Melissa got me in quickly and helped me narrow down my product selection. Jeff was able to get me in right away and answer all my questions. He never tried to push me to get anything i wasn't asking for at the time. He got me the best price possible for my services and got me in and out quickly. He was very friendly and professional throughout.Thank You Southwest Kia!!

My experience over all was great the service department people are friendly and they let you know about any recalls and if your vehicle needs additional service. I should have agreed for the tire rotation service lol anyways great customer service.

From the very start, Jorge my service advisor, was on-top-of EVERYTHING. He made sure I knew exactly what would happen and pro-actively communicated with me throughout the repair process.During check-out Jeff s thoroughness detailing my charges in an understandable way was just as appreciated as his kindness carrying my heavy bag to the car.Jorge and Jeff are professional and personable gentlemen who made my experience at Southwest Kia Dallas a First Class one!

Too disappointed to post another detailed review. By far the worse customer service and follow-up I have recieved in the past 4 years. From top down...they are uncoordinated, do not keep their word, do not provide status or details but I swear when you go to purchase a car you will be given top priority. Just hope you don't have any issues with cat afterwards. Crazy is that I have purchased 3 cars from them over the years. Service was great prior to pandemic but has Since seriously declined. To add insult to injury... the last time I went in and took off work as instructed bu Ouse/Larry that my part was in. IT was not so was given a new manager Edwin who promised the same follow-up early this week. Recap my issue has been waiting since early Dec. 2023 when they received payment from insurance. I understand back order, but not extremely poor customer service. They won't call back so I have to go in. Taken off a total of 3 days just to get a empty ended response. Have already escalated complaint but getting ready to do another round. Will never buy another Kia and will instruct others not too simply because of this Service department.

I always know that when I go to Southwest KIA Service Center that they are going to take good care of me and my car. Jeff is an awesome Service Team Member and I always enjoy working with him. Very easy to get my car serviced. The entire team is very efficient. Thank you

Brought my car over to Kia Southwest after having experiencing very rude behavior at Kia in Carrollton. The customer service here was great. I was provided an estimated time that my car would be repaired and the store was very clean. This is where I will bring my Kia should it need anything else

First oil change and tire rotation on my new Sorrento. Experience was 11/10! Scheduling appointment was convenient. Greeted as I drove up by George who was professional and explained process of what to expect since I m a new customer. Loved receiving text status updates as I waited in lounge area. George also checked with me when car was almost done. Car was washed which was a pleasant surprise. I live a fair distance away but this experience was so positive I will definitely return for my next one. George is a real asset to your team. Well dine, Kia Southwest!

Stellar customer service by Larry & the people in the service dept who were able to quickly locate a new wheel for us after an encounter with a pothole flattened our tire & ruined our wheel. Not only excellent help but great communication. I never wondered what the status was. Thank you SW Kia & Larry s service department. You are awesome!

I was really impressed with the service I received from Southwest Kia! The representative that helped me was exceptional!! Very knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and made me feel very comfortable. I will return to his location the next time I need service with my Optima!

I want to give Larry ("Pops") and the service team deserved recognition for helping me identify a problem with my vehicle that several other shops and dealerships could not identify. It ended up being a simple fix - replacing the battery - but they didn't limit themselves to surface-level testing like the other places. They dug in with the right tools and finally resolved what had been a very frustrating situation. If you want full attention and not people who want to hurry you along your way, Southwest Kia Service Center is your place.

Dissapointed, they claim that my battery had 20% and could not replace it even that my vehicle will not start after setting for a few hours ( I was trying to use warranty that expires in may 2024). Ps. They replace my battery the second time I was there, I'm very grateful for that and all I can say is thank you and God bless you guys.

I'm saying 4 stars just because upon arrival I had to wait about 10 minutes before someone assist me. But overall the service was great. Time wise my oil change and recalls were attended to in less than 2 hrs with a quick car rinse.

I drove up to the service entrance and was instantly greeted by Jake. Very professional and down to business. I especially enjoyed the text messaging feature Kia has that provided me with the status of my repairs and other concerns the technician found that could be serviced during my first time visit to any Kia dealership. They didn t waste any time and once all services were completed, I was given back a washed clean car by Jake! I was also on their WiFi which made my time there very useful! Thank you Southwest Kia!!!!!

As a long time customer I ve seen staff changes, reconstruction of the lot, the owner pass and so much more. Many, many oil changes and other services later, I have to say the current team Larry has is amazing! Edwin, Michelle, George and the others on the team were making sure each and every customer was taken care of. Smiles, laughs, hugs, high fives, detailed customer service and a warming atmosphere. Thank you Larry and team for your hardwork and dedication to make Kia Dallas number 1!!! No other Kia dealership can beat what this team offers!

I brought my KIA Soul in to have the theft control update installed and was met by Desararie who checked my car in and kept me updated with process of my repair while I enjoyed the lounge with snacks TV and chargers for my phone. When completed my car was returned with a fresh wash and vacuum ready to go

Jorge was very efficient and took time to call my warranty company in order to save me money on my repairs. He informed me how much longer my repair would take and I didn t have to wait long. I was happy with the service and repairs. Service here has improved.

My advisor did a fine job. Unfortunately we did not get to the root of the problem and the engine trouble remains. A long enough road test would have revealed it and the sound preceding the stall. Extra time with the car would have been preferred.

I brought my car in (drop off for multiple service) and it was finished the next day. Can't get any better than that! The only thing I do advise is to remind the customer rep that is checking you out, to check and review your warranties . I didn't a couple of times and PAID for services I didn't have to. As far As I know, they don't give back money or rectify the mistake when told later . At least not in my experience, just brushed it off. "Sorry to hear that. Well next time."

I asked that windshield washer fluid to be topped off in my car this morning and it wasn't done. Neither did the tech check to see that coolant was needed or reset my service interval notification in my EV6. This is the third time at Southwest Kia this has happened. I will reflect this in my rating for services rendered this morning on the official survey. The professionalism of the service advisor was the only bright spot in my experience.

I didn't have an appointment. My light in the car came on that indicated an issue with my tires. It was pouring down raining and I pulled into the Kia dealership. The manager can out and told me, "no problem, come on in". There was a nail in my left tire, which the mechanic took out, put a patch in the hole and I was back on the road. Thank you Kia for your help and great customer service.

Michelle in the service department was really nice. She greeted me with a smile. They did an update to my car and they let me know what else was wrong with it which is very nice and I went picked it up it was a nice experience.

They were very professional and made sure that my car got taken care of quickly so I didn't have to get a rental. They addressed my concerns with amazing sympathy and had 100% patience with my anxiety about the car trouble and timing. I reccomend!
