After dropping off my car for an oil change I got it back with all of my settings changed (AC, Radio. Seat position). It was like I got the wrong car back. I m not trying to be picky but Sewell boasts high quality customer service and having my car returned to me that s way is definitely not a good example of luxury brand quality service. I know several mom and pop oil change businesses that can do better. They don t see high volumes and will go the extra mile to make a life long customer. It s how they stay in business. Update! In Q1 I needed an oil change so I scheduled it and proceeded to the dealership. Once I arrived they told me I was there for my 20k mile service and charged me over 400 dollars and for what. To look at my car??? They said they top off fluids too, man I hoped they did that at least. This is my 3rd vehicle purchase from Sewell. I m going to go to a local place for service from now on. No more 150$ inspections every 5k miles.

I was advised that my car was ready for pick up and when I went to get it, I waited 40 minutes and still no car. I asked up front and they said they had it at the car wash. I thought it was ready for pick up! I also texted the person involved in the service and advised there were issues with my loaner car and they just never wrote back.

Love the service! Always ready for you when you arrive! Promptly go over your needs and then get you in a great loaner! Try looking at their shop floor you can eat of it! A true reflection of their professionalism! Thanks Lexus!

My Lexus RX350 (2022) has only 27,000 miles on it and I was informed today 3/4 tires need to be replacedI have kept all my service up to dateI was told how great Lexus is when I purchased the vehicle and honestly I have never in 30 years had to purchase tires at 27,000 miles.The drive is smooth and was considering trading it in, but doubt I will do so if this is how often the tires will need to be replacedMichelin offered a credit, but not what I feel is fair ( the amount offered is good for 30 days)My concern is no one could really explain or know why they lasted such a short timeI was told what seemed to sound like I was lucky, as some had to be replaced at 20,000Most likely it is still safe to drive but I was informed they should be replaced soonI will have it checked out by our dependable, local tire company. They will replace if and when necessary

Went in to have my license plate and tag put on. A+ service! They washed my car! I was in and out. My mom was a sewell customer back in the day and their service is still hard to compete with!

We have bought cars from Sewell since the 1980s. I have never had the poor service I received today. I waited in line 15 minutes for a service advisor. I was then told I would have a 45 minute wait for a loan car I had previously reserved, If you are going to buy a car from Sewell Lexus, check the service department out first. We have never had this problem with Sewell Cadillac, Sewell Sterling, or Sewell GMC..Service: General repairs & maintenance

Did my oil change, everything went well and the rep was friendly. Gave it a 3 star because I found out that they didn t reset the odometer after changing the oil. I want to believe that they changed the oil but you always have to reset the meter. I would have love to go back but I stay really far. Please train your mechanics to do their job effectively and completely or else it will look like they didn t do anything in the first place.

They were a bit slow but the waiting area was perfect. I had coffee and wifi so I was able to work while the car was being prepared. The team was very pleasant to work with.

First time buyer here and it was the worst experience of my life. Bought a new 2023 NX 350 in March and from the second week of owning it I started experiencing rattles and noises from the cabin. I lived at the dealership as they attempted to fix my car 5 different times..better yet, I had the manager tell me to buckle the backseat seatbelts (although no one is in the back seat-makes total sense) and to play my music louder and I won t hear anything (great customer service). I then proceeded with lemon law and trying to figure out how to get rid of the car. As a Luxery car brand and being known for their customer service, Lexus has done nothing to help me out in any way shape or form. I do not recommend to get a car here or better yet a Lexus in general. I went from a Mazda to this and would GLADY go back to the Mazda.

Spending time here is a treat! I've never, ever experienced customer service like this. Waiting for vehicle service is easy when you are made this comfortable and are looked after to this degree. Sewell wrote the book on service and anyone else looking to elevate their customer service experience should be taking notes! Well done Sewell!

Bought my Escalade from them and the past years they have been really good with service. This time they disappointed me when I arrived I was told 2 and a half hour or more wait for loaner vehicle. I wasn't told that when I set up appointment. I arrived at time I was told. Of course I left and had service perform elsewhere.

I purchased new tires from Sewell and one of them had a leak in it, so I took it to them for repair or replacement. When I dropped my car off I told them that I was going out of town the next day. I received a text from them saying thank you for choosing Sewell and that s the only communication that I received from them. I called them about 5:00 to get an update and was told that the service technician would call me back but he didn t. I knew they were closing at 7:00 so I went to the dealership and was told that my car wouldn t be ready until the next day, no way, I m leaving for my trip tomorrow morning. Well, long story short they went ahead and fixed it but I didn t get an invoice so I wasn t sure if they fixed it, only put air in it, or replaced it. I call the service manager the next day and was told that one of the managers would call me back but they never did. I m very disappointed in Sewell and will think twice about using their service again.Service: Tires

What can I say about Sewell that hasn t been posted? I took a cherry 2003 LX470 in for a leaking OEM original windshield. They managed to preserve the original glass and fix the leak. A few of the service techs complimented the vehicle as well. Sewell always figures out how to add a personal touch to a visit to the dealership. Meghan with the service team kept me informed throughout the process.

I'm torn with this company. At times they have grade-A service however, lately we have not been happy with their customer service. I have been lied to and swindled out of services owed to me. I have to jump through way too many hoops just to be provided services I have paid for. All in all it is annoying and I cannot say that I'm happy about it.

Informative staff and extremely accommodating. After getting complimentary beverages; sprite for him, cafe Mocha for me, we went to their cubicle office for technical questions. Lastly we were able to walk through an interconnected overpass to ask our mechanical questions, surprisingly also selling Yeti accessories.

Had my vehicle serviced here for the first time. My experience was extremely upsetting to say the least. The advisor was barely interested in serving the customer, he was rather uncommunicative to me through out the process. Took forever to respond me when I asked about a report of the wheel alignment that they did. Failed to address and communicate with me regarding a cosmetic issue that I reported.While I ensured to mention all the services I needed, in their online appointment scheduling portal, apparently the service advisor paid zero attention to any of that. I had to ask and confirm about each of the service that I requested and the work they did on it.The customer rep on front desk had no interest in listening to my concerns either. This experience changed my outlook of Lexus service so much so that I regret taking my car here. Not repeating this mistake again.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, Oil change

We have purchased FOUR Lexus automobiles from Sewell. They have always stood for integrity, and they have sweet cars.We paid $48k for a 2 year old RX450h in March. It had a bad wheel but they promised to fix it. They came out to take our car and give us a loaner THREE times before they finally fixed the wheel.Today I drove the two hours it takes to get to Sewell, and brought it in for its 50,000 mi maintenance with 49902 mi on it. They said they wouldn t change my oil and this was the last no cost maintenance on the certified vehicle. Rotating tires. They wanted to keep my car for 2 hours to rotate the tires and if I wanted an oil change it would be $152. I can change it myself for $35.I don t know what has happened to this place but I am done buying cars here.

The advisors did a good job finding out what is wrong with my car. The prices increase monthly which is not very good. An oil change cost me $120.00. Other repairs cost $4,000 and most of that is labor. The service is well.

I purchased my 4th Lexus on July 23rd, 2022.Sewell Lexus was the best service,especially the salesperson Patrick Taylor.He is very thorough, can t think of anything.Excellent,friendly informative, reassuring.He is Great!!

Update: I have upgraded my rating to 5 stars as Customer Service has been exceptional and the Manager in the Service Dept also .gets two thumbs up for addressing my concerns. In the past I have gone to Park Place in Plano but I must say that I'm now very impressed with the attention placed on quality service from the team at Sewell Lexus.

Like every experience at Sewell; the service dept is courteous, professional and reaches above the bar to see that their customers understand all service and repairs and that all service is performed in a conscientious and timely manner. I fate the 5 stars without reservation.

All shops I called to get a estimate for body damage after a car accident told me that they are booked for 2 weeks ahead. When I called Sewell Lexus they told me to come whenever. It only took 20 minutes to get a printout of the necessary work estimate at Sewell. Outstanding service!
