Royal Tires was great! I called multiple places looking for some used tires, and most shops won't even answer the phone, so you can check available sizes. I found this shop on Google and not only did the owner answer the phone, he confirmed he had the sizes I needed and texted me pictures of the tread to confirm they were good before I drove 30 minutes away to him. The quality was impressive for used tires. The price was fair for the quality, and his crew was efficient at getting the tires on for me. I will be following up to get 2 more tires in the next week or 2. I'm glad I found this place! I was impressed.

Everybody from the owner, Eduardo, to the technicians are honest, fast, knowledgeable and really cares. Their used tires look like new tires and they saved me alot of money. I have been to many used tire shops and this place has the best 5 star customer service. Eduardo told me I did not need one of my tires replaced that I thought needed to be and also looked at my car for any leaks and repaired a braket on my suspension and rotated my tires at no charge. I will drive across town to do business with them again.Thank you so very much!

Pulled it and immediately 3 guys came out with tools. I was in and out in no time. Quickly repaired my tire damages. I m also a hijabi and they were very respectful, I felt comfortable and at ease.

From the moment that I pulled into the parking lot, I received excellent and very courteous service from the Royal Tire employees. The gentlemen worked diligently, professionally and quickly to find the right tires for my vehicle. I was also assisted by Aidan, who patiently explained everything to me. I left there with a big smile on my face feeling safe!

Friendly and professional. Half the local tire shops I ve encountered act like they don t even want your business, but this shop was very friendly. Great price on good tires. Will definitely remember this shop in the future.

Brought my Mercedes-Benz I had a bubble on my tire, I texted them I was on my way to get a tire they had, when I get there. They had issues with that tire continental brand anlmost Brand new, came back w an estimate 10$ cheaper and a better brand pirelli instead, I was very satisfied with the guys they went above and beyond left them a $10 tip Will be my Togo tire shop. I live close mine..

I'm part of the Production crew for The Gift of Christmas at Prestonwood. Had a flat last night, no place open to get a tire. Had to be here early this morning so no place open. Drove to Plano from Arlington on a spare Donut, totally sucked. So I find Royal tires after the afternoon show I head over there 6 min. Away. Less than 10 min later I'm on way back to work with a 40 tire mounted. Tire had good tread, and in good condition. Thanx guys y'all Freaking Rock!!! Now I know I will get home safe tonight. Fast, friendly, reasonable service!!! Royal Tires on Marsh Ln. Awesome.

I was in search of finding a tire shop that would put my new tires (already purchased) on my suv at reasonable price. Richard and his team were great!!! There was no wait time and it was done quickly. Very nice and professional. The price was great also. Thanks for excellent customer service!!

The owner Ed was amazing from the beginning. He missed my call but followed up via text and ordered the correct tires my car needed. When I arrived he inspected my tires and informed me I only needed two. I really appreciate his integrity. His employees were kind and efficient. I will definitely recommend this shop to anyone in the future.Second review. I had issues at Walmart today with a brand new set of tires. I came right back to Ed at Royal tires and he had no issue at all! Thank you Ed!!!

I came out to my vehicle and discovered a flat tire. I originally made an appointment to go to a name brand tire place but came here first because of the reviews. I am glad I did. The flat was from 3 nails and 1 punctured it. A simple fix and only paid $9. I'm so grateful for this place!

The best place to go for tires. They have always taken care of me. I have been going here for 2 years after moving to the DFW area. They also have the best prices.

CUSTOM WHEEL OWNERS BEWARE! If you have any kind of custom wheel, do not go here. Just had my front tires replaced and as soon as the job was finished, I instantly noticed several fresh deep scratches in both wheels that had new tires mounted. I brought this up to the owner, and he offered to take $10 off of my service big lesson learned.

Stopped by here becuase of all the great reviews. I use to go to montoyas tire shop, but they charge a arm and a leg. So I came here to royal. Which honestly they were amazing. Greeted me with a smile. Ricardo helped me out with a used tire. At a very great price. Will definitely be coming back soon.

Horrible service. They gave me a used tire that I continuously had to put air in when I left, and when they found a nail in it they said it was my fault. So they overcharged me for a used bad tire and then didn't even want to replace their own product as defective. Don't get tires from this place!! Or you will be sorry too. You might as well just pull up and hand them $60 and drive away.

Update to the response of the owners response: Why would I continue to take my business there if you ve proven you couldn t respond in a timely manner. I didn t respond because I already took my business elsewhere.I came here based on a recommendation and our experiences could not be far off from each others. I even expressed how upset I was and now he won t go back either.I called on a Friday afternoon asking if they had my specific tire size in stock, and they did. I asked if I can come in Monday in order to get them put on and asked if I needed an appointment. Eduardo said no, just to come, but to do him a favor and text on Sunday to make sure that they didn t sell the tires over the weekend. But if they did, he can still order them. I texted Sunday at 4:45 and didn t get a response which is fine, because they were closed. I just assumed they would return a text when they could Monday.Monday rolls around and it s coming up to the time I stated that I would be there, but I call first before I leave the house just in case. No answer. I got ready and called again. No answer. I figured they were just busy, so I was going to just head over. As I was around the corner, I received a text stating that the tires had just been sold that morning.I called right when I received the text, no answer. Since I was around the corner I still just went to get some clarification. I was never apprehensive about showing up or never gave him the run around.The gentleman that tried to help me barely spoke an English, but I got the jist of what he was saying. He even told me that there was just 1 tire of that size left. I was super upset and just getting ready to leave. Before I was leaving he did ask me to text to see if I was still coming tomorrow to get the tires. He was asking for a text so that he can forward to Eduardo to rely and forward back to me.Although I was super upset, I still even tried to give them one more chance after I ve already wasted my time. Against my better judgement, I sent a text stating that I was still interested. I then received a text shortly after that and asked if I can please get a phone call trying to sort this out. Crickets.By this time, I just figured to not even try this place anymore because the communication is lacking. So I just took my business to Discount Tires, they always say local is better, but I ll stick to the bigger guys.

I was in and out no longer than 30 minutes on a Friday morning! They double checked with me on tire size and gladly rotated my tires. I will be repeating my business. Very friendly and great shop hospitality! Thanks guys.

These people literally are hero s!!! I paid $80 for a $350 tire. They even had a guy take me to my jeep to pick up bad tire and he drove me back to the shop to get new tire, then drove me back to my jeep and put it on!!!! The best experience I ve ever had. Not to mention I was 3 hours from home!!!!! 5 s

I called the shop before I headed over to ask about their prices, and the person provided all the information that I was asking about. So I headed over there and the gentleman that were they asked what brought me in. I told them about the tire that had a nail, and wanted to get a patch. After further inspection, they suggested to get a used tire. I looked at the tire more and more and I agreed with them since it also had a lot of wear aside from the nail being stuck in it. Once I gave them the green light they wasted no time in getting the tire off and the new one on. I was literally in and out, took them about 5-7 mins to get the used tire on. To be honest, the tire looks practically new! $45 was the price and I couldn't be any happier. Amazing service, and great price. Highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a used tire. Thanks for the help!

This USED tire shop is honest and honourable. They were going to change the valve stem on my MB 2003 E320 for $10 including the stem but did not have the correct one. Montoya tire shop down the road in Carrollton had one but wanted $40. I bought one for $8.50 at MB dealership in Plano and Royal Tires replaced it for FREE.

It's under a whole new team of people and they are awesome!!! I live in the neighborhood around the corner and love this place. They also stay open til 7pm instead of 5:30pm. And the new name is Royal Tires.

I usually watch over my vehicles regularly, however, I missed cords showing on my front passenger side tire late Saturday afternoon. I visited Costco the next day because they never answered the phone. They didn't have my size in stock. Now I'm getting really anxious because I have to drive the tolls to get to work.I called Royal and they had the tires I needed. I truly can't speak highly enough for their customer service! I usually try to support the little guy but assumed a large place would take care of me. It's the mom and pop shops that deserve our business. You've got a customer for life!

Credit card machine was down. I had to run around to find an ATM that was bank friendly with my bank. They sold me brand offset tires which was fine. But lo and behold, the one tire that was different brand of the other three had a major leak in it. Unfortunately, the leak was from the shoulder of the tire which is not repairable. So I m here at discount tires coughing up another 100 bucks to get one new used tire on Christmas Day (observed day). This place may be fast and cheap , but they truly are cheap .** Update in Response to Owner s Response: I m not going to take this review down. You dont have record of your customers because you don t hand out receipts. Your shop is the correct shop I went to. The other shop was closed that s why I had to settle for your shop.** Update in Response to Owner s Second Response: I already attempted to get in contact with you guys and whoever I spoke with on the phone said they couldn t do anything without a receipt. Everyone that day who came and went left without a receipt that specific day. Don t care if your machine works now. It wasn t even a machine. It was an attachment to your phone. Will not be removing this review just because I m being honest with my experience. I m sitting at discount tires as we speak because the other three tires are now needing replacement.
