Where do I start! Serve Team Automotive has to be the best repair shop I have ever done service with. From the speedy estimate to the magnificent customer service. I was able to get an appointment right way and at a convenient time. The pricing was affordable didn t even bother to search anywhere else. Rogelio is so genuine. He is super communicative and transparent with what needs to be done. Sets clear expectations from the beginning on what the repair may entail. I could have not have change anything from my experience with them. Definitely earn my business and will start to recommend them to family and friends to come. Found my mechanic!! Fast and reliable service. Professional estimates with no hidden agenda!Went in for a tune up because my car was jumping when accelerating. Roger was courteous and completed with the job within an hour!Side note, he has a tow struck as well!

Such a great experience!! The kindness, hospitality and communication about my car was amazing!!! They were very knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. Great service, great communication, fast service and fair price.I been knowing this guy for a while glad I got back in contact with him cause other mechanics always try to charge me the most for my jaguar, he fixed my oil leaks after two other mechanics couldn t fix it , stayed in contact through the whole process! Great shop!

Took vehicle to get diagnosed, he told me what needed to be done, told me he would text me a quote on part and labor. I gave him the whole day to send me a quote. I never heard from him so I texted to get a quote and he never responded. I don't know what the issue was because he seems like a nice guy but communication is the key.

Came here to get my oil pump replaced it was leaking gas, Roger was very quick to help and beyond reasonable and very trustworthy he got my car back up and running in less than an hour. Also the shop they have is nice and secluded, very good experience/service all together, as a woman i hate goin to the shop but thiers was very quick , and efficient!!! I'm already scheduling my next repair. This will be my home shop from now on. Thanku again so much!
