I visited Rodney Herson for a 4 wheel alignment on my S560 Coupe. This was my first experience with Rodney and from this point forward, I will never trust my Mercedes to anyone else. They operate with the highest integrity, their pricing is fair and they treat you with complete respect. They will never try to upsell you unlike a certain not-to-be named dealership in Dallas. They provide only the services you need and will tell you what s NOT needed. Rodney is a perfectionist and when my alignment was completed, it was 100% spot on and I could immediately feel the difference in the way my car drove. Not to mention they are some of the kindest service providers I have ever had the privilege to meet! Talk about a refreshing experience. You can definitely trust Rodney Herson for all of your Mercedes maintenance and repair needs.

They re very friendly, great, & informative! Other places were trying to get me to do things unnecessary to my vehicle while wanting to charge and arm and a leg but I found this gem that has great pricing! They taught me more things about my vehicle which is great since I love to learn more about my own vehicle, how things work, & what to look for. Will be my go to place from now on!!

I have been a Benz guy for the last 10 years. My wife now also drives on (GLS450) to add to my S63. Both of mine are newer and under warranty but I will NEVER TAKE my car for ANY SERVICE to anyone but Rodney. MB of Plano (TX) is the worst and even they refer me t o Rodney. Rodney and his team are just simply the best. They NEVER overcharge and ALWAYS over deliver. I am just a normal dude who was referred to them year ago and will just never take my Benz to anyone else. Rodney is a small shop but with the biggest capabilities.....take it here for peace of mind. Rodney will never screw you over.....look at it this way......he is family. Family that you can trust in a service catagory that is FULL of ripping people off so with him you will never question your repair. The stories I could tell.....Once on my older S63 (2010) I had a MAJOR issue on the Dallas Tollway.....major issue that had the panel tell me to shut off engine IMMEDIATELY. I pulled over and some liquid was all over the engine and coming out of over place a liquid could come out of. I had it taken to Rodney and he could have charged me $10,000 or more for as ugly this was.....this was just the most all over the place thing.....well Rodney called me and showed me what happened. It was a ruptured tube....sprayed coolant everywhere. He steamed my engine to make it look new again for me and I was out of there for $900. Seriously....he could have taken so much from me.Its this type of service you will get.TAKE YOUR BENZ HERE and if you have a non-Euro then take it to Honesty Automotive in Plano with tom Collins. These two people are GOD SENDS. You will never overpay and will always be treated with respect and the most importantly HONESTLY.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Brakes, A/C installation & repair, Brake service & repair, Battery, Oil change

One of the best workshops that treats you like family. Being out of state and due to the pandemic, our kids car was left behind. Rodney and team went to campus, picked the car and fixed it all and also did a car wash. They are very honest and communicate very well. Highly recommended.

One of my biggest regrets about leaving Dallas and moving back to Denver was losing this one and only HONEST excellent mechanic. Rodney is the absolute best and, as a woman, I would take my Mercedes in to Rodney, and leave it with him with total peace of mind - completely knowing he would never cheat me and the work he did always exceeded my expectations; every time I ever left my car with him, he checked fluid levels, tire pressure etc as part of his excellent quality service. Unfortunately, since moving back to Denver it went back to the typical "take advantage of a woman."LADIES take my word for it and take your car to Rodney and never get cheated and screwed over again!!! Best Honest Mercedes mechanic you will ever find!It's been 8 years since I moved back to Denver - and GOD KNOWS - how I miss Rodney Herson Automotive!!!

If you have a Benz I HIGHLY recommend you use this company for service. The employees are honest, reliable, and tell the truth. Brenda, Jake and Rodney provide exceptional service and will explain exactly what is wrong with your Benz. They will explain which services really need to be performed and which are just money makers for the dealers. Their prices are way better than any dealer. Cannot say enough good things about these guys.

I have been having Rodney (and Jake and Brenda) maintain my aging Mercedes for the past few years. They are fair, professional, very experienced and always go out of their way to make me feel more like family than a client. My trust in them is absolute - I won't let anyone else touch my car!

We have been taking our CLK500 to Rodney for several years and he has always done a great job. We appreciate how friendly and open they are, and have loved how fast he can get the car turned and back to us at a great price.Rodney has always treated our car like it was his own, and we love that.

I've been a customer at Rodney Herson Automotive for over 15 years. The professionalism, attention to detail, and all around first class service is beyond all expectation. I'd give him all the stars you have but you only gave me five to work with.

My elderly mother and fatally ill father were treated poorly by Rodney Herson Automotive.The owner blamed everyone but himself for not repairing their pristine early 2000 E430 with less than 150k miles. He blamed Mercedes for making parts in China, blamed my parents for driving a car with too many miles, said it wasn't a good car and should be sold, etc., etc.; and, to top it off he was rude and belittling to my poor mother and a good friend that went with her to report the issue still wasn't fixed after 2 tries. BTW - This good friend recommended Rodney Herson Automotive to my parents years ago.The lingering issue that Rodney Herson Automotive couldn't figure out was repaired at more qualified and customer focused shop. Rodney Herson doesn't deserve our business.

The BEST in all of Texas, fair and certainly the most trusted. We don't let anyone other than Rodney touch our car. The staff, Brenda and Jake are even more amazing!

Rodney Herson has forgotten more about Mercedes Benz products than most will ever know. He is honest, forthright and can be considered the Yoda of Mercedes Benz Technicians. We don't trust anyone else with our cars...Period!

Great Shop I go there to get everything fixed! If you have something going wrong on your car Rodney will try to see if its really broken at first by testing the wires or seeing if its something else before ordering new parts. He also only uses OEM Mercedes parts and cuts you a deal on the price better than any other Mercedes shop in town. If you have a Mercedes G-Wagon he is good at repairing and fixing anything wrong with it. It is the best place to go to get your G Class worked on.

Took too long too fix a break noise issue. They replaced a lot of parts to get the issues resolved. After 6 weeks and spending about $4,000 the same issue came back in a few months.

called there lady who answered the phone was so rude if you think they will treat you like family just call and have that lady answer the phone i asked her if she was having a bad day and she hung up on me Take your Mercedes somewhere else
