 Audi s5. I trusted him to do my work and he charged me a very fair price and followed up with me consistently as well as finished in a reasonable time. If you have a German car or need any repair Pablo will take care of you for sure.

I cannot say enough good things about the guys and my experience at this shop. They rebuilt the entire valve train for my BMW at half the price and in half the time shops in Denton were quoting me. Their parts and labor warranties were also 2-3x longer than other shops!I knew exactly where my car was in process at all times and they'd even send me pictures during the build. They delivered under time and under budget!These guys truly take care of their customers in ways other shops probably don't even consider, from transportation to providing every available option for your repair circumstance. They just gained another loyal customer with me, I'll also be referring my friends and family!

Pablo provides great service. Especially on the european cars. Whenever i got an issue with my car, he arranges his availability shortly, identifies and fixes problems really fast. In other places even with smaller issues, i know that i waited at least an hour, ended up with a huge overpay. Pablo generally charges way lower than all those franchise services. He also have very good network of part suppliers, and towers closeby. Very talented mechanic, very friendly service. Thanks Pablo :)))

I took my C-300 with a lick to Pablo s shop; they immediately identified the source, bought the parts and fixed in a timely manner; and saved me significant amount of money if I d have taken to the dealer. Very competitive prices and exceptional customer service. No reason to go anywhere else for all my mechanical needs.
