I have known Silver Star MotorCars personnel for well over 15 Years for car services and repairs on my 2006 E350 Mercedes Benz. They have always given me great service, and l found them to be fair, trustworthy and reasonable.They specialized in collision repairs, paintless dent repairs and also ADAS calibration. Their technicians offer top-notch services working to get your vehicle back on the road as soon as possible.My experience thus far with this shop is grea! They completed my car repairs and bodywork in a timely manner as they had promised. They are always friendly, professional and very helpful. This is my first experience with Silver Star Motorcars service department. Ray and George were both extremely helpful and provided superior service on my 2021 CLA45 AMG. Ray walked me through the details of the work to be performed and even went above and beyond replacing some missing screws on the undercarriage that were mysteriously left out from my last dealer visit. I highly recommend Ray and Silver Star Motorcars for any Mercedes owner that wants great service at a fair and honest price.

I own a 2012 GLK that's fully paid off, and I'm determined not to take on another car loan. I've been dealing with these guys for eight years, and I exclusively bring my car to their location for maintenance and major repairs. The trust I have in them is significant they've consistently been transparent and patient with me. It feels like a family atmosphere, and their work is excellent, with honest pricing.

Silver Star Motorcars is the best. They re honest, respectful, knowledgeable and their prices are reasonable. They have the best AC service in all of DFW. It s been great every time I went there. They re not your typical shop that over charges you and charge for things they don t do. I would most definitely recommend Silver Star Motorcars to anyone. I promise you will not regret taking your vehicle there.

Recently moved to Texas from California and I was looking for a place to service my 2015 BMW X5 that I could trust and rely on. Silver star has helped me service my BMW and I've been very happy! They have gone above and beyond to make sure I'm happy and taken care of. Their service prices are very fair and their work has been very professional as well!Since then, I also purchased a newer model of my car from them, 2020 BMW X5. The car was priced extremely well, even in this market! The transaction was also one of the easiest car purchases I've done.I've been very happy with Silver Star, from buying a new car to servicing my cars there! Happy to have found a local shop I can trust in Dallas.

George is quick to fix my Benz and ONLY gives me what I need to keep it running smoothly. All the folks show professionalism and courtesy to include Ashley, their owners and mechanics. PLUS, I appreciate the car wash as well.

the worst place you can go. They give you an estimate and once you have the car in the shop they start calling you to charge more, for things that they did not say they had after having paid 170 dollars for a prior analysis. They don't do the complete service, and they want to charge you again for completing it. the worst place.

A friend recommended Silver Star Motorcars to me after hearing the hail damage to my X3. I'm very happy with the experience and outcome of repair by Silver Star Motorcars and would definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends.I rate Silver Star Motorcars 5 out of 5 for the following reasons:1) Excellent Customer Service, the minute I walked in there felt the courtesy by Ray, Aris, and George. They are always patient and helpful.2) Quality Workmanship: The quality of the repair is excellent. I'm amazed by what they did in restoring the hail damage.3) Fair and Competitive Pricing: They delivered what they said on the business card my friend sent me. And it was a a hassle-free experience.

My BMW X5 was in an accident recently and I chose Silver Star to do the body repair. They provided me with great service and worked with my insurance company to get the work done in a timely manner. The car looks as good as new!

I would not recommend silver star to anybody. I took my Porsche Macan for a coolant leak. After they replaced the coolant pump my car overheated, took it back and they claimed there was a air bubble in the system that they drained. I drove my car for less than a week and it overheated again. Took it back to silver star they checked it and said there was nothing wrong with it. After that event I took it to the dealership and they told me that they used an after market part and the installation was faulty. Silver star charged me more than the dealership, they used after market parts and didn t do a proper installation. I am lucky i didn t have to do a major engine repair. Be careful they are tricky and charge as much as the dealership with a terrible service.

Another great experience with Silver Star. After confirming the struts were in, took our Acura MDX in on Saturday to have them replaced. Told the job would take about an hour. Left 45 minutes later - struts in, car washed - great service again!!

They did a great job painting and repairing my bumper. I dropped it off and went out of town for work and they had it ready for me when I returned, just as promised. They did great work and were friendly and the price was very reasonable! This is the second time I used them on my vehicle and both times that did outstanding, good priced work.

Few years back, a friend recommended Silver Start Motor Cars and I took a chance to compare their service/pricing with my current one for my Benz E430. The service I received in my first attempt was awesome. They did an excellent job on my vehicle and provided additional expert advice to make sure that I am happy. I was also impressed with their fair pricing and the professional service they provided as well! The office staff are cordial and kind.I have remained and will continue to be a dedicated customer to Silver Star because I am convinced that I have found a home for my vehicles. Had collision repair done. The insurance company had estimated that the door could be repaired but that was never going to be a good fix. Ray submitted a request for the door to be replaced and followed up with them. The insurance company agreed to replace the door. Thanks to Ray they were able to make my car as good as new.

Undoubtedly my first choice for any n all kinds of automotive service, repairs...bodywork...etc!!I have had all my cars serviced over here at some point or another...cars like AMG Mercedes and Range Rover Sport, Mustang n more...I guess that says a lot!!They re all GOLD stars in my book!!

I was going to take my car to Mercedes but i saw a review where someone said they brought their car to silver star instead. I recently had work done at another shop but I was continuing to have problems. The other shop kept telling me nothing was wrong. I came to silver star and Mr. George ran a diagnostic and was able to tell me exactly what the issue was. I took my car back to the other shop so that they could fix it again under warranty. Needless to say that I won t be going back there and I will be going to Silverstar now.

I have a 2011 Benz Ml350 Bluetec. I had issues starting the engine Fall 2022. 1st mechanic changed battery twice, spark plug once and did not resolve the issue. Through recommendation, I took the car to silver Star and explained my frustration. I paid for analytics and wanted them to make sure that they can help to resolve the issue. 1st round, car started, shut off and would not start after stopped for traffic light. Took the car back and asked them to do whatever they can to ensure this does not happen again. Happened again! The car did not get fixed after round 2 and came back with heavy gas smell in the car and the heater stopped working. Interior was dirtier than dropping off. By the time of this, it costs more than $3k with Silver Star. I contacted a 3rd mechanic and he showed me how fluid spilling out of the pipes. Would not recommend Silver Star.
