Beware do not ever use the shop. The guy is a complete crook. I went in for a noise regarding my muffler he told me that the fix he did would fix the front of the car on the front side and stopped the noise. He put in a $5 part and charge me $90 and a noise in my car still exist. When I asked him about his repair he said he just thought that what he did will fix it and walked away. Do not use this guy he's a crook and I believe he's a racist and don't like Black people..

Had to come back and edit my review. I ve been back to Reyes 3 times since my first review. Each time has gotten worse. They do the work in good time but the quality suffers because of it. Each time they have performed work I ve had to come back because something wasn t right. And when you come back they act like you re a ghost. No apology for your time wasted. And don t get a quote over the phone. The price they quote is never honored. I thought I had found a good shop but I was truly fooled. After they correct what they messed up I ll pay more and continue to go to the dealership.Went in to get Shock, struts and sway bars changed. Went next door to grab a bite and before i could finish my food my car was ready. The guys were awesome. I plan to cntinue my business with them and highly recommend Reyes Muffler.Service: Steering & suspension repair

This place is trash. Their weld didn t last 8 months and they didn t even want to honor the warranty so now I have to pay for another muffler because mine fell off because of bad workService: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Superior service with a warranty!! My first stop for catalytic converter service for my 2012 Buick Lacrosse, in at 9am out before 2pm the same day!!! They have a loyal customer right here now!!!

Not sure if the owner just didn't want to do the job but they kept sending me away (3 times) for more parts. Ended up going somewhere else and was fully satisfied there and the parts that were said was needed, weren't needed. Won't be back

Keep changing prices for checking your car when l called a females, gave me a different price, than when I called back a guy answered the phone and he told me a whole different higher price I think this company is just trying to get you and if you re a female, I think that s where they get you

This place was highly recommended by a coworker. He could not stop saying enough nice things about them. So to have my running boards installed, I naturally went to them (after calling and even going to several places in North Dallas where I Live). Clearly, they are VERY out of the way for me. But, it was worth every mile I drove and minute I waited. Their price was VERY reasonable and work was done quickly!

I had to leave my car with them on Monday March 21st because one guy said he was too backed up with other cars to fix. He said he would fix it Tuesday Morning March 22nd. I gave Josea my phone number and asked him to call me when my car was finished and he said that he would. On Tuesday by 2:20pm I still had not received a call( I get off work at 2:30l so I called the shop and the phone rang 12 times but no answer. Around 3:10 I called again and one of the guys answered. They said my car was finished. I told them as soon as I get a cab I will come to pick up my car. 1 hour later while still waiting for my cab I call a second time to check to make sure that the cabin air filter..ignition coil..air filter were all fixed. He said yes. I reminded him again that as soon as my cab comes I will.be there to pick up my car..he said that's fine. My cab finally came at 5:30 and I arrived at 5:45 to the shop..but it was closed and locked up! They usually close at 7!..I had to call another ride back home. On Wednesday when I went back and spoke to Jose..I kindly told him that they were closed when I arrived. He told me they had a family emergency and shut down at 5.I told him that he never called me to tell me about the situation or that my car was fixed. He angrily told me that he does not call.people! I reminded him that he said he would call me and he said he lied by saying he never told me that!..then he lied again by saying that I called at 12; noon or 1;00pm. I told him that on my job we are not allowed to.use our cell phones at those times.He said that he would not give me back my cab fare and he didn't even care if I spent my money to.come there. He gave no apology at all. The car was finished but he knew I was coming on Tuesday and didn't care enough to call. This is unprofessional and rude!!!Service: Air & cabin filter replacement

They were very curious about the diagnosis with my problem regarding my automobile. The Dealership told me I needed thousands in repairs but I'm very happy I got an second opinion with these guys !! To anyone, Reyes Mufflers just don't fix mufflers. They fix Miracles.

After having my vehicle for a full week I m out of some money and sloppy work. I would never trust these inexperienced people again and If I could give this place a big fat 0 I would. This place charged us $400 to replace 2 parts on my vehicle in which we were assured it would solve our problem. As soon as I left this place my SUV heated up again.

Amazing professional quick and accurate diagnostic. 10 minutes later I was high ho Silver away!!! Suggested tires and rims and not the $1200 several other shops were demanding. Clearly the hero of Oakcliff I35. When I make $$$ I'm putting some pants on the big guy!!!

My truck was stolen and ended up there the owner was very disrespectful and ignorant. Would not show video footage of the culprits. Then tried to charge me a diagnostic fee!!

Stay away from this place .They damage my car when they picked it up to replaced front brakes. They didn't rotate my rotors so the car was making noise when I break.The employee Jose was very negative and not trying to help me when I told him about his mistakes.Very disappointed, I just took my car elsewhere and paid to get my rotors turned and had to buy new brakes.Service: Brakes

I went to get an overhaul done on my Ford Explorer sports trac and that it would be ready in a couple of days , once I went to pick it up since it was ready on the following day I drove it and it was shaking and my check engine light went on, got off to check it out and it was leaking oil everywhere! I took it back to them since it was covered under the warranty and they said it s your problem now, when it left here it was perfectly fine ,but if you like when can check it out but that would be an extra charge I was outraged what type of service are they offering horrible place now we are seeking a lawyer to help us out because we paid a hefty price. That s my two cents.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. I worked for this shop for about 4 or 5 months and i would suggest you ask for your old parts back if you get any suspension work done here. I say that because there was some customers who were charged for certain parts on the work order and those parts were never truly changed. There was a instance in that they literally sold the customer full quick struts front and back on the car and the owner told me to just paint the front shocks to make them look new and drop the subframe in the rear and grease everything to remove any squeaks. BE CAREFUL IF YOU ARE GOING TO TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.

All I have to say is If you love your vehicle STAY AWAY!! I clearly told these fools that if my truck will be done the same day, I can work with that. I show up 2 hours before they close, to give me the news that the head mechanic is the only guy that can work on my truck, will be leaving. I was mad because I needed my truck for work, but I kept my kool and picked it up the next day. Truck ran fine for 1 day then started to over heat. I would of gone back to tell them about it, but arguing with unprofessional people will only make things worst. If I can give my last advice to save your hard earned money. Just look elsewhere.

Guys this place is straight fast, efficient, knowledgeable.I went to 3 other mechanics. No one knew whats wrong w my van.I didnt even knew his name.Sraight to fix my engine.And danng HE DID.!!I RECOMMEND THIS SHOP PPLE.THEY KNOW THEIR FIELD.!!!

Went to get an alignment done for them to not do it correctly leaving my front tires \ / like this.When I realized I went back and told them and insisted they did it right so I went to another place where they said it wasn't done right!

This place is only good for welding and exhaust needs. They bend and make you pipe and weld and install. Do not take your car for repair on anything engine, suspension, alignment, this is not a mechanic shop only exhaust shop. They will charge you fairly yes but do not know how to do the job right. Jose the head mechanic doesnt really know much and does some shady stuff carefull. Nelson the welder is the older guy working there talk to him if you want anything fix for your car at a cheap price just tell him not in shop fix. Also he does the work right and is the best worker there. The welder Nelson should really be the head mechanic there. Chava the boss, the owner of the shop doesnt really care about customers just money and also dont do the alignment by computer they do it manually even if they have the equipment to do it electronically also the state inspection machine has been broken for over two years but a former worker told me it works they just dont want to use it. They want to sell it because money and more working space. Trust the other 1 star reviews.

Poor service , do not recommend I brought a car to be repair and a part was stolen thinking I wouldn t notice my car was louder wen I left. asked them about and they completely dismissed not to mention they where very rude it was overall a very bad service not recommend

I came here to get a alignment and have them check a weird noise coming from rear . Instead they stole my sway bar end link and blammed the problem on that . They stole it while they drove the car to diagnose. I just had the end links put on 2 months ago.

Zeroooooo Starssss!!!!!I was told to wait there i was there for over 5 hours guy keep telling me he will do it wash his hand and walk away like I wasn't even there.. I ask another mechanic w happened he just told me well his the owner we can say Nothing.Very sad,frustrated and mad....

Good service, long wait, but good customer service. Listened to my needs, and fixed a few loose wires/hoses at no extra cost. Will be returning as needed.

Great guys. My car broke down by their shop and they helped me figure out what was wrong with it and let me stay there till i could get a tow and a ride

Really bad business, went in to get alignment, they said they cant do it, then they say their going to charge me for a suspension check up that i didnt approve. Not a good way to run a business.

I hired theses guys for a tow ,they sent the wrong truck for the job ,I. Was estimate at 75$ for 5 miles it turned out to be $95 ,then when they unhook my car they ripped off fender, waiting 2 days to fix ,they didn't do it right ,spoke with hose a ,he said bring to shop he would fix it ,his shop is 38 miles from my home , very shady people from phone girl to hose a, I don't recommend this place
