I took my work truck here literally told them I need to oil change and one of my headlight out and and they said when they do inspections, they check everything fix everything on the truck that needed and they called me at the end of the day telling me that my truck is ready and my headlight is still out so I don t even know if they did it right oil change

They got this done in a few hours. Glad they were able to get me back on the road to Utah. The commercial side of the company down the road one block wanted to charge me $280 is for one tire I ended up paying $198 for everything at this place

Very nice people, there was a wait but it was worth it, once they got my truck pulled in it was in n out, bathroom was very clean. Very professional and willing to help, I m bragging to my whole company about them. They were even nice to my very large dogs.

Took my van here for a wheel balance and alignment. Didn t get fixed the first or second time after going back. Decided to not even deal with it anymore at this place, so I went to a different shop and got it fixed right. Don t do reviews but after going back the second time with still same problem was very disappointing.

Great experience fast friendly service I had a flat in front of the homeless building on a cold night I'm not from Texas so really dk anyone so instead of ubering to a pricey hotel I checked in the homeless shelter for the night walk down the street to tire place this guy's took good care of me

Great experience! Awesome service by Travis and his team. He made buying tires for my wife s SUV a breeze. I highly recommend STM and will be using them again in the future!

My family has been going to STM for years...they always take care of us! Dale is the best mechanic in town and always helps us get back on the road. Dennis is always going above and beyond to make sure we are helped in a timely manner. They do get busy, so I've found it helps to call ahead or be one of the first ones there when they open in the morning.

Dropped off my car for A/C check. Told them my a/c was not blowing cold anymore at 7:40 get a call 10 minutes after saying it needs an evac and 2 lb. charge.. should've known they didn't check it. In 10 minutes they move the car and diagnose the problem then call to tell me it's that.. so I give the okay and pick it up later that afternoon, to my surprise it's blowing the same and I'm out of $125.. would give 0 star but not an option so had to give 1

First time venturing west in my truck and boy was I hoping and praying nothing went wrong. Well turns out I had two trailer tires that weren't gonna make the trip back to New Jersey. I thought sure they were gonna know I was from out of town and really give me the proverbial shaft. To the contrary Hector Rodriguez was not only a gentleman he made me feel comfortable and gave me a very fair price.. If ever I'm in the area and in need of tires I'll go nowhere else but SouthernTire Mart to see Hector. In fact I may go back just to buy 10 brand new tires.

A little over priced, tire shop workers show lack in interest to help a customer. Waited over an hour to get tire placed on rims (20$ cost) and all there employees just clocked out for the day. Charge 50 bucks to leave old tralier tires. Would I go back uhm no

Finally got something done about tires.Motor home was to talk to fit inside. So I had to find a place that could change them. Took me 2 hours going 10 mpg.. they changed them out.. Thanks again..Made it to Arkansas in motor home...Next state Tennessee

This place is very sorry.Don't go there we left our truck's there to change our oil and they dont even change our filter they are no good. This is prime systems. To change a tire they take all day this a business we need it asap. They are so wrong for businesses. !!!!!!!
