I've never done such an easy, smooth, straightforward car buying transaction. Also, special thanks to my sales guy, Luciano Hernandez, that drove over an hour to my house to deliver. He was so nice and made me feel comfortable. He was driving away in the car I traded in and he noticed I was trying to figure out features on the new car. He drove back to me, rolled his window down, and said he would park so he could help me get things set up. Really went above and beyond!I want to add, that the previous year we bought another brand new Honda SUV at another dealership. The sales transaction had a few things snuck in that I did not appreciate, to include trying to trick me into add ons and extending the length of the loan which in turn increased the APR! When I pointed out what I read in fine print, the finance guy magically had a coupon he could apply to bring the rate back down to what it originally was. After that, I was worried if this was going to be a part of a typical Honda buying experience.I m really happy I gave this dealership the opportunity to make buying a new Honda an exciting and positive experience! I love my new suv and how I was treated during my experience. I ll certainly refer friends and family in the future.

I have to rate my experience as a 10 of 10. This was the easiest car purchase that I have ever made. From sale to close, I didn't feel that we were being squeezed at any point. Hats off to Kevin and Manny. This was a great experience for my Grandson.

Stay away. This place does not inspect their used vehicles prior to reselling to the public nor do they care about the safety of their customersThe Honda CRV I purchased from them only lasted a few months because the wheel practically fell off while driving the speed limit on a side road.Fortunately it didn t happen on a highway.For peace of mind, after the incident occurred, I called the dealership requesting them to provide me with documentation showing the vehicle was thoroughly inspected prior to selling the car to me.All I was looking for was something that showed they inspected the brakes, control arms, tires etc. (basic safety checks)Interesting enough, all they provided to me was the state inspection report. Nothing elseFor what it s worth, this is the first time in my life posting a negative review, but felt it was necessary because they think it s okay to put a persons life in danger.DON T BUY FROM THEM - ESPECIALLY A USED VEHICLE

I purchased a 2023 Honda Accord Hybrid Sport from Samuel at Rusty Wallis Honda last week. Samuel was paying attention to what incoming customers were doing. He walked out to the furthest part of the lot where I was looking at Accords. He was consistently eager to help me. If he didn t have the answer, he would find the answer for me. I ask a lot of questions. He s been selling cars for a short while. He s doing a fantastic job. I highly recommend Samuel. He s the reason I purchased my Honda Accord at the Rusty Wallis dealership.A big shout out to Manny, Finance Manager because he s awesome. Recently purchased a 2024 CR-V Sport-L Hybrid AWD from Rusty Wallis Honda. I made most of the arrangements over the phone so I would know the total walkout cost to me. Eric, the salesman, was good at finding the car I wanted and pushing the deal through. They gave me a fair price on my trade in which made for a good experience. I had received a price bid on my car for trade so I knew what they should pay me and they came very close. Talk to Eric for a good deal on a car

Carlos is the salesman who helped me and he was amazing! He made sure to find a vehicle that met all of my wants and needs and he worked hard to make sure that it was within my budget. Entire experience was great from start to finish. Didn t go in with a mindset to make another purchase but staff was so friendly and welcoming from start to finish. Chign Le was phenomenal! Very professional, knowledgeable and sensitive to my needs. I love superior customer service and he gave me that plus more! The entire staff was awesome as well. I definitely recommend this Honda! 10 out of 10!

My husband purchased a car for me Saturday, March 2, 2024 @ Rusty Wallis Honda. Starting at the parking lot everyone was very hospitable. Not one staff member passed by me/us without seeing if I/we needed anything. My salesman was Rudy, who was the best. He really listened to what I wanted in a vehicle and what I didn't want. He worked hard to make sure we left the dealership with what I wanted. He said he would do his best to make the best deal and he kept his word. They were also so kind to feed us. The staff was grilling burgers and hotdogs and they were so gracious to offer us food.I initially went to a different Honda dealership. Rusty Wallis Honda is the dealership to purchase your vehicle from. When you go ask for Rudy.

I'm giving this dealership two stars for two main reasons.Firstly, I brought my car in twice for service. The first time, despite having an appointment for a diagnostic, I ended up waiting three hours. The staff kept telling me my car was being worked on, but it was actually just sitting in the parking lot. After speaking with the manager, they finally addressed the issue, but it took nearly four hours in total. The lack of honesty and transparency from the mechanics was disappointing.Secondly, during a recent internal systems check, it took two days for the parts to arrive and another four hours to complete the work, which was acceptable. However, shortly after, I discovered that the positive car battery wasn't properly secured under the hood they had just covered it with the red plastic cover and forgotten to tighten the screw. This lack of attention to detail from the mechanic was concerning.While I don't want to generalize about all employees, my experiences have left me dissatisfied with the service provided. I feel it's important to warn others to be cautious when choosing this dealership for car servicing.

Everyone I encountered at the dealership was super nice and helpful, especially Eric Collier who was my salesperson. Eric was super patient with me, as I was a first time car buyer and had a lot of questions. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure that I not only was able to leave with the car that day, but also received the best service possible. He and the finance manager Edwin Banales worked together to ensure that I received a spectacular deal, and together made my first car purchase one I won't forget. Went in for express services (Service A127) which was oil change, filter changes, tire rotation, etc. Was quoted $404 but total added $36 in shop charges. Why couldn't that be included in the quote if it's "standard"? All the dealer would offer is a shop credit, which I refused because I do not plan on going back. Integrity matters.

Eric, Wade and Manny made my car buying experience excellent! Eric was very knowledgeable about each vehicle and was more than willing to let me test drive each one. He even took me into the back to see if there were any vehicles that had just gotten in that I would be interested in. Both Eric and Wade crunched numbers to see which vehicle would align best with my budget! The next time I'm looking to purchase a vehicle Rusty Wallis is where I will go!

It was my 2nd time going to Rusty Wallis Honda for my oil change service. I pulled into an open bay and was immediately greeted by Joshua. In a time where customer service seems all but dead, it still exists here. Even when I walked into the service advisory area, they greeted me and told me where I can wait and there are complimentary snacks, coffee, and water. The wait will vary depending on how busy they are, but I believe I was only there for 30-45 minutes. In the end, my car was washed complimentary and the ladies that helped me check out at the payment were cheerful and helpful.I forgot to mention, the lobby and restroom was nice and clean. My only thing was trying to get the faucet to turn on when I went to wash my hands... I lathered up soap and went to rinse and the water wasn't coming on and started to panic due to no paper towels in the dispenser, just the hand blow dryer. (I thought I was going to be stuck with soapy hands and not being able to rinse/wipe off) It looks like there is a motion detector on the sink.. I'm not sure if it detects heat, but it was really cold and my hands were like ice so it might not have detected it right away. In the end, it finally turned on and I was able to rinse my hands. :)Overall, Joshua and the rest of the staff across the board were great. My car is happy... I am happy... 5/5

Took my car in for a recall. Everyone there was kind and courteous. Was offered use of the courtesy van without me asking for it. Service was completed within the time I was promised and was again offered the courtesy van for a ride to pick up my car. They also washed and dried my car which I appreciated. They really did a lot to make this a pleasant experience.

Outstanding customer service experience at Rusty Wallis Honda. Raul and Rudy were great to work with. Manny in finance ended the day with a smooth friendly experience. We also appreciate the manager for listening and understanding to what we were looking for and was honest throughout the process. We highly appreciate the time and patience with the team. We previously had a negative experience at the Rockwall Honda dealership that was discouraging and un professional to say the least. None the less, I m happy to have met the rusty wallis Honda team and help me get my dream car. They also have a fancy coffee machine and comfortable seating area, this is your one stop shop!

My appointment for 11 was delayed for nearly two hours. For just a headlight replacement. Even once my headlights were replaced, my signal lights failed to work. There is a total lack of pride for their service. More enthusiasm and effort could be put into customer service.

My wife and I had a great experience purchasing a brand new Honda Accord. We do not live in the Dallas area but came here due to great recommendation from a friend and family members. Jeff Wallis, the owner talked with us over the phone and was careful to arrange getting the exact vehicle that we wanted. The Accord we purchased was on a list of recalls due to a seat belt issue. The people at Rusty Wallis Honda were quick to acquire the tool to verify that our new car was safe to drive. In the event that the car we wanted didn't pass inspection, Jeff was quick to explore other options with us. Ultimately they got the tool and checked the car in a timely manner, and we were able to get exactly what we wanted. When we arrived at the dealership, we were greeted by Carmine and he did a great job of walking us through the purchasing process. I had never bought a new car before and had always been worried about the stress of going to a dealership, but Carmine made it a very easy process and created a low-pressure environment. As we were leaving the dealership, he even gave us some tips for new features on the Accord that I had never used before. Over-all, we are very pleased with our car purchasing experience and will be back to purchase more Hondas in the future!PS: They have a REALLY nice coffee machine.

I came here in the middle of the week in DIRE need of a new car. I met Rudy Cloninger in the sales department and he assisted me in getting the car I was looking for that I had done research on online. There was no pressure or any kind of upscale pushed on me and if I had a question- the people in the dealership took the time to explain what was going on.All in all it was a 10 out of 10 experience.I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good deal on a car.

Back almost 20 years ago my mother was a single parent raising 3 kids with a full time job, working through nursing school. With all she had going on in her life, Rusty Wallis took care of her and financed her first new vehicle in 04 so that she could commute to work and after school activities. Over the decades this reliable family car had its part in great memories and eventually was passed on to me. Flash forward to today, with her hard work and continuing education, my mother has received her Masters in Nursing and became a Nurse Practitioner. With that progress she returned today to purchase a Sport Touring Hybrid CR-V. We had great service with Jesse Baez, found the best competitive prices in the metroplex and had transparent streamlined financing with Luis!
