My experience with South Toyota collision center was not the best. My vehicle was in their possession for 2 months. The communication was unsatisfactory & the customer service experience was lacking. ( Ex.- they accidentally punctured my tire with a nail on the side wall, & they filled it up back up and gave it back to me in that state ).Even tho the quality of the work on my vehicle was well done, the process outweighed the work .

I cannot believe my experience was so great with them you wouldn t think things would be so seamless or that you would actually like going in due to the circumstances of having a collision. They were excellent communicators, very kind, and you could tell they genuinely like their job. FRANK is amazing! If management is reading this, GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!!!He sent me updates and I could tell he was looking out for me. It helps that the adjustor was on top of it. If the adjustor is doing their job, you can rest assured that from the South Toyota end things are being taken care of in a timely and professional manner. I rarely leave reviews but this one was a must!

We recently had our catalytic converters replaced on our truck here. Jon helped us and gave us great customer service the entire time! He prepared us for dealing with our repair through insurance and worked between us and them extremely well. Richard also was very helpful throughout. It felt like a family business environment which we loved. We would definitely use them in the future and highly recommend the entire team at South Toyota Collision Center!

Having maintenance done on our vehicles is always a good experience. The Service Advisors are always very helpful in explaining our vehicle needs.

5 weeks ago I dropped my car off for collision repair and I was told the job will take 3-4 weeks. 2 weeks ago I dropped in for a status to see how much longer is needed and was told 1 week. 3 days ago I called and was told my car will be ready in 1-2 days. I didn't become impatient until now, staff will provide you whatever info they need to say, just to shut the customer up. South toyota has delivered nothing but empty promises. Karen, the receptionist has no knowledge, and answers questions rudely. Several of my questions were give a flat response of "I don't know" from Karen. So I avoid calling during the hours she is thereEDIT: About 8 hours after writing this review I received a call, and given the update of my car will be ready Tuesday or Wednesday ( today is Friday)EDIT:2 MORE WEEKS have passed and still no car, went in person today and was told by Richard, that they can put my wheel back on and I can take my car somewhere else for repair after I voiced concerns my car has been in the shop 2 months and ten days at this point for a 21 day repair

This is our 2nd vehicle repair here. They were super easy to work with and very thorough. They worked hand in hand with our insurance company to make sure everything was taken care of in a timely manner. Things have been delayed everywhere because of covid, but Jon kept us in the loop every step of the way and got our vehicle back to us asap and it was perfect when we got it back.We definitely recommend the collision center at South Toyota to anyone who may need a good shop!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Was referred to Jon for my Daughters cars body work. Just have to say although they are far from where I live it was well worth the drive. Exemplary customer service and work. The double edge sword is that I hope I don't have to see them anytime soon. Will definitely be referring this out to Family and friends for their Automotive Body Repair!Service: Body & Trim

Got my car fixed here. When it was returned I had less fuel and the car reeked of marijuana. I myself do NOT smoke . Very offended my vehicle was abused like this.

Very helpful employees. Treat customers with a lot of respect in all departments. For the most part, everything is expensive. But in the world we live in today, what is not expensive. Toyota is a great, reliable car.

It took 2 weeks just to get a small dent in my fender fixed. They under estimated the cost so it just dragged on. Don't leave your car till you get a estimate the dealer and insurance agree on.

Dropped off my car for repair a month ago, I have called to get information on when it s ready and get a different response every time making it harder to know when to return the rental I m driving currently. Miss karen and mr Richard have the worst customer service due to the lack of knowledge on the cars and the way they talk to customers, I will definitely not ever be going back after I get my car back!

After having my car broken into during a recent vacation Toyota South worked with our insurance company and repaired several scrapes, broken windows and gouges. I can t think of the team at the body and trim shop enough.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim
