We found it impossible to obtain the proper hold down screws with the replacement tooling bits, this company went out of their way to order the proper fasteners and send them to us in a timely manner at cost. They fit perfectly and we are very grateful.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AMAZING. HAD A SHIPPING ISSUE WITH POSTAL SERVICE, NOT ONLY WAS IT FIXED BUT REGIS OFFERED ME FREE SHIPPING ON MY NEXT ORDER. THEY ARE ALWAYS A PHONE CALL AWAY!
