My husband and I got rear ended a couple days prior to Christmas. With the Mercedes body shop and Enterprise closed, Terrell came to the rescue!! His generosity in helping us get back home and ensuring our car was safe meant more than he will ever know! I don t know what we would have done without him and his team that day! This place is center of excellence and was a blessing to us!! Thanks again!

My second time visiting, and I'm just as impressed as I was the first time. Chandler was awesome! He kept me updated and handled my repair with care and professionalism. I will NEVER take my Lexus anywhere else for repairs.

My husband recently brought his vehicle here after he got in an accident. Nancy, our estimator, provided above and beyond customer service and she was very quick with getting information from our insurance and the body techs. The body techs did an amazing job on the car, you cant even tell anything happened. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

1) Took more than 1 week to receive an estimate. On 10/10, I brought my car in for a quote on side door molding repair and a small paint scratch- both the result of a door dinge from another car. I did not receive an estimate until 10/19.2) When I picked up my car (after my car was at their shop for about 3 weeks), all the settings in my car were adjusted/ played with. Why the F did the body shop touch settings/features in my car that have NO relationship to the work performed? Features such as the lane assist warnings to the visual presentation on the car's touch screen were unnecessarily adjusted/changed!For what they charge and my wait time to pickup my car, I would expect A+ treatment. What I received, was closer to B-/C+. Caveat emptor!Note: my work was very minor. My wait time was due to their shop having lots of work and being understaffed (in paint)- per conversation with my service advisor at the shop.

Nothing but GREAT things to say about Chandler and Nancy!! If you are looking for amazing service and customer care, look no further. Had a small issue come up but with their amazing service ended up in a win-win for both parties. Great detail. Picked up my car and it looked brand new. I was in a hit and run accident. The other insurance was giving me the run around. From the beginning to the end, my adviser Mitch Horne was very helpful and made sure my vehicle was going to be taken care of! From rental car issues to some charges the other insurance didn't want to cover he returned every single call. I was a little concerned about the reviews but I could not of had went to another collision center. Sewell, I am very satisfied from my car purchase..to your collision center. Thank you Mitch and thank you Sewell!! You guys will forever have my business!

We had a little accident in our Rx and took it to Sewell Lexus Collision. The service was excellent. A small issue showed up a few months after the repair and I emailed Ashley to let her know. They had us bring it in and had a loaner car waiting. Issue was resolved quickly and we are very happy. Ashley and Devin took great care of us and hopefully we never have to go back but if anything else happens we wouldn't take our car anywhere else. If something happens to your Lexus I'm not sure why anyone would go anywhere else the deductible is the same and you get 5 star service.Service: Body & Trim

Everyone here is incredibly helpful and offers great service. If my service person Nancy Soto wasn't available, one of her colleagues was there to assist me, and knew all the details about my car repair. Aaron at the Enterprise Rental attached to the building was quick, efficient and one of the nicest people I've ever met at a rental car agency. Hopefully I won't need collision repair in the future, but if I do, I will return to Sewell Lexus Collision.

I had a wonderful experience from beginning to end , and specially mr.william doing professional communication and updating throughout the repair as it should be.I am 100% satisfied by Sewell. Even they activated few sensors on my Lexus GX 460 , previously which was dormant . Going few extra miles is what not only keeps the existing customers but brings others on reference from our side .The reason why I choose swell from others during this catastrophic event to repair my vehicle is , because I am satisfied by what you do during a regular service.

I have a Lexus SC 430 in mint condition that had paint damage from minerals in water dripping from a parking garage. They had to take my hard top convertible apart and when they put it back the seal was installed upside down. During the first rain the top of my car was leaking on my back seats. They reversed the seal, however my car has been back several times due to the driver side seat belt is wet every time it rains and peeling paint repaired. One of my lights behind the windshield at the top of the car doesn't work anymore....it didn't work when I got it back the first time. It always worked before then. There seems to be a wiring problem that occurred when they took the top apart. I also have bubble damage on the black piece behind my back seat due to the leaking. The paint is peeling on three areas of my car. I called the beginning of 2021 and wanted to get my car back in to have the paint fixed, back panel behind seat replaced, leak and light fixed. I needed a rental car at that time....they said they would call me. I have not received a call back for a year. I just want my car to be like it was before they worked on it. I will be calling tomorrow to try to get my car fixed, and I hope the service will be better and my car will be as it was before it orginally went in. The repair was totally covered by Farmers Insurance, but I don't want to get them involved unless I need to.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Sewell continues their 5 star experience at their body shop. Jeff got me in right away, fixed my car faster than expected and gave it back to me looking absolutely brand new and smelling new too. Best experience I've ever had at a collision center.

After I had my brand new Lexus a week I had an unfortunate accident. I knew I wanted only Lexus collision to repair it to make sure my vehicle will be fix right. This was my first time using them and I had a great experience. It took a little longer to get repairs done due to waiting on parts but once all the of parts came it took only a week to repair. My advisor was John who was really great making sure to keep me updated on the arrival of the parts and the repairs to my vehicle. I am very happy with the work done to my car getting it back to brand new condition!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I would not recommend this place. My vehicle was returned with missing and loose bolts. The paint also had blemishes they claimed that they fixed but never did.

Shout out to Kevin Ireland, he has my utmost respect on how he handled the whole process of repairs for my lexus. He is incredibly knowledgeable on the entire repair process and the vehicle itself. He gave me so much information throughout the whole process, and his kindness and respect for customers is superb. Kevin is the best agent I have worked with from any repair service or dealership I have ever been to. Kevin was also honest throughout the whole process, and always answered any questions I had. Although I was devastated when my lexus was damaged in the accident, it was an absolute pleasure to have Kevin look after my car. The repairs on the vehicle itself look amazing, the mechanics and techs did a great job on everything from the body work, paint, clear coat, and touch up work. If I ever get involved in another accident with my lexus, I am requesting Kevin Ireland to look after me!

My 2022 Lexus RX 350, purchased in October 2021, was hit in March 2022. There was quite a bit of body and suspension damage to the vehicle. We took it to Sewell for the repairs and not unexpectedly, the workmanship was beautiful. What blew us away though, was our Estimator/Expeditor, Ashley Fraticelli. We had a vacation planned for just 3 weeks after it went into the shop and really needed the vehicle back quickly so that we didn't have to take a rental on the road trip. We explained this to Ashley and her attention to detail and follow up and everything that it takes to make a customer feel like they are important, was second to none. These days customer service seems to be a thing of the past. Ashley emailed daily with an update on where the vehicle was in the process and it gave me great peace of mind that the repairs were moving along as quickly as possible. I was able to get my car the day before we left for the road trip and I attribute that primarily to Ashley and the white glove service she gave to our case. I took my car to Sewell coalition center at Dallas location for hails damage repair. My car had hail damage back on March 2022. I left my car to get fixed from hail damage on April 5,2022. My car was assigned to Ashley Fraticelli. I let her know that I m with progressive insurance. During the process of my car being fixed , I was hoping that everything would turned out to be great but it DID NOT.On June 1, 2022 , finally I was able to pick up my car since I left it on April 5. I was really excited finally to get my car back but that moment turned to be disaster , dissatisfied and HUGE disappointment when I saw my car was not really fixed.The reason why I was so dissatisfied not to mention HUGE disappointment because during the time that my car being fixed from hail damage, I sent Ashley an email asking her for a quote to fix my LEFT passenger door side that had stretched and I informed her that I will pay it from my own pocket, not progressive.She gave me a good price to fix that door. I was really happy with that price. She really made my day knowing that I would get my car back like brand new again ( no stretch ).When I picked up my car on June 1, I was completely shocked to see that my LEFT passenger door still remain the same , still have stretch on it. I asked her what happened? Turned out that she told me that she thought RIGHT PASSENGER DOOR NOT LEFT!I was completely shocked and speechless since I had a proof on my email saying that I need to fix my LEFT passenger door NOT RIGHT side.At first she did not want to admit that she was wrong and she made a HUGE mistake until I showed her my email regarding that issue , after she realized that I was right and I had my proof for it, she then apologized to me for her mistake.I had been waiting for my car since April 5 until June 1 and I was hoping to see it flawless like brand new again exactly when I purchased it brand new back in 2017. I waited patiently for almost 2 months and turned out to be a BIG HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT ever.When this incident happened, the manager of the body shop was present along with Ashley and me.I even showed him the email for that LEFT passenger door. Ashley promised me that she would do something to fix her mistake before I left Sewell.At the end , she DID NOT delivered customer satisfactory as she promised to me. She can t keep her words.After this incident I WILL NEVER bring my car to Sewell ever. My first time experience as a Customer of Sewell turned out to be a disaster and a HUGE disappointment ever.She literally made a HUGE mistake and during the time that my car was being fixed from hail damage at Sewell, she was NEVER EVER ask me or DOUBLE CHECK with me "was it LEFT or RIGHT passenger door that need to be fixed .I WILL NEVER come back to this Sewell ever again because of the HUGE disappointment of their service .Service: Body & Trim

Michelle was absolutely fantastic! Another facility couldn t even get us in before June 7 and Michelle got us in within just a few days! Our repair was finished 10 days before schedule. Overall I was satisfied with this location. The biggest issue I have is it's hard to reach the person you're working with by phone and they usually don't return phone calls. My vehicle ended up staying longer than I thought but the work turned out great. The car rental place is within a few steps so that's a plus.

My car looks as good as new I had an issue with one of my air vents getting stuck Probably unrelated to my wreck, but they fixed it anyway, no questions asked. Jorge was great!

Highly competent staff and outstanding service. They do a good job setting customer expectations in the beginning and keep you in the loop on work in process. Have used them several times over the years and always pleased with the quality of the results. Their paint work is top notch.

First time coming to this body shop and have had the worst experience EVER. They have told me my car is way ahead of schedule and that it should really take 45 days to finish the job. I've talked to numerous people and other body shops that have stated it should not take this long to get my car fixed on what is stated on my supplemental needing to be done. They told my husband when I made him call on a Friday, that all they had to do was put the car together and clean it out. Painting was done. Told him the car was so far ahead of schedule and that THE ONLY REASON I wouldn't be able to pick it up is because it's gonna take my insurance awhile to accept the supplement and that Tuesday everything should be ready. I had my attorney call my insurance to make sure everything was taking care of on time and come to find out my car was no where near ready on Tuesday and not even sure it will be done on Thursday and are now telling me it may be Friday when I am able to pick up my car. Not only that my rental ends with my insurance in a day and they are telling me the body shop probably won't cover my rental for another two days because my car IS SOOOOOO AHEAD OF SCHEDULE. So now I have to figure out how to get to and from work. I will NOT being coming here ever again if I have issues with my car and I will be sure to NOT to recommend this body to anyone, to get their car fixed. I am immensely frustrated with how things are going at this body shop. I would recommend finding another body shop to take your car to and not choose this one.

I called about bringing in a my hail damaged vehicle for repair at a time that's convenient with my work schedule. The young woman who answered the phone was not as polite, or accommodating as I expected from a Sewell representative. Her tone made me feel like I should find some other facility to have my vehicle repaired. That's not what she said, but it's how I felt when speaking with her. And, I believe that's exactly what I'll do! Very disappointed!!!

I have purchased two cars from Sam McNeese in 10 months and have been nothing short of thrilled with both experiences. The service and quality of vehicles at Sewell PreOwned are unsurpassed (this is my 4th Sewell Lexus) and Sam worked incredibly hard to get us exactly what we wanted, when we needed it. Sam is an exceptional professional, easy and enjoyable to work with, and sincerely cares about the customer experience.

Car needed new bumper cover, headlight, and windshield. It was finished in about 5 business days after the insurance company (a major San Antonio based company catering to the military) increased its estimate to cover the OEM windshield and bumper cover. Car was in immaculate condition when I picked it up and nothing was missing. It was a much better experience than with Caliber Collision a couple of years ago with my previous Lexus, where the trunk mat and tool kit disappeared. My service advisor was Devin and he was straightforward and to the point. He took great pain not to over-promise, and I appreciate how he handled this client. What could have been an outstanding Sewell-like experience became a nightmare and "my worst experience ever" because I had to readjust my seat and mirrors. Just kidding. Five stars all the way.

I had a less than 1 star review in my last experience which is very unusual with Sewell. I spoke with their manager and it is clear how important my overall experience was to him. I updated this review based on the last 10+ years that I have received exceptional service.

I m furious my vehicle is being repaired and it did not have major damage it s minor and they are keeping it till the 19th Feb. dropped off lst week of Jan. They have not done any repairs and guy said they are starting today. Really and I have to wait one more week and a half.Only issue it had was side mirror, scratches for paint job and side tire molding. When we dropped it off. Not only is amount higher than initial quote but wait time is what kills me...In my opinion a minor item I d hate to imagine if this was major work like a dented door..No repair done because they couldn t reach husband well you should have obtain another number and said work is at haul till you call is back ....

this one start that body shop did a good job on the car, but I had a worst customer service. had to made multiple calls to get an appointment and couldn't get the person who I spoke first. did not get a call or email and then payment, even though they got the payment from the insurance wanted to me to again, and after the service no greet. I felt like I have been treated likea gatto body shop. I don't write review but I had to warn future customer. thanks

Really bad service , bring my new tundra 2022 to this shop to repair and talked to Michelle Lindle ( estimator) gave her all insurance (the other side company cause not my fault ) information to make a estimate and she said will send me and insurance company a report . Now 3 weeks already never call never send any thing to me , no contact me at all . I can't believe , is it a big collision Sewell Lexus ?
