Would never recommend this place to anyone! We have taken our Isuzu trucks to them twice for routine PM and oil change. They said it would take 2-3 days. I had to call them 4 days later and ask when the truck would be ready and they claim it will be ready by the next day. This went on for another 4 days until I went to the shop in person to ask what the ordeal could be. They said the truck has been ready for 3 days and the front office staff was very confused. They created an invoice on the spot for $687 for the PM/oil change and another $273 to tighten the compressor belt, but this is not something we asked them to address. This business will upcharge you like crazy and the quality service is very poor. I strongly recommend staying away from this place. Total waste of money and time!

Truck has been in the shop for over 2 months for warrantied items. No help with a loaner, no known date of when it will be completed. Even called Peterbilt customer service 3 times over the last week & they told me a regional manager would contact me. I've yet to receive a call from anyone.

They took about 3 weeks to gives just an estimate and it came very high!! Do not recommend it!! Plus had to pay over 1K just for the diagnose!!!

Have been doing business with Larry Sauls for years, I have bought more vehicles than I can remember. Always been treated fairly, highly recommended calling Larry for all of your Ford and Isuzu needs!

AVOID THE AGONY OF THIS PLACE!!I ve been waiting 10 days ( so far) for a diagnosis to a warranty-covered check engine light on a brand new truck bought from this dealership 60 days ago.They said maybe another week or so before they can squeeze it in to figure out which parts need to be replaced. Then who knows how long it will take to get those in I call daily for an update. They stopped calling me back. They wouldn t even let me take it to any other warranty provider without charging absurd $250 diagnostic fee even though they admitted it s a common defect with the NEW IZUZU NPR they sell there. Service department is a total debacle.My business has come to a halt while these people do nothing. #FURIOUS

Wish I could give these dishonest dirtbags a negative 10 star rating. Tried to scam us into buying a new engine for a truck with 20k miles on it, saying not covered under warranty. Turns out, they never even contacted Ford on the warranty issue. Finally got the truck moved to another dealer - burned spark plug wire. That's it. Totally tried to scam us. Run, don't walk from this place. Other reviews reflect a similar pattern of business. Consider yourself warned.

I have NEVER had such a bad experience trying to get a truck repaired. Medium Duty Ford we purchased from Rush and kept throwing some code and were told we had to take to authorized Ford dealer for repair. Figured we would take to company we purchased from. Not going to bore with all the details but in a nutshell, 126 days on their lot, two "repairs" for close to $6000, get it back and error comes back after a few hours of running.Some people up there have been nice, one "manager" in particular was rude and basically told me to come get our truck at one point. I went over his head and they "allowed" it to stay. But the bottom line is they are flat out not capable of doing the job they hold. I could have paid just about anyone to swap out parts and not fix anything, and likely cheaper and much faster.Now I have a truck that has been down for over 4 months that I have paid TWICE to repair, yet it hasn't been fixed. I call that flat out theft.I won't ever purchase a truck from Rush ever again in my lifetime, nor will I purchase a brand of truck they "service."Next two calls are to Ford and then my attorney.

Ordered parts overnight pay a $90 fee extra so I can get the next day I call at 4p.m. next day and they tell me it's on the way 5:00pm I call and ask again they tell me it is still sitting there, so I say why are u charging me overnight fee and then tell me it is on the way and I said let me speak to manage they put me on hold 30 min. No one answers I hang up call back no one answers, this is not first time this has happened but I guess it is my fault for buying from those clowns.

Rude sales people especially Gary, specifically, I've been dealing with this guy for a few years on and off when we have to. Considering finding medium duty ford parts is very difficult. Anytime you need some hard to find part he's very short, won't take the time to really look into anything then when you call back with part # he try to make it out like that's not what you asked for, when if they'd quit trying to talk over people and listen we'd make some progress. And don't ask for more than 2-3 parts at once they'll quickly give you hopes of calling you back when they never do. Always ask for a name so you can hold the scrappy sales people accountable for what they say they'll do!

There is no customer service in this Isuzu retailer. No answer per the voice messages we left. And there is no follow up per customers. Even if you left the truck. Not responsible company

I don't recommend this place for RVs.They were paid to fix an O2 sensor and it's still not working. And tney can only take 52 RVs a year, which booking an appt months out.And they've xancelled an appointment I made, without telling me.So now ut's either wait until late Simmer for an appt, or fimd another ace to fix the O2 sensor. And pay twoce to have it fixed.

Would give 10 stars if I could. Our Class A's check engine light came on during a coast to coast trip. They squeezed us in, diagnosed the bad plug wire (yep, gas V-8), and had us back on the road in a couple of hours. THANK YOU!!

Horrible experience. Twice I have made the mistake of taking my truck here for service. First time I went in for an oil change, without telling me or asking me they changed a couple extra parts that were apparently bad, when they called me to say truck was ready they had added an extra $200.00 to price of oil change. This should of been a sign of some improper business ethics, talked to the manager Dan, he apologized for having zero communication about the repair. Fast forward 6 months, and I go to see why my truck is having issues. They tell me they have a diagnostic fee, which I was cool with, didn't hear anything for a couple of days and finally I called them to where he told me they were still working on the truck. Get a call the next day that I would need a new engine for 20k,obviously I wasn't gonna get that done. Went into the sales department and bought a brand new truck cash money, and gave them my old truck which obviously was going to be a hassle for me. Get a call following day from a horrible representative in there service department that my truck is ready to pick up and I should bring a check for $650... this really ticked me off... your charging me $650 to let me know the truck is in bad shape after the fact I traded it in with you AND bought a brand new truck from them. Lady I talked to needs to really work on her communication skills, tried to talk to Dan, who was gone to lunch but I was assured he would call me back, guess what? Haven't heard anything from him. To hell with the issue I went paid there service fee and picked up my truck. Long story short if you want a place with zero communication, extremely rude service people, and a sketchy business that does things without prior consent from customer, give your business to these scum bags. Will never be back thanks for nothing Trash center of Irving

Very helpful staff, quick service, and they solved the problem that I came in with. I was also able to return a part that I bought, but did not need. It was quick and easy. This is a great place to do business with!

Our truck went into derate during a trip through DFW. Not only did Jake get me back on the road within 24 hours, he genuinely seemed to care about how this impacted my business. Can t thank him and that team enough.

Unprofessional, inexperience service department really bad experience with them there service and communication is really frustrated my truck was there for 15 days in services department but all the problems are there I don t have words to describe how bad there services are.
