They did fantastic work! Very descriptive and knowledgeable about the work needed to be done on my vehicle. They re diligent to communicate updates throughout the process. I also really appreciate the fact that they cleaned the exterior and interior of vehicle prior to finishing. Excellent customer service! Service excellence is the absolute BEST! They made my car look brand new after an accident I had. They kept me and my insurance in the loop at all times, were friendly, and did excellent work. 10/10 recommend them!

Great Work!!!!! Saleem kept me updated daily on the progress of my car and went over and beyond any other shop I ve interacted with. Even when insurance was taking a long time to help he informed me he will do his best to keep it flowing and he did. Now my car drives better then it did the first day I got it

I had excellent customer service here at this establishment and I am so glad that I went here instead of going to some major dealership. They did a lot of work on my car making it brand new and did it ever affordable price. Please view the pictures to see as what I'm talking about because I basically couldn't open my door the rim was bent tire was ruptured and they basically gave me a brand new car because their work is that good. I went on travel and and the manager kept in touch with me the whole time was status updates as I requested. I couldn't have asked for a better experience because it was the best experience I've ever had so far. If you don't go to this place to fix your car you're stupid.

I am very pleased with the customer service and repair work. My vehicle had been deemed a Total Loss and numerous Repair Facilities would not take my business, as such. I spoke with Asif and explained my predicament and he assured me he was happy to have my business and would repair my car. When we met, he went over the damage scope two times with me and also showed me the Repair Estimate so that I was completely aware of the cost, furthermore, he showed me a couple of vehicles with similar damage as mine, just so I could see examples of their top-quality repair work. The turnaround time was tremendous! Asif gave me a repair timeline and he nailed it exactly with no change in the repair cost. Can t say enough great things about this awesome Repair Facility. Moving forward, if I or any of my family members need vehicle repairs, we will look no further than Service Excellence Collision Repair Center.

AMAZING WORK!After having been hit with a freak Hail storm, my Scion FR-S was destroyed, with the hood's paint being completely chipped and multiple golf-ball sized dents in it. We were looking around for the best options for repairing it, and we were quoted with crazy prices all around. We finally found this place and couldn't be happier. They completely replaced the hood, and repainted the vehicle on multiple spots. When I saw the car, It was as if I was getting it straight from the dealership. It even looked better than when we brought it in! Not a single blemish was noticeable, even after deep inspection. The pricing was amazing, and we were given a life long guarantee. It took about 2 weeks, which is reasonable because they had to order a factory hood and repaint it.In addition, I was wanting to install coilovers (adjustable suspensions) for my car, and other shops were charging about $300 more than what Service Excellence was offering. We dropped it off in the morning, and was given it back the same day, with the coils installed and tested for safety. Couldn't be happier.If you're looking for a reliable shop with warm and welcoming people to help you out, look no further. Amazing work!!So happy I decided to bring my car here for the service. I lost my front bumper and they replaced it with so little time and a very reasonable price. Saleem and Asif and their team did a fantastic job. There s no reason why you shouldn t bring your car here for body repair. I m so happy that I m telling everyone about this shop.

I went to get my car fixed here from a friend s recommendation. They took care of towing and the process of getting the car repaired from beginning to end was smooth. I liked how attentive they are with giving calls for any updates about the repair. A few weeks after my car was fixed, I noticed the front bumper was a bit loose. I came in and they fixed it right away within 10-15 minutes. I would go here again if my car was damaged. Excellent communication and service from the staff.

I got into an accident with a deer and needed a new door, bumper, and headlight and Asif and Saleem both did a fantastic job of fixing my car as well as adding stripes down the middle. The car looks like its brand new and the stripes just add to it. I also had a new stereo system installed and it works like a charm, if you need a new car or to fix your car this is your one stop shop.

The best experience I have ever had with a Body Shop. Brother Asif and Saleem are very helpful and superb their customer service. I took my 2015 Hyundai Sonata to their Body Shop when I picked up my car it was like a brand new car. They went each and every single touch up that I showed. I will recommend my friends and families to pay a visit to their shop if they are looking for quality work in an affordable price. Thank you brother Asif & Saleem. You guys just made my day.

They did an excellent job fixing blemishes on the bumper, installing roof rack and replacing the tailgate handle on my pathfinder. The car came out buffed, polished, gleaming when I went to collect. I am very happy that I took my Toyota Sienna to Service Excellence Collision Repair Center. Mr. Saleem and Mr. Asif were very friendly and professional to work with and made my 11 year old car look almost brand new at a great price. They went above and beyond the expectations and did an awesome job! The right side fender, bumper and headlight area and beautifully restored as can be seen in the picture. I also had the whole car buffed and polished and the interior deep cleaned by them. Seats and Carpets almost look brand new and I am very pleased. The prices are also very reasonable. I highly recommend Service Excellence for all of your auto body work.

My back door, fender, and rim were scraped from someone hitting it while parked. You can t even tell there was a scrape anymore. They did it in 2 days and I picked it up on the 3rd day. Rim looks brand new as well.

The recent hailstorms reminded me to write a review for Service Excellence - this is the place! They did a great job repairing hail damage and replacing the front bumper on my Prius, and they even touched up a couple of things that weren't covered by insurance w/o even telling me. I'm so pleased I'm having them paint my 1978 IH Scout - I'll post pics when it's done; it's going to be killer!

Wonderful experience. We had both doors on the driver side dented badly as a result of a foolish driver reversing into our SUV. The vehicle is now as good as new and we have both Mr Asif and Mr Shamim to thank for their professional approach and reasonable costs.

Awesome job! I was referred to "Service Excellence Collision Repair Center LLC" by a friend. Asif and his team repaired my car so well that it looks like a new car now. Asif gave me a quote and he came below his quote by not replacing parts that could be repaired without sacrificing the quality. Amazing Service! These guys KNOW what they are doing!! Asif and Co. are very helpful and accommodating folks over at Service Excellence. I had my car fixed with no problems! Asif helped me breakdown the cost and went over things in detail needing attention like parts, service time, labor with great prices in town. I had checked out 5 other locations nearby, all which had unreasonable pricing and unnecessary parts for my car. My car was kept in great care and came back with all the parts needed PLUS all cleaned up looking brand spanking new!! I appreciate their candor and quickness about the repair. Did a pretty good job. They were by far the cheapest quote and the only ones who wanted to fix my door versus just replacing it which saved on cost. The body work was great, but up close the paint job was just OK at best. I saved about $1,000 so I didn't care that much.

My car had a dent on the right side as well as a dent on the passenger door from previous accidents. Not only was the damage repaired but it was done in such a way that you couldn't tell there was an accident there beforehand. The rotors and break pads had gotten old and they were also replaced within a day. Once replaced the drive has been smoother than ever. The work done was very timely and very professional. Not only did the exterior look like a brand new 2014 Toyota but the interior was also deep cleaned making the interior look brand new as well. Very pleased with the efficiency and the quality of the work provided and I will definitely be coming back in the future if need be.Services: Carburetor cleaning, Air & cabin filter replacement, Painting, Body & Trim, Brakes
