I live 20 miles away, yet I still travel there to do my laundry! and they truly are open 24 hours. by far is the cleanest, most well maintained, well lit, well air conditioned laundry mat I have ever seen in my entire life no joke no exaggeration! they use a card system so you don't have to walk around with $20 in quarters in your pocket! they even have massage chairs for a buck, get your legs back and neck massage while you're waiting for laundry to dry :-)

Great place. 24 hours is a plus. Bring cash because you have to use their reloadable card but you don't have to worry about change!Best laundromat.I haven't used their car wash on the other side so I can't rate that one.

So I needed to wash a couple of large comforters in a short time and this was the only place in a 10 mile area that is open 24 hours. Crazy I know. So I come here and was taken afar from the horrible directions. But when I finally did find the place I loved how well lit it was and how clean it is. With this being my first time there I was confused at how the machines operate. They only have card readers on them so i ASSUMED you had to use a credit card. NO, they have a store issued card that you get from a machine that in the middle of the laundromat, and I was only told that after the security guard saw me struggling with swiping my credit card. So I finally get that situated and not 5 minutes from loading my clothes in the washer I so happy to drop A FABRIC SOFTENER SHEET on the ground and low and behold the security guard came to the bathroom to tell me that I dropped it and I should come back to pick it up......FINE I did drop it no big worries here not really bothered. So I walk off and proceed to look and admire the building. It is really big and has a arcade and everything. Like the place is not your normal laundromat. So I wanted to sit by my clothes just because and it so happen to be in one of the massage chairs and father god you would have thought I set fire to rain. The security guard run over to me and tells me YOU NEED TO PUT IN DOLLAR TO SIT DOWN repeatedly. So after putting 20 dollars in the machine (first of all not knowing that it didnt give change) I go in my pocket to put a dollar in the funky lil chair to satisfy this butt hurt self, but unfortunately I didn't have anything smaller then a 5, but unfortunately it wouldn't take anything other then a 1 dollar so low and behold I still had to get up out the seat. Will be burning the card with the remaining credit on it as to I will never come in this place as long as that rude ass security guard is there. The other attendant which was a older Hispanic lady was very sweet and had a smile. The Hispanic security guard is a complete JERK.

I LOOOOOOVE IT HERE! I so recommend to go n eat here. It takes a little longer but it's so worth the wait. The laundry mat I don't recommend the lady there has no clue what she's doing. N the car wash is ok. Everything is always clean.

Worst place ever. They charged for. Dryer. The WiFi doesn't Work . in charge lady doesn't. Know. Anything if you asked. The number for their. Office rings forever no one answers and you. Not able to leave a message. Handicap parking spots always taking by regular people. If you complain with the lady in charge they said they can't help you. But after calling the police they go and warning the people . like I said worst place ever. Oh you can park you car in there for 20 dollars a day.

I'll start with the good. Good: clean establishment, clean bathrooms, security, lots of space and multiple machines. Bad: The over night service desk worker (short hispanic woman , with short black hair,and glasses) is rude. Not only did she ask me was I there to wash, multiple times after I told her that I was multiple times (her English was perfectly fine). She treated me as if I was supposed to know where everything was. I asked her how I pay for the machines, etc.... and instead of her helping me the security did because she acted like she didn't want to. Free Wifi is advertised and they don't have free wifi. The dryers aren't free after you have already spent approx $12 to wash on the big washers. If you have to wash quickly! I say go there, if not just wait and go somewhere else with better customer service and free dryers.

I ve been coming to this place for 5-6 years NEVER TO HAVE A PROBLEM they recently hired a security guard who s always harassing people. I was cleaning my car out & I had a bag sitting on the side of my car for trash and he walks up to me out of nowhere and gets to yelling say you better not leave that trash on the ground really loud first off sir I m not done at all second he bothers my daughters constantly saying they can t play the games at 8-9 o clock and speaking rudely to them . IT NEVER FAILS MY LAST 6 VISITS HAVE BEEN HORRIBLE & MY CHILDREN HAVE BEEN VERY UNCOMFORTABLE! That s why my visits now are vary ! Would be a 5 star overall if that horrible security guard that abuses his power of authority to wrong customers was not there . I should not have to look over my shoulders because someone watches me constantly I m gonna file a complaint if this continues. You have no right or business harassing mothers & children. You are there for one thing patrol the premises at night so there are no problems not picking with ppl to feel like you did something or whatever joy it is you receive from that .

This is one of the only 24 hour laundromats in the area. We went to other place stating they were open late at night but we're closed by the time we got there. The worker we had we really helpful. This place is pretty huge and extremely clean.

IF YOU ARE NOT MEXICAN DONT GO HEREStarted coming here to wash clothes and the car every sunday. The place is a onestop shop and clean but the old lady in the laundrymat is very racist and rude. She looked at me like i was trash when i asked her if i could use the restroom then said after a short stare down are you washing i told her yes then she walked me to the bathroom and entered the code as if i was going to steal something... Smh I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN I GIVE MY HARD EARNED MONEY TO THEM FOR THEM TO ADDRESS/TREAT ME IN SUCH A MANNER....I THINK NOT

The security guard... AN A**HOLE!!! I have been here exactly 4 times. He is rude and is a total mo-tard. I sat down on the massaging chairs, like i usually do, and I was ending my conversation with my boss. He seen me sitting down and he said to me, "You need to put a dollar" i said, "Oh! I know, i will thanks"He said, "Right now!"The first time i came, i noticed that he was being realy rude to a lady and she up and left. Also, the short lady with short hair and glasses is extremely rude as well. I asked if she could please take my spare change for a dollar, since you must add credit to a card. She immediately disliked me. She rolled her eyes every time i asked her to make chamge for me. I don't know why they are so rude to me! I am very fair skin, and also very Hispanic! I'm not sure if they dislike white people or if they all just decided to pick on me! But It is not OK to treat customers this way. Unfortunately, i get out of work late, so i must do laundry here. But after i use all my credit, I'm done. This is not a friendly environment. At all. The only friendly staff is a short, fair skinned, light haired lady. Other than that, the staff here has a stick up their butts.

Open 24-7 it was a one stop shop! There was a Car Wash and A Mexican Restaurant! There was a Tire Repair shop! They offer a variety of sizes of washers and dryers. The location was highly visible from the road.

Hands down, the best coin operated self service car wash. Very well maintained and clean. Always safe, day or night, and your car comes out clean.

Pretty good atmosphere Window tint, detail shop, brakes & mechanic shop, and car wash all under one roof. Only downside was too many hands on doing the car instead of one person. Tint was done ok with few issues after settling (bubbles from debri, uneven set for back window) pay for what you get and got decent work.

BEST BUSINESS EVER!!!!! I have been coming here for about 4 yrs.They have tinted my last 3 cars n the work they do is INCREDIBLE. GREAT PRICES n WONDERFUL TIME MANAGEMENT! The staff is professional n polite. I RECOMMEND RIZOS TO EVERYBODY!!! Its your 1 stop shop: TINTING, WHEELS, 24hr CAR WASH, 24hr LAUNDRY MAT, n RESTAURANT (amazing food). Definately a go-to on your "honey DO list". Thank you RIZOS

So like, this is a hub. Car Wash, You're Tire can be replaced, you can wash clothes in the laundry, you can have the best home made Mexican Food and Tostadas ever! There is a Barber shop in the Laundry and they even have Message chairs for $1.00. Arcade games for the kids and laundry sells laundry soap, Fabric Softeners, Bleach and even hangers if you need them. Free WiFi too!

I truly love the ample space ,parking !it seems to b a one stop shop.Say for instant. You have. You worked 6 days out da wk. So on that one day off you can take da fam. Out do laundry get tacos,wash your car and get a fresh hair due. Or go eat at one of the varity restraunts in da area that are like 5 mn. To n from. Ix a win win. Ixs open 24,7.!Love it ,atendants helpful. Great laundry facility

One of the best self car washes in Dallas if not the best. Great time for the quarters you put in and soap features I've never seen anywhere except for automated car washes.

Only three stars because one of the Armor All dispensers ate my quarters, at two different ones! No signage indicating out of order or depleted stock. Great facility other than that though.

24 hr laundramat. Always clean, communication sometimes difficult (I don't speak much spanish). Equipment usually in good working condition. A little more expensive than most, but always open when my days run long!

Horrible customer service. I was washing my clothes when a storm hit. Was told power was coming back shortly. Waited three hours just to be told to get out because they are closed due to no power asked for a refund for the wash i was doing and all i was told is that they dont speak english and i wasnt getting a refund. I wash here weekly and will never come back and waste my money supporting a place that does not care about their customers

The people are super rude and When I was washing one of the machines took extra money off my card I told the lady and she re did it with my card with out giving me my money back... I told the lady the restroom needed to be cleaned and she looked at me and kept it pushing... this place needs a new peraon in charge. You shouldn't even get a star.

You need to use their cards and if you don't have the full amount it just steels the remaining balance. Only Spanish speaking staff. The place is clean I'll give it that but I would not recommend.

Was cheaper than going to another shop but my tint is bubbling and does not meet the edge of the window creating a gap where you can clearly see the non tinted window. Will cost more to have it taken off and redone properly. Save the hassle and go to a licensed establishment.

Great wash and value. The vehicle is brushed with soapy water before the touchless wash. A full wash and wax is only $5.

I didnt know it doesnt take coins, have to buy a card for a dollar and use it. Prices are a little higher than average but it's not bad

Self service place that needs more lights. $1 cash gave me 2m30s of vacuuming. Their "extreme strength" is nothing to fear - it's pretty average.

I gotta say that this was the first time ever I seen a well keep clean laundrymat and the service was very helpful. I give it a 5 star......
