Took bit of pushing back but got price that was acceptable by my wife . She's happy with her new car . Will be happy when the deal is actually finalized with the second key and the heated seats installed.

They seem to be getting better than the last time I visited but I drove away with a TPS light on and it was never mentioned during inspection. I go for oil changes and required maintenance. And will try them again.

I had a service appointment for 9 AM, by 4 PM I had not received any updates so I called and spoke to a lady who took down my contact info and said they d call be back with an update on my car. No one called, so I called back at 6:05 PM and the service department was closed. Wow! HORRIBLE communication how is it okay to have the car ALL day and not communicate to the customer the status and that they would NOT get the car back the same day. I have two kids in activities and am trying to figure out how to get them to their commitments. Thanks south Toyota .3rd visit where we were left hanging. Definitely not coming back and would not recommend this place.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I called ahead of time for a pick up a battery to replace and they were helpful and had one in stock. Prices were better than the big box automotive part stores and great warranty too.

I had an appt. today at 8am and everything went very smoothly. I felt like I was a priority and not a bother. From the moment I pulled in, the young lady checked me in promptly and was very courteous. Then she walked me to Colton Johnson. He is always amazing and communicates with me throughout the process. I was in and out within 45mins but I do understand that sometimes it will take longer, no worries. 10 out of 10 stars if I could! I will continue to utilize you all's facility.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance

We recently purchased a brand new 2021 Toyota Sienna from their Lot.The rear passenger tire was not holding air. Per warranty they agreed to replace the tire but the issue itself was the service.I checked in with the person waiting at the garage and asked for my mileage readout. I specifically told him my mileage and he proceeded to tell me it was incorrect and clicked the ODO button to flash the mileage for next service which was 7k miles.My records will now show a discrepancy in mileage in all reports going forward. This immediately devalues your car by thousands if you try to sell or trade in as there is now a discrepancy in readouts.I understand mistakes happen but this employee assured me I was wrong and made a mistake that could cost me thousands.If this type of carelessness and lack of training is the first level of service at this dealership. I would not trust it with your vehicle. Do not take your car here.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

My experience started off ok until my salesman MD Hussan promised to fix some minor repairs to my car. I bought the car Saturday and they promised to rotate the tires which the service was due, fix scratches on the bumper and fix a hole that was in my back seat. Clearly the salesman was just trying to make a deal and when I reached out to the manager he claimed they only owed me a full tank of gas. Please do not go here especially if this is your first experience with car buying this is definitely not the place to go.

Sat. 19th, 2021, I waited for the service dept. 2 open I drove up and in & this young guy that I've never seen before ask if I have an appt.? I said "No". He informed me that my oil change would take an all day long wait , I could leave the keys. My b-day lunch w/guest was that day so I had waited outside early that morn. before the dealership opened. That employee said "If your oil light is not on don't worry about it". So, I left. A family member checked my oil and said my engine would have locked . I believed that wacko at the Duncanville dealership! Ironically I received a call that same day from that same place asking if I was interested in buy a vehicle from them!

Gerald was very professional, courteous and friendly in helping me get my 2013 Corolla serviced. I always ask for him now when I get my car serviced. You have an excellent dealership and is why I have purchased my last two Toyotas from there. Good job Gerald!

I have always taken my Lexus SUV to toyota dealerships, as they are usually faster and cheaper for the same service. That was not the case. I was charged a premium for bringing in a Lexus for repair. The diagnostic fee was higher, but I originally wasn't bothered because it would be rolled into the cost of repair if I had it done at the dealership, which I intended to. I got the quote for repair,and it seemed on par for what I had expected to pay. I was told the repair would take 2 days, which was no problem. I was asking about payment and when I could come in and get a loaner. I was the cost would be 50 dollars per day. I explained that other toyota dealers in the area had loaners for extended service, and if he was sure this wouldnt be waived for a 2k repair? He stated there was nothing he could do. I went in to retrieve my vehicle and take it somewhere else. Overall the quality and customer service of the people that deal with the customers is poor. Seems silly to pass on that large of a repair for a trivial loaner fee, but unfortunately they wouldnt budge. I'd advise going to Toyota of Irving or an independent mechanic if you have a lexus. A repair 3 months earlier involving a driveshaft, the repair was significantly under 1000 dollars, and I was offered and given a loaner for the 2 days it took to get the parts recieved and installed.

I am very dissatisfied with this place, I waited to on getting a oil change and break job the whole time and no one never looked at my vehicle and the manger Ken speaks over a person and doesn t let the person speak and I felt that they should have take some mo ey off my service but instead they gave me a rental car , this place will not have to ever worry about me coming again, poor business . Ken need to work on manger skills.Service: General repairs & maintenance
