I was at the Infiniti dealer for almost 7 hours but it was a great seven hours , test driving and learning about the product. I once heard someone say they would only buy from a Sewell because of their outstanding customer service. I can honestly say I will only be buying from Sewell too! Superb customer service! Daniel was so professional and knowledgeable with Infiniti products! We had our 7 and 9yo with us and Daniel was so patient and understanding, never once showed frustration. We were fortunate to be introduce to Gina, she was so sweet and delightful, there was no haggling back and forth with terms for the vehicle. Again Thank you Gina for being so awesome are your position! You made my family a Sewell customer for life!!!!

The "Sewell difference" is a real thing. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had, and it was all because of Allison and her great assistant. She is the epitome of what every car salesperson should aspire to. Her desk loaded with awards spoke to this. From our pre-visit communication, to the dealership appointment and closing, nothing could have been smoother and more enjoyable. I went to lunch, which Allison so generously treated me, after picking up my new car, and already have people admiring my car (last picture) LOL!

Had a great experience at Sewell Infinity. I called ahead of time about a particular car and Jackie Stacy had it ready as soon as I arrived. She went out of her way to make contact with updates.When Jackie had to step away, she had another associate Michaela Sheehy and everything moved forward so smoothly. The team was very helpful and worked together to make things easy for the buyer.Jamere Jackson, the sales manager, was very straightforward and helpful when it came time for the final steps. If you want a team of professionals and a good group to work with, this is a great place for you.

Doug Haskins is the best car salesman I've worked with. My experience buying car here has been nothing but excellent. Very attentive and got me what I needed and he even let me drive his car for a week while my car was being prep!Bought 2nd car here for my brother. Got himself a Q50 and we enjoy the experience buying car here. Thanks again Doug.

Sewell's initial were responsive and communicative regarding scheduling and repair updates. The turn around was fairly quick. However, the diagnosis and actual repair work has been disappointing. After two weeks, the car stopped working due to same unresolved issues. We are currently waiting for a tow back to dealership, it s been difficulties in arranging the tow, and without a car or loaner for 3 days. Will provide further updates.

What makes a customer a loyal one? It is simple yet difficult to master however this dealership has mastered the art of making customers loyal and retaining customer loyalty. The impeccable professional customer service, excellent quality of work (you walk away not feeling like you have been taken advantage of for a dollar), communication, and even the sweet token checking out (it s often the little things that count ).I have owned a few vehicles and have always had my vehicles serviced at said dealerships but this is my first Sewell purchase and the experience is as different between night and day. Dealerships may roll out the red carpet when purchasing a vehicle but they often forget the servicing part which carries the most weight when mastering customer loyalty for repeat purchases.

Truly fantastic dealership. The Sewell family of dealers is well know for quality, and a truly white glove experience. I did not purchase my vehicle through them, but they do all of my service and repairs. I will purchase my next vehicle at Sewell, based on the fantastic customer treatment alone.A very special shoutout to Diana, in Service. Even though every thing went very good at point of initial drop off, I was disappointed when I showed up to pick up my QX80 because no one met me to review the work that had been done. I neither got an explanation nor received a full service experience to conclude the repair. The car looked like new and I was very happy with the finish. However, I had mixed emotions because no one took the time to go over the repair with me and make sure that I understood the detail of the repair. P

My previous car-buying experience here was exceptional, but this time was far from favorable. The salesman was pleasant until the seemingly straightforward sale became complicated. Despite his initial knowledge and mock numbers, the lease he assured would work suddenly didn't. Despite my request for clarity from the finance team, I never received a response. This is not the service I'm accustomed to at Sewell, and regrettably, I will not shop with them again nor recommend them. I provided feedback via an email that was sent to me, but no one reached out, so I decided to share my experience here.

Sewell, Infiniti of Dallas goes above and beyond to take care of their clients. Their service is absolutely impeccable in every aspect of the dealership. I was traveling when my car began acting up. I drove to Sewell Infiniti, they took me right in, provided a loaner car, and got my problem fixed. My experience with the service department (Katie) was great! Katie was super knowledgeable and accommodating! Thank you!

When calling to get a price on something like a battery, be sure to explicitly ask if it's still under warranty. Mine was but not having the information up front created a lot of headaches. Other than that the service as usual is excellent.

I had passenger seatbelt issues since oct.2023 and have been to sewell at least 4 or 5 times with this problem to no avail.until this last time I'm hoping it was resolved for good. I'm happy with the work they did in replacing the OCS system under the seat and eventually replacing the entire passenger seat to remolve the issue which to date has been working just fine. The only thing I wish it was resolved the 1st time and not the 5th is my only setback I have but non the less resolved thus far.kudos to Mrs. Or miss polito the service manger there that was excellent in providing her assistance and professionalism in this matter. She is the only that will keep me coming back as a customer in the future for mine and my daughter car.great job miss polito and mrs.Temisha at client affairs infiniti Usa.Robert Ramirez Q50 3.0TT redsport

My experience withe Service Dept and service reps has always been a good one. One thing Sewell Infinity does is treat all car owners the same, whether you drive a 4-5yo vehicle or a new model & your loaner car is always comparable or newer to your own vehicle.When I owned a Mercedes years ago, after a couple years, I d take it in for service @ Park Place on Lemmon Ave & I d get an inferior used car as a loaner or told no loaners are available ! They catered more to new car owners! That was my biggest disappointment! Your car is being serviced, stands to reason you will need transportation if service is going to be more than a day! Sewell Infinity outshines Park Place Mercedes any day of the week, in customer service!

I recently purchased a previously one car owner G37. The owner advised that they only had it serviced at Sewell Infiniti, and did state that there were some minor maintenance issues that I should have Sewell address. I took the car to Sewell as advised by the previous owner and had them pull the recent maintenance records. Although the most recent maintenance record was pulled, the service consultant advised that I must still have a diagnostic done to the tune of $500, but if I got the suggested work done, that price would be deducted from the service. I just paid $5k for the car and the diagnostic came back with $5k + in repairs which included have valve covers replaced for $1k! As part of the "diagnostic" one of tires needed replacing for $317. I advised the Service consultant that I just paid $5k for the car, so right now, just replace the tire and I will have the work done later. Much to my surprise, the replacement of the tire is not apart of the diagnostic even though it was on the diagnostic list with all the other noted repairs. The end result was that I would have to pay $317 for the tire and $500 just for Sewell to raise the hood on my car. I paid $500 for 2 diagnostic tests on one car and didn't get one repair done. A COMPLETE RIPOFF!

My husband and I just bought a car from Alex and we have never had a better car buying experience. We literally shopped around for months looking for something very specific so we talked with many different dealers. Alex stands out above everyone else we talked with. He is genuine, friendly, easy to talk to, knowledgeable, respectful and most importantly honest! If you want a hassle free, enjoyable experience buying a car from people with true integrity, which I can attest is hard to do these days, then go see Alex at Sewell Infiniti. It makes me so happy to say there are good upstanding people in the car business.

Sewell INFINITI and the whole Sewell team have been a true pleasure to deal with !!We had an unfortunate mechanical issue with our 2013 INFINITI G37 which my wife loved.Travis, Joey, and the master techs in the awesome service department were able to assist us during a chaotic and difficult time, diagnose the issue, and were extremely professional in communicating the situation.We decided a new to us vehicle was "in the cards" and before we could even think about what our next steps were; we heard from Doug Haskins offering his time and expertise to help us determine next steps.Also, our extended family was going through some very difficult times which necessitated a longer than normal time to make a replacement decision. Doug and Sewell were not only extremely professional about providing options that met our needs but treated us with compassion and reached out to console us while we spent time with our family in their time of need.So, I would HIGHLY encourage you consider the Sewell family of dealerships whenever you are looking to purchase, sell, or service a vehicle. When buying, you cannot go wrong enlisting Doug Haskins to help find the perfect fit, please ask for him - you'll be glad you did !!I now truly understand what I've always heard from others ...at Sewell ... you're FAMILY.

This was my first time coming to the dealership after I bought my car here back in july of 2022 for car service and oil change. It was just horrible experience, worse customer service and very dirty job for car wash. My car looks dirtier than ever. I was told from representative when I called for an appt that i would get complimentary oil change since my miles were under 9k miles and it was my first time coming there since i bought the car. As i came in the guys in service lane asked me who im meeting with which i was not aware or told that i needed to schedule with rep and while taking the appointment no one told me that so i was clueless. 2nd, i felt like i was being interrogated when i mentioned i was told that i get complimentary oil change like the rep didn t believe me. So many questions and alot of back ans fourth until the rep came and told me they will acknowledge that when to begin with i was told by their staff who took my appt that i will get complimentary one. They asked if i got the car there when they should see on their computer as i stood in the small officr with the rep so i dont know why they were askin me so many questions when everything should have been in their records. 3rd, finally the rep came and told me they will honor the oil change as complimentary when that is what i was saying from beginning which is what i was told and felt like they thought i was not telling the truth. Its their staff telling customers one thing when you show up for service its whole different situation. I felt so embarrassed when another associate was standing there and i was being questioned about the things i was told by their staff. 4th, after waiting for like 2 hours finally rep came and gave me my keys but when i came home, I realized that they did horrible job on the car wash which i waited additinal 30 mins more which was waste of time. I understand its machine wash but atleast the associate should have checked to see if it was washed properly. It looks dirty, there is dusts around the car, fingerprints and it was just nasty over all how my car looked from the outside. I have to now go to another car wash and pay them for the damage that was caused at the dealership which could have been avoided if the staff checked the car before bringing out like they were rusihing to get rid of my car.The rep was doing his job to jump hoops to get my complimentary oil changed that would have been unnecessary if their appointment staff knew their work and knew how to speak with clients on the phone.It was totally waste of time and gas for me to come there after the inconvenience and dissatisfaction i faced thinking that i can trust my dealership but it was mistake. As much as the sales associate was nice during the process when i bought my car, the service was 2x times worser.

Customer service experience was horrible! I have been a long time 12 year customer of Sewell Infiniti! I felt like I could trust Steve, but he has been by far the worst manipulator that I have met in the car industry. He was literally charging me over $1800 plus dollars to install the EVAP hoses and oil change per our conversation over the phone. Then he dropped down to $1600 then to $1400! I felt like he was running a "CON." So, I told him not to do anything to my car and I would pick it up that day by 6 pm.On my way, I get a text message indicating that the oil was changed. I told him why would I want to get oil changed if the car was not running properly and it would cost $1800 plus dollars to get it repaired. He said it was too late. On top of that , I had a 1000 miles left on my oil change. Now, if he was trying to provide EXCELLENT customer service, why would he proceed with the oil change. Yes, I signed the paper before I left requesting an oil change since I was there to get the car fixed.I thought it was spark plugs when I dropped the vehicle,but it was evape hoses needing to be replaced. I asked for Manager when I made it to the dealership and he was in cahoots with him from his NONCHALANT response! "Oh we change oil before it is due all the time!"I have a lot to lose so I was not about to argue with the likes of those con artist! So, I paid and left. I would rather walk until my feet start to BLEED before I set foot in Sewell Infiniti dealership again. Yes, he was well aware through phone conversation and text message that I no longer wanted the oil change.It was like I was dealing with BUMPY JOHNSON (mob) on yesterday at Sewell Infiniti!Dr. Latricia Kyle

I walked into this dealership years ago! Years ago as a matter of fact! I drove Sewell Cadillac, Sewell Lexus and now Infiniti. I have to say I was super satisfied with the service I had been receiving until I was given Jackie. Jackie lied to me, she walked over me and disrespected me. Let me tell you how. I had picked a car for my Daughter, I had gotten the loan approved, picked the car and while we were out testing driving the car she sold it. Like, she brought us back to the dealership because my daughter was in love with this car she sold it. Secondly, she sold me a big Infiniti truck all at the same time. There were issues with the truck! It had paint chips missing, it had dent in the front grill and the side running board was bent. She promised to fix everything I noticed on my truck! This girl brought my truck back in to repair it and kept it parked two weeks brought it back the same way it left. So, I took it back. Ben Yarbrough the manager advised, "I'll take it back and put you in something new and I'll take care the negative equity." Why because we failed you! Then he still put the negativity equity on the loan which means it puts me in a bad position! I've always been able to buy as I please now I need a co-signer with more money down. My daughter and I both bought a car from Sewell Infiniti yesterday. Jackie helped us both and was amazing. The process was easy and it went exactly as promised and expected. The cars were detailed immaculately and filled up with gas. it was a no pressure, very relaxing shopping and buying experience. Their attention to detail and customer service is rare and appreciated.

We have had such a pleasant experience with Sewell Infiniti. Shopping for cars can end up becoming a headache rather quickly. Between finding the car you like, what best fits your family, the features, mileage, then of coarse what fits your budget and doesn t break the bank. When encountering dilemmas along the way it normally costs you your time more than anything else. We purchased an infinity QX80 after shopping around in other areas that wanted to entangle you in fees that weren t optional, but a requirement. Sewell did NOT do that, but quite the opposite. The salesman Jemere Jackson was always very professional, up front and honest. He was patient with us after changing our minds several times, and test drove several different vehicles. He narrowed down options for us that we needed to fit our specific family s needs. The atmosphere was most pleasant, even interacting with management, Matt Gilleland had customer service scoring a 10/10. We were even pleased with their cleanliness, the bathrooms were divine, all the staff were extremely professional and while we waited they offered refreshments and snacks. Steve in Service took care of our needs in a timely manner, even gave us a rental car for our troubles. I would refer anyone to Sewell Infiniti in Dallas, just ask for Jemere Jackson. He ll take great care of you!

So I purchased a 2020 Q50 still under warranty with less than 10,000 miles, I also purchased the mechanic auto package that comes standard for an extra 3 grand. Wastold I could go to any Infiniti for maintenance which is perfect and ideal. Especially since I m still under warranty so I go to Infiniti for maintenance and was told I needed a loaner vehicle because the maintenance would be longer than one day. Perfect all I needed was my insurance and drivers license. I give them all the documents and they denied the loaner vehicle due to my full coverage insurance. I understand bad business between companies but when that spills over to the customer.. which I have purchased 3 Infiniti vehicles it s bad business.. my next vehicle will not be an Infiniti let s just say that. Shame on Sewell for that fact that I m the customer not the insurance company I have not done anything to be barred from a loaner vehicle. That should fall on the client and should not be put on the next customer.

This is only a place to get parts...do not get your car fixed here they will mess it up. They don't provide valid solutions for the price you have to pay for cars. All the good mechanics are gone.

We had an issue with our car just as we were leaving for vacation, and Jessiel Cortes went out of his way to help us get the car towed to the dealer and stayed after hours to make sure we could get it fixed right away so that we could get on the road. He was such a huge help and a pleasure to work with.
