I'll give them a good rating based on how polite, patient and helpful they were. They were not able to solve the issue we had, but.....they were able to point us to other service departments to address our issues.Now that is service! The customer comes first. You don't see that level of commitment much anymore.Thank you for caring.

Our truck has been at the shop for a PTO problem for 2 months. Originally Rush said there was no trouble found but our employee went down and reproduced the issue with them. We are anxiously waiting to get this critical truck back in our fleet. I hope that this work can be completed soon and that I am pleasantly surprised so I can change my feelings on using the service center for future Monster fleet work.

The service we are receiving is excellent. We are traveling and they have found the root of the problem and making every effort to work with Ford to get our warranty work done and done correctly ..we are full time RV people and they send An Excellent serviceman to us. Thank you.

PARTS DEPT IS TERRIBLE.PERSONAL FORGET TO ORDER PARTS AND THAN ORDER THE WRONG PATS -WHILE I HAVE CUSTOMER'S TRUCK DOWN FOR OVER A WEEK TRYING TO GET A SIMPLE PART -THEY CAN'T SEEM TO GET RIGHT

Sitting in parts department for about 15 minutes. For an engine oil cap, explained that it wasn t the dipstick. Sent me to light duty rush with a part # to a dipstick
