Great service! They did a great job on my cars body, I was hit by an uninsured driver they made sure to give me a reasonable price and an outstanding service in a reasonable time, Thanks to Jorge my car looks new and he was great keeping me updated and letting me know every step of the way what he was doing and how everything was going! I can say it was a good and quick service!

Rick is truly the best! He is such a hard worker who is willing to go above and beyond for his customers. I have an older Lexus, and his work on it after I got in an accident was impeccable. Honest work and was really willing to work with me on pricing as well. I'll always go back to Rick for work on my Lexus!

I called every Toyota dealership to get pricing for a transmission fluid change and Rick had the best pricing and he saw that my battery needed cleaning and took care of it. I appreciate his efficiency (I needed to wait there) and care. He also gave some advice for cleaning the battery in the future. Thank you Rick!!Edit 3/14/2023: I needed help diagnosing a noise I would hear when driving at low speeds. Rick took his time to help me figure out the problem. He is very trustworthy and busy, so you know he is really good. highly recommend.

The shop was very easy to find if you know what you are looking for. Even if you get lost you can call the shop owner and he will wave you down really I've guys and fast as well! Found the issue with our car fairly quick and even we where surprised.

Rick is a good honest mechanic. He is upfront with what is wrong and does his best to work with you and what you need. Not your average Joe mechanic I genuinely trust him and the work he does. Oh my goodness, not sure how I got so lucky to find Rick but he is the real deal - worked for Toyota 20 years, a master mechanic and just the best! He can work on any type of auto and repaired by AC at a significantly lower price than anyone else! Off Harry Hines and well worth the trip wherever you are located in Dallas. Rick is a very knowledgeable, courteous and honest man. I took a leap of faith today (after reading Google reviews) and visited him for my Toyota and found him as a man with integrity and principles. He would find the best price and charge extremely reasonable for labour. Definitely my go-to person for Auto Repairs in Dallas/DFW.

Rick is dependable, honest, quick, and fair with his pricing. He has always taken care of me. He's the best mechanic in Dallas. I do not trust anyone else with my vehicles. I've been taking my cars to him for years. Trust me, this is a good guy who genuinely wants to help people.

Very dependable man. Honest, Clean, fair. Rick will try to find the lowest price and will take care of you for sure. His crew is honest and super nice, they treat customer cars like their own. Ricks Toyota is the best in Dallas.

I'm a gearhead and so far, Rick has my stamp of approval. I've only used his services once for my 4runner, but he was very admit about making sure that my problem was solved before he let me pay and leave. I had some minor concerns and just had him do a trans flush and lube my driveshaft, but he threw in a t-case fluid change for virtually nothing. He charged $17.00 more for all of these services than the Dealer wanted for Just the Trans-Flush. Being that I told him I was a car guy and this was my first Toyota, he took me on a tour of his shop and educated me on some mechanical aspects unique to some Toyota models. I will bring my car back to him for its next service and if he continues to do right by me, I will continue to update my review. Hopefully he is truly as honest and dedicated as he comes across.

Ricks is very professional and gets you the very best price he possibly can. This guy was refered to me by my former boss and in so thankful because now I have a great mechanic I can trust. He is the best at what he does.

First of all I want to thank rick for his honesty and integrity he has already showed me.... I called him today and requested a price on. Having a timing belt replaced on my 2007 toyota solara that had just now turned 100.000 miles no issues with the car at all but just thought it would be a good idea as recommended by toyota.after getting rick on the phone and having a 15 minute conversation he advised me I was probably not needing the service yet and premature by doing it now .he stated he would check the belt for any issues at a much lower rate rather than jump right in and replace parts that may not be ready to be replaced yet. And if it does need replaced the check out fee would go tword the repairs ....he could have just taken my money but he didn't so for that I thank him for his honestly . I set a appointment with him next week to do the check out and will post again at that time . I feel like I found a honest mechanic which is a hard thing to do . I would recommend him highly . again expect another review very shortly ...

Best Toyota Repair in Texas hands down!! Most honest mechanics I ve ever come across which is rare these days, if it is far from you it is worth the drive!! I don't think this is Rick's Toyota anymore. Didn't see any signs for Rick's Toyota outside the garage.Good folks working at the location but I didn't end up availing their services.Rick's Toyota has perhaps moved on?

It was new years eve right before closing time and still awnsered the phone l. At first it seemed like the person was just gonna hang up ,but after I explained the situation they person was able to get theinfo I was after.

I've used Rick for many yrs he's worked and serviced all my vehicles he works on all makes and models and is straight toward with you and explains things out to you if don't understand the lingo of mechanics or that the work is being done to your vehicle his pricing is fair and is all around a straight forward guy when it comes to his work.
