I've 50 years old and have purchased my share of cars. Sewell by far is the best dealership I've ever worked with. The people and service rendered are top notch. My only issue is I live in Virginia and they are in Dallas, TX. Regardless, Sewell will be my go to dealer for my future car. Ask for Brett or Preston Patak. Both gentlemen have a full understanding of professionalism, attention to detail, and excellence.

Literally the best dealership I have ever dealt with. From buying my car two years ago til this day I have always received exceptional service, communication is top tier and just the hospitality from the moment you step into the parking lot. Everything is given with great detail and they care about you. They remember you when you come back. I will never use any other dealership, but Sewell. Seriously the best ever. Thank you so much.

I just bought a beautiful new Escalade and I am blown away at how simple the process was. Mike Cirillo knew everything there was to know about the car, was patient and helpful and the dealership went above and beyond. I received a recall notice on my older Cadillac and when I arrived Connor greeted me and treated my old car like it was as important as the new cars. My car was ready at the time I requested, it was spotlessly clean and was one of the best experiences I had as a car owner having service work completed. I worked at Sewell Mockingbird about 48 years ago and expected the service to have declined but can honestly say it is just as comparable or better! Way to go Sewell with being one company we can all count on to give decades of exceptional service to everyone that walks thru their door!! Thank you for making my day!!

The service intake person was delightful and the service advisor was very nice. I picked up my vehicle after they worked on it and was only able to drive 30 miles of a 250 mile trip before alarms and dash indicators begin. Once they worked on it a second time it seems to be much better. We will have to wait for the next trip to see if it is fixed though.

Have been at Sewell BMW Plano for the last two years, but have purchased a CT5 Blackwing and just finished my first service visit.Typical of Sewell, it was a great experience. Professional, personable and of course perfect service. Special thanks to my new service advisor Connor who made this such an easy process. Will of course be back for the next service.

If you think that Sewell pre-owned won t cater to you because of your financial status think again. I basically went there today with hat in hand and not only did everyone make me feel like a valued customer but The salesman who Helped us bent over backwards and worked out a sweetheart of a deal for a 2018 Nissan rogue that I thought was out of our price range. Even though we were lost in the tangle of financial paperwork he helped us through every single part of the process with our credit union without taking advantage of us. I ve seen commercials that state the dedication that customers have to Sewell, and now because of my personal experience I would gladly join those customers in their testimonials. Sewell Cadillac Is not just a car dealership, honesty integrity and trust are all part of an experience you will never forget. Shout out to Derek Barnes who did a phenomenal job as a salesman; he made me feel like a good friend by the end of the process!

If I could only rate at a 0 ; so be lucky you get a 1.They hit a curb in my 2016 Platinum XTS damaging the rim on my vehicle. Yes they offered to refinish the rim to look like new and if I wanted the others done it would be at a cost. I should have never had to pay for something I didn t need in order to match your repair in which you damaged.Be aware of what they are doing in service oil changes and tire rotations; unfortunately for Sewell I ve caught them in a lie before; therefore I literally had to mark my tires in which I did point out during next service to be sure they rotated.

I have a list of complaints. This place pretends to have great customer service since they lack having great communication & good technicians. I brought my car in for just simple rear brake issues, I get a call a week later after new years only to find out they had no resolution on why my brakes made noise. Finally got a call back from Josh saying my car is ready & my car is in absolute good conditions with no issues perfect condition. I came in the next day to pick up my vehicle next day I noticed my Cadillac cue screen didn t work anymore after it was working when I gave Cadillac my vehicle. Unfortunately, I was told I had to pay to replace even if my vehicle was left there for a week. Josh went back in forth with me for 2 days about how basically this wasn t their fault. I had to get the the manager over him to talk to so that can take accountability for their actions. They agreed to replace my screen no charge. Cool I had to wait another 2weeks to get my car screen replaced. Got another call saying my car was ready none of my lights worked after they had it. The world class technician personallly gave me attitude & said he didn t know why my car was doing this which made no since because they had my car for a total of 3 weeks. I get my car back with a lot of codes reading showing there were things wrong with my car AFTER THEY HAD THIS FOR A TOTAL OF 3Weeks. I told the manager my concerns they made me feel like they cared but truly didn t. They failed to inspect my vehicle correctly. The technicians does not know about my vehicle which to me was strange I left there in disappointment . No way to start my new year. Thanks to grapevine Cadillac they fixed everything that Dallas messed up. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO HAVE THINGS REPLACED. The technician do not know what they are doing. Dallas Cadillac is only for forcing loaner cars on you & selling you a vehicle.

I have had the pleasure of driving my last 3 vehicles from Sewell. The first two were Lexus' and yesterday I bought a 2024 Cadillac XT5. I could not have asked for better service from my salesman Derek Barnes. He was extremely professional and should I buy another care, I would ask for him. In addition Dawn Betrus with Sewell Lexus was wonderful to work with on that side as well. Thank you for offering such great service to your customers. I drove from Durant Oklahoma for your business.

This is long over due, but David Wiese has sold us several cars over the past few years and his customer service is unmatched. Whether I take my Cadillac CTS in for a complimentary car wash or for more in-depth maintenance, the Sewell Cadillac of Dallas Service Department, more specifically Quinn Apel, my Service Advisor, and Marisa Curtis, the Service Director (who was also my former service advisor at the Grapevine location), have gone above and beyond in ensuring my needs were met and that my car is taken care of.I highly recommend working with Quinn when it comes to service advisors. She is so kind, professional, and transparent when it comes to communication about the services needed and other items found during the check-up.

Car I bought at a different dealer has been here multiple times for service. Check engine light came on AGAIN last week. Today the advisor and tech called me, something GM sent out in a "bulletin" basically blames the customer for the CEL coming on due to driving habits, excessive acceleration and deceleration and driving in traffic. My car is not driven rough, I feel like GM is not able to figure out WHY the cars are having an issue and blame the customer. I will be looking to get rid of this problem car ASAP, last time I tried to communicate with this dealer I got no response except from an awesome service advisor. Sewell has a good reputation, hopefully they can get this issue fixed or get me out of a problem car.

How much of an impression and positive influence can Sewell customer service have. I moved to Texas in 2016 very unsure and not at all without much anxiety. First order of business was to transfer plates to Texas on my CTS and as where I came from didn't have front plates required I needed to add a new plate holder to my CTS. In comes Sewell, I stopped at Sewell Cadillac parts department to get a new holder and fortunately they had one in stock for my car. I purchased it and as I was leaving the attendant told me to stop at the service department and they would be happy to install it for free. I was taken back a bit as I never would have expected that to happen. I did stop, they did install my front holder and plate, also took my car and washed it while I waited in their comfortable waiting area and thanked me for coming . All at no cost to me and I was not even a Sewell customer, from out of state so didn't even purchase my car from them. Now that in my book is going above and beyond. I have since found Texas to be a wonderful place to live. I had to replace my CTS for my business reasons. But one thing on my bucket kist for sure is to one day own a new Cadillac from Sewell , so I can rest in the confidence of their great service. I have shared this story many times since then and this is a great way to share it again for everyone.

My first experience here was pleasant. My grandmother wanted to buy a used cadillac and the salesman was happy to help us. Then my father took the vehicle in for some work and my father was scolded for trying to get two cookies. He ate one and the second was for my grandmother. Then I accompanied my nephew to buy a used cadillac. We were looking for something in the mid 20s and there were a few in stock. The bad thing is I heard the sales man telling his boss, "they're looking for a 20 thousand dollar car." Then they started laughing. It felt like they just didn't want to be bothered by us. Well that's OK we went to platinum cadillac in Terrell and bought a 26 thousand dollar 2020 cadillac. They were nice and helpful. They offered us coffee and donuts and no secretary yelled at me for getting two cups of cappuccino.

We got stranded in Dallas when we hit a pot hole and blew out two tires on a Friday night. Cadillac towed us for free to Sewell. They had us back on the road Saturday by noon. Everyone worked fast to get us back on the road! Highly recommend! Very helpful and friendly.

Called the parts department to place an order on a part. The sales guy said it was on back order. I said ok let me order anyways and I can wait for the part to become available. He reply that they don t sell to the public and only to a license service shop. Absolutely ridiculous. Reason 388474 why not to buy a Cadillac and especially from this dump of a dealer. The part by the way has been unknown to fail repeatedly. Don t waste your time doing business with them, call another dealer to buy your parts or online.

Nick Mitchell, The salesman was very informative, helpful, and he was very pleasant and caring and considerate to our needs. Answering all our questions with honesty and integrity. He was far most an exceptional salesperson and one of the best and friendliest people u ever want to meet.Nowadays, it commonly seems that car salesmen just don t do enough good job and their only objective is to get money out of your wallet. Javier and Abby at the Service Department is on point. Just left this place and they just make your day better with an awesome attitude. Even after I told him, this is my bosses car he still made sure I was good, walked me over to the coffee machine, almost poured it for me. Remember I m not the customer yet.

They were the only Cadillac dealer in town with a prt for my vehicle. I had it towed from another Cadillac dealership th their place. They loaned me a comparable vehicle and repaired my unit in one day.
