We Own a Body shop and have to call often and theirs always the same guy that hangs up on me and my employees he is very rude and disrespectful to me and my employees.As a owner of a company i feel highly Disrespected by this employee.He sounds like a older guy he needs to learn how to treat customers. Before we start taking our business else where.Hes been their for a while and he also catches attitudes with us.I WILL NOT LET SOME RANDOM PERSON TREAT ME OR MY EMPLOYEES LIKE TRASHWE WILL TAKE OUR BUISNESS ELSE WHERE IF THIS ISNT RESOLVED.

Was a loyal customer for 10 years. Bring me the wrong parts and tell me I need to bring it back myself to get my money back or wait till I order again. I asked to talk to the owner and was given an email to contact him. No reply back what so ever. Then call and ask for the owner and was left on hold for almost 40 minutes. Called again to order another part so I could get my money back on the wrong part and was hung up on 7 times when I mentioned my company's name. I highly do not recommend this company what so ever.

They told me they had a part i needed. I called ahead to make sure they had it. They said yes, we have it. Drove out 15 miles to their shop, was charged, told to wait outside, only to be told to come back in for a return payment bc they did not actually have the part. No real apology or acknowledgment of how they did me wrong. Waste of my time, resources, and energy.

Employees are not serious.. they keep playing on the phone as if it were a game.. twice I called and they merged me with another caller who was on hold, and then they come on telling us to shut up..

Prices cannot be beat. Walk ins are treated well and the staff are prompt and knowledgeable. Some days are better than others (especially for the attitudes!) but overall they do a great service for the working man and provide quality replacement parts.....Will continue to spend money here as long as the doors are open.

It seems like the woman do the work over there when the guy answers he always says they do not have any parts in a matter of seconds but the woman will take her time like she's actually looking at the computer and guess what they have the part's i bet he's making them lose alot of money 5 stars for her but i take off 3 because of his bull

i order a part and kept being told it would be in the next day...when i would call nobody knew anything about my part...they kept putting me on hold several of times. the company does sell good parts at a right price but the employees(mainly the girls that answer the phone) will loose customers due to lack of customer service. They are very unprofessional I even had a "girl" try to raise her voice at me because i demanded to know where my part was after calling several times. I asked to speak to the manager and got clicked on....note to owner...your employees represent your company. Get them trained or replace them! obviously i am not the only one who thinks this of them....

I check the review and come by to order some light for my truck. They said to wait for a few days and come back to get its. Never have its in stock. They are lying to me.All the 5 stars reviews were from their own employee and their friends, a bunch of lying to get a good revieeeews.

Terrible Customer Service. Whoever answred the phone today picked up the phone and never said anything after saying hello into the phone several times he laughed and told me no this is Wal Mart. Then when he told me i had never ordered a part there I pulled out my receipt and called back to provide the invoice number and part number and he was rude yet again, when I asked to speak with someone else he hung up on me.

This place is great. I needed a headlight fast for a car. I had ordered online and received an incorrect order! I asked an autobody friend if he had any idea where I might find one fast. He said to try Simco. I got the correct light on the day I called for a VERY reasonable price. In fact, it was lower than the junkyard quotes I had and less than the best price I found on internet! Very happy. Thanks Simco!

I was referred here by a client of mine to buy a replacement hatch door for my Chevy equinox. They flat out said they wouldn t sell that to me because they don t sell doors, and when I told them why I was referred, I got told well they lied to you, we don t do that here and got hung up on.

Had a very bad experience with two of their employees, Samantha & Mayala. They have the WORST customer service. We were loyal customers to Simco for over 10 years until these two women disrespected my boss and called her a liar for a mistake that one of their drivers committed. We had proof of the incident and when asked to speak to their manager, they refused to transfer us. So dissatisfied.

They usually have the parts I need and are the cheapest by far BUT there customer service sucks. Often they pick up and put you on hold for long periods of time or even answer the phone and straight hang up on you. Once there on the phone tho...there friendly and really helpful.

When you call for parts I know the man who works there they never answer they just put you in hold for long time they didn't take time to say SIMCO CAN YOU PLEASE HOLD!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Replacing hood, fender, grille, front and back bumper covers and a headlight in daughter's 03 GMC Envoy. Found this place with Google, read all the negative the reviews and almost went somewhere else. But the location is convenient for me, so I figured it was worth a phone call. I guess you can't please all of the people all of the time. The girl I spoke with (Natalie), was prompt, courteous and had an answer on my parts list in no time. I went over, and, I will warn you, be prepared to wait. They're super busy all the time. They have 5 or 6 people working the counters and phones and they don't rest. After reaching the counter, the guy had the order ready to go quickly, except for the fender. When I said I'd called and the girl had told me all items were in stock, I heard this female voice ask, "For the Envoy?". "Yep". She told the guy how to look it up and, success!. Then, you get to wait again while they pick everything. That part is a bit of a chinese fire drill. But I'm happy. The best thing to do if you do this kind of work regularly is establish an account so you can call ahead and have everything picked by the time you get there. The prices are fantastic. Yes, they're non-oem import stuff. But perfect for a high mileage repair job.I experienced none of the headaches others complained about except for the wait.

I am a 19 year old women and I wrecked my Nissan Altima by rear ending a big truck with a huge bumper (typical teenage girl, right) :D. I came here and they offered very competitive prices, much cheaper than the dealership but not as cheap as the junk yards. They were able to give me accurate information on parts and prices. They also order the parts for me and had them ready at the shop rather quickly. They offered to ship them to my repair shop of choice but I preferred to pick them up myself at Simco. They helped me load everything into my car and made sure I was happy when I left. I honestly did not see anything wrong with their customer service and they treated me like they would any other customer although I felt embarrassed because I wrecked my car. I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of, the way another company made me feel by telling me I needed to order other parts to complete the repair. All in all, I rate this place very well.

Carlos here is your review:This company is unethical. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!! I bought several body parts spent 900 dollars. I bought a radiator assembly, when I got to the shop and opened it; it was cracked. I immediately called to let them know I needed to return. Samantha, you need to LEARN good customer service skills. Anyway spoke to Samantha she told me there are no returns. I finally spoke to Carlos, who said that the store policy is no returns. It is the customer responsibility to check BEFORE signing your invoice. I told him that there is no efficient effective way to check all the parts. It does not make sense. Um yeah... I am going to be the ass hole taking up all the space on the floor holding everyone up, or the one not moving in there VERY small parking lot, just to make sure they are selling a good product. Very unethical. We used to do business a lot with MS Auto just down the street, but they moved out of our area. I decided I would take our busines with SIMCO. BIG MISTAKE! Simco just lost about 5,000 more revenue monthly all because they didn't want to take back a part that cost 160 bucks. STUPID. Stay clear of this company. I have NEVER been treated like this from any body part company. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Nice staff good prices alot faster then other parts places after all this time still great people I ordered a part for my bmw and said it wrong and no worries the young lady redid the ticket and they got the part fast again "sorry", Thanks I will be coming here again.

Beautiful staff,very well behaved.very friendly environment. Cheapest parts in the Dallas and the metropolix.i will definitely visit again and again. The price here is cheaper than in the dealership wow this is amazing

I ordered some parts at 8:15am that morning, and the parts did not make it. The customer service stinks. I would not recommend this place to anyone. When I made it up there the next day the young lady gave me attitude. On top of the attitude they did not have the right fog light. Ain't that something.

Very bad customer service they just hang up the phone or change the line to another customer if they don't like to talk with you.One of the lady I talk with she is very rude and the music near her and she already somebody talking with her and I repeat two times what I need and she said I understand don't repeat it two times,very bad customer service
