The first time I took my car for service no left their whole day came back next when they done my car was running very smooth what ever was shaky is gone. The guy fixed the issue ..job well done I will definitely recommend this place for my friend

Had my HID headlight replaced. Labor only and it took only 20-25 minutes. Charge was very reasonable.

Great mechanic and a great price. I normally did all my own work on my truck with a friend who has a shop, but I just moved down here and simply don't have the tools necessary to do my own work yet. They got the job finished faster than I would have even if I had the tools, they listened to me, and they didn't try to nickel and dime me for other work.It's always great to find a good, honest mechanic when you move somewhere new, and now that I've found one I won't take my truck anywhere else. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to take their vehicle to an independent, locally-owned shop!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Omar is a wonderful business owner. This is most quickest service I've had at a shop. Very trustworthy. Took our 2017 GMC Sierra Denali for front strut replacement (magnetic ride) he had it done the same day. The price was super fair. I recommend all my family and friends to come here!

After calling Solutions Auto Repair the ,owner Omar, was able to fit me in same day to change my oil in my truck. His technician, Juan, was very knowledgeable and welcomed me with a smile. The mechanics did not attempt to overcharge me or recommend anything for repair. The service was the most affordable in the area and I will definitely be taking my truck here for future maintenance. I am very picky on who I take my truck to, but I've found Solutions Auto Repair to be one of the few mechanics to be trustworthy, affordable, and transparent with their customers. Omar and the receptionist were very kind. Solutions got my car repaired quickly and for a fair price. Omar even checked my tires and fluids to make sure my car was in good shape before returning it to me. I'll definitely return here any time my car gives me trouble.

Repairs were done the same day I brought it. He was very accommodating and made time for us. We were visiting Dallas and they came through for us when they didn't have to. Staff was very helpful and were concentrating on getting work done. Great experience. Highly recommended.

Got my car fixed there over a month ago. They were great! Very fair with pricing and did not charge for every little thing. They also did not take advantage of me as a woman. Everyone was always friendly and was informative about my car. My car is running great now! Will definitely take it back for future repairs.

I had a transmission issue and Omar who is the owner of solutions auto did an excellent job at repairing it for me. Phone communications was a bit shaky at times, but ultimately I thought I got a great price for the service, I was treated fairly and with respect, and my car is operating better than ever!Edit: 3 months after I went to solutions auto repair and the transmission issue I was having returned. The OBD II scanner I had said shift solenoid A once again(which was changed out the first time). I decided not to return and instead have my car fixed elsewhere and it cost me $2900 for the second repair. I was told that the entire transmission needed to be rebuilt.

My car had break issues for several years and I would go to the Toyota dealership mechanics since I bought the car. The only thing Toyota ever do was change the breaks. I made the decision to go here after a friend recommended them. It's been 6 months since they repaired my breaks and no issues. They are nice, respectful and very very good pricing. Definitely recommend.

I'm not sure if courtesy rides are still common, but due to time needed to do the job, there wasn't a ride offered. Fortunately I was able to have someone pick me up.

The owner-manager has 32 years of Mechanic experience. Very knowledgeable and treats women fairly. Does not treat us as if we are ignorant. Showed me the crack in the radiator and checked the entire cooling system. Re-ran the codes. Topped off other fluids free of charge.

They've worked on my car twice & they're good & reasonable, I just didn't let them order my parts for me bc it was cheaper for me to just go to AutoZone & get them myself!

Worst place ever I came from out of town to Dallas to see my in laws n brought my car to solutions automotive bcuz was overheating I left my car there the whole day n came back there pick my car said it was ready said was need a fuel pump and thermostat they replaced new ones for lifetime warranty I was going back home to drive 4 hours back home but didn't get make it drove for like 1 hour and car was overheating again the owner n his workers told me everything was working good checked everything on my car ,I dont believe they did because y is my car still overheating and cant run my ac done cost me lot money for labor n parts n still not satisfied of car overheating this place zero stars..I'm going get ahold of attorney in morning..
