I'm not currently a Sewell Customer. I literally had a flat, unraveling tire leaving Lovefield Airport and needed a safe place to park. I waited about an hour and a half parked on the side of the parking lot. I was afraid I'd be in their way or would be asked to move so as not to bother the high end clientele....because it was Sewell. And if asked I would have moved understandably... because it's Sewell. Fortunately everyone that passed was kind, and no one asked me to move. When help arrived, they had a hard time loosing the bolts on my tires plus the jack in my car was bent ... Since we were at a collision center we thought to ask them for help. And two of them came out with a Jack. All of them worked to get the bolt loose. Even one gentleman in business casual attire was NOT afraid to get dirty. I appreciate Sewell Greatly for assisting me!!! Their reputation of Excellent service goes beyond the sales floor and shop bay.

Aside from having to pay out of pocket to get better quality. Multiple items not working or tightened down after picking up my vehicle. Continuing to find issues with repair. First picture is of A pillar/fender gap stock. 2nd picture is the repaired side where it s considerably unaligned. I also had to go to NTB for an alignment after I picked up my vehicle to get it to steer straight on the highway. Sewell management asked for a review of service and no reply back on issues from repairs. No point in going here to pay extra and getting same work as you would at a standard paint & body as referred by insurance

I have been very pleased with all my past experiences with Sewell... In fact I could be on the Sewell Commercial bragging that I would never drive anything but a vehicle from Sewell!!! However the Collision Experience was Very Disappointing!! I contacted Sewell Collision Repair because I thought I would get the same treatment/experience as I received with the Dealership. I don't understand the disconnect. VERY DISAPPOINTED with the Collision Center!!! I contacted the Collision Center in October and they couldn't get me in till December. The Guy I dealt with Lacy gave me an estimate that included a used Door!!! What!! I drive a Luxury vehicle, with less than 37,000 miles and you're going to put a used door on my vehicle?!??.. My vehicle was in the shop from December 21ST to February 10th. I get part delays but this was ridiculous! I agree that there is something going on with the Enterprise Rent a Car located in the collision center. I am a single parent with a Special Needs son and could not be without a vehicle so I was stuck with the rental from December- February with charges that racked up to close to 3,000 which far exceeds the policy limits for rental reimbursement. Meaning I'm stuck with the charge not covered by rental reimbursement limits! I am not happy at all! Not to mention my was car was dirty on the inside drivers side, the back seats were not re positioned upright, the sun shade for the rear cargo was removed and not put back in it's proper position as was the rear rack between the back seats separating the trunk. And to top it off my gas light was on meaning my tank was empty!! So I went back to the original estimate I received & the Mileage in @ 36,278... the Mileage out on the Final Paid invoice was 37,143 I. will never go back to this Collision Center nor would I recommend it.

The Manager Sam, followed up on my issues and they had my issue resolved by getting it fixed at the dealership close to me without wasting any time .Impressed and appreciate the follow up , changing my review----------------------While they did a good Job with the body work, But they kept my car for more than 2 months because of parts availability and such, also through which I was very patient, when i finally received my car the start button of the doesn't work and engine makes a huge noise which was not there when gave my car, and they simply refused any responsibility of the repairs. They just assume we keep quite and move onService: Body & Trim

!!! Read till the end!!! go to Ewing Subaru instead I wrecked my car on Oct. 13th. I brought it in to Sewell the next day for a quote, and they were ready for it Nov. 20th ish. They had my car for a month and everything seemed to be going great. Sarah Evans was responsive and helpful. I picked my car up on December 22nd after body repairs for a seemingly small wreck. Sarah gave me my car back and informed us that there was a 100% guarantee on all the work they did. Which according to my receipt, included that they had replaced radiator brackets.I left with my car and get 20 minutes down the highway, as soon as I get to full speed and move into the fast lane my car overheats and loses power. I called Sewell and they towed my car, apologized profusely, put me in a rental, and claimed responsibility. Again through this, Sarah Evans was responsive, helpful and apologetic. That is until she said she would be running this supplement back through my personal insurance and I had questions. That was when I was given to Randy, a manager.Randy was everything you hate about a used car salesman. He was sleezy in his attempt to find middle ground before delivering bad news and spent an entire phone call pleading with me to claim that the engine damage was my fault. It was not.I drove my car for 5 weeks after my accident with no issues. It was just body damage. After Sewell had my car it did not make it 20 minutes before warping some head gaskets and burning an engine block. A diagnosis I had to beg Randy for and he was still not sure on.After this, I heard radio silence from Sewell for 2 weeks. That is until my insurance informs me that a Sewell adjuster has decided that my car was a total loss. The car we already fixed the body on.I was forced to purchase a new car- not through Sewell.!!! Take this for what you will. But if you come here they might just blow your engine. And then deny responsibility after they already accepted it. !!! If you get passed to manager Randy, ask for a different one.Or take my advice and never do anything or go anywhere with sewells name attached.

Very great service here. I delt with Aaron and he was amazing to work with! He would provide weekly updates (and more often if I asked for them), he kept me in the loop with what stage my vehicle was in, and just made the overall experience with my vehicle repair very great. Highly recommend Sewell always, and my experience working with Aaron was great!

What can I say? I'm totally blown away. I would like to say thank you to the awesome team that made my experience stress FREE! I really like to thank Sarah for being so awesome! She kept my informed every step of the way. If I have to get my car repaired again, I will be back. But, I pray I won't have to return no time soon THANK YOU SEWELL

Dale Barr was my service rep. He kept me informed all the way thru the process, explained everything from start to finish when I picked up my car. Here is the Sewell customer service part of going above and beyond. I was having issues with the insurance company of the person that hit me, Dale jumped in to fight for me with the non responsive insurance company, and was persistent about it, and got it resolved. - THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE, That's the Sewell difference & that's what makes a customer for life.Thank you Dale!

I brought my car in for minor damage repairs and it s taken 5 weeks and my car is still in the shop. I thought I d love the Sewell collision center as I purchased my car at a Sewell dealership, however I ve been very disappointed. There aren't the most honest people. Enterprise Rent a car is located on their premises and they work together in a predatory manner to keep your car as long as possible and rack up rental car fees. They kept my mother's vehicle over 2 weeks longer than her insurance paid and she ends up with over $1,000 in rental car charges as her Cadillac just sat there not being worked on. There was tape and adhesive on the passenger door which wasn't even worked on. So much so before we left they had to take it back in the shop to remove it with chemicals. Overall bad experience, I do not recommend them.

Heavily disappointed. I've taken my vehicle to get serviced at the Audi Dealership in McKinney back in May. A few days later, I received a phone call from the service manager stating that my SUV suffered some hail damage but not enough to total my vehicle. I contacted my insurance company and they provided me an estimate which was quite reasonable. We only suffered hail damage on the hood and 2 areas on the windshield. So basically it's only a minor cosmetic issue. The service manager at Audi recommended that I take my SUV to get repaired at Sewell Collision in Dallas. The earliest they can service my vehicle would be over a month later (July). Taylor (estimator) told me that they will contact my insurance company after submitting a supplement in case there are other damages that the adjuster may have missed the first time. I've waited 5 days for a status so I decided to send an email asking for one. Taylor told me that they submitted the supplement and it will take 1 to 2 weeks to seek approval. Well, a week later I received a phone call from State Farm stating that they will TOTAL my vehicle which came to a shock to me because the damages weren't that extensive. It was way more than the original estimator from State Farm has given me. No structural damage and it runs fine. Only the hood and windshield suffered the most damage. I refused to let the collision center move forward with the work and decided to take my business elsewhere after hearing the exaggerated task on how to remove dents and replace a windshield. It shouldn't have TOTALED my vehicle. That's not all. I was told that I had to pay for tear down which didn't make any sense to me. The left and right fenders were removed above my tires and that furthered my disgust. They were trying to pull fast one on me. I would not recommend this place if you are in need of repairs.

Recently, I had some work done on my car due to an accident. I decided to allow Sewell to take care of the damage,seeing as I purchased the car from their establishment. My car came back to me entact and the body work was worth the wait. A few caveats, though. The front passenger side door will not open from the inside, which they advised they would look into. My battery was not charged and is currently holding on for life. Last but not least, they advised me that they would wash my vehicle inside and out. However, the interior was still quite dirty. All in all, the work did not suck, so I'll give them a strong 4 stars and an opportunity to bring the 4 star rating up to 5.

As expected, exceptional customer service & repair provided by Justin Rayne and team! They provided estimates, timeframe for repairs, and kept me apprised of all steps while servicing my vehicle. My car looks fabulous, the team went over and beyond my expectations, Sewell Collision did not disappoint - highly recommend!

Unfortunately I ve had a bad experience here. My car has been at Sewell for 4 months and I still don t have it back. 2 weeks turns into 3 weeks 3 weeks turns into 4, etc. incredibly frustrating experience.

I previously used Sewell a couple of years ago and the experience was amazing, but now the customer service is severely lacking! I submitted an estimate request online and after a few days I called to follow up and I was told that the estimate would be sent the same day. I never received the estimate and when I called again to simply schedule the repair I was told that it would be nearly three months before they could get my car in. It would have been nice if someone would have responded to my estimate request and told me that a week ago.

My experience with Sewell Collision was great, and my adjuster Frank was very knowledgeable of the repairs needed for my vehicle. Frank communicated with me often on the status of my vehicle and when he was off his manager by the name of Frank also communicated with me. First thing they put my car in the system as a different model , couldn't find my car the only way we found it was because of the Insurance Company we had it filed under. They kept my car for a month and 7 days. Also Aaron F. Customer service Rep. gets zero stars and the guy tall slender black guy that took my payment he didn't even say thank you or anything. Terrible customer service, I most definitely don't recommend this part of Sewell.

If I could leave zero stars I would. My car continues to be in this facility for 7 months now. No one answers the phone and when I demand answers they avoid me. Lacy is the guy in charge of my vehicle and he has not returned a single phone call back. My insurance has paid for all the damages and they have had all car parts for 2 months and they keep giving me the run around. I understand labor and parts are both hard to come by, but at least have the decency to return a phone call and keep me updated. Every time I get an answer - I m just told lacy will follow up with you, and he never does. I ve overall had such a poor and frustrating experience. Unfortunately I m continuing to deal with this at the time being. I d rather have just kept my vehicle broken down and waited for another audi certified place. I wouldn t recommend this place to anyone quite frankly.

UPDATE: I changed this from a one to a three star based on the way management responded when I brought my concerns to them.I would not choose Sewell collision again. I had a great buying experience at the dealership a few years ago but have come to learn that it was really the salesperson and not the overall Sewell business model. The first time I used them my car was returned dirty. They were literally foot tracks from where you could tell the repair guys had gotten in and out as they fixed the vehicle.The second time there was extremely poor communication about when the vehicle would be ready. And when I would follow up based on the timelines they gave, the associate communicated frustration about why I was calling and pointed out that technically he was on vacation and just happened to answer my call. He then called me and told me if I could get there in 2 hours I could pick up the vehicle. Otherwise I would have to wait until after the holidays. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, there were several issues that I had to point out to the manager. They agreed that the vehicle should not have been marked as ready. I then had to arrange to bring the vehicle back after the holidays. I was paired with another associate who started out well but when I arrived to drop off my vehicle and pick up the rental car, she was dishonest about our earlier communication in which she indicated that I would be able to pick my vehicle up by the end of the day. However, when I got there I was told it would be by end of business the next day. When I asked why there had been a change, she indicated that she had not spoken with me that day despite me having a phone record of returning a her call to her direct number. She then try to tell me that she told me I had to drop it off that morning. However, we didn't even speak until after 10:00 and I clearly indicated that I would be there between 12/1 and closer to 1pm because I had an 11:00 a.m. appointment across town. I had to rearrange travel plans given that I couldn't pick the car up the same day.When I arrived to finally pick up my car, there was still some marks that had to be addressed and they had also left old parts in the back of the car.I definitely understand that things change so it was the dishonesty and lack of ownership about our prior communication that was frustrating and disappointing.We all know the dealerships cost more than other repair shops. Given this I expect the service to match and it definitely does not.

The garage door ran into the mirror on driver s side. Since we had recently done business with Sewell Collision Repair of Dallas we picked up the phone and immediately spoke with Frank Reyes. Frank was quick to come back to us with a quote. We were able to get our vehicle in and out in a very timely manner to have the part painted and replaced. Took my car in for hail damage. My car has now been with this collision center for 1 month with a scheduled pick up for January 31. Today I received a email that it would take an additional 5 days. I m not sure what s going on at this collision center but it is was bad from the start. When I dropped my car off the 2 guys at the front where clueless and acted like they didn t like each other at all. I got a car from enterprise rental inside the center that was filthy and I had to get the guy to clean it before I left. Now after they have had my car for 4 weeks for simple hail damage, they need an additional 5 days.I have used Sewell Lexus for collision in the past during Covid and the service was excellent. I do not recommend this collision center at all they need to be trained on the Sewell customer service received at Sewell Lexus. There is definitely a deficit somewhere.

This place works efficient like a well oiled machine. Dropped off my car, picked up my rental and was on my way within 30 minutes. Picked my car up a week later as promised and my car looks great! I had scheduled to get repairs done at the Service King in Mesquite because it was close to my home; called to schedule an appojntment and the girl at the desk was so rude and unprofessional I decided on the spot to drive clear across Dallas to Sewell because they know how to treat their customers. Service King, take notes. Thank you Sewell, you guys rock!!
