I have used this shop for over 10 years. Headliner and front buckets seats in a 95 Jeep Cherokee, headliner in a 98 Chevy Tahoe. Bucket seats with a buddy seat in an 83 Dodge W150 4WD. Rear sun deck on a 98 Chris Craft .Convertible top and front bench seat in a 67 Cutlass, swivel bucket seats and rear seat in a 76 442, Henry made these from the old covers used as a pattern with OEM vintage material from SMS, he said it took 26? separate pieces for each bucket seat. They are a work of art and indistinguishable from the original seat covers. Ray's made new leather seat covers for my Excursion. This is the second leather upholstery job they have done for me. Beautiful stiching, very professional, and pleasant people. I like to keep my cars and trucks in great shape so I'll certainly use them again.

I had a 1988 Cadillac I bought new. It came with a factory option custom top. I had the entire car redone after 31 yeaars service. Ray's did the new vinyl top and all the seals and weatherstripping. I couldn't be happier and have two more cars for them to do next, a 1983 Fleetwood coupe (new top, all new leather interior, and all seals etc) and a 1939 Cadillac. Below is pictured the finished product and one "during". This was a rare factory special edition and he exactly matched the top to the body and even got the correct factory grain.Services: Retrofitting, Antique restoration

This shop did an excellent job replacing the headliner and visor covers on our 1983 El Camino. They matched the original interior color perfectly and worked with 40 year old trim without damaging it. I am just freaking impressed. I would take away half a star, though, for how hard it is to find from the street and lack of signage. Took my car over to Ray s looking to get a half vinyl top the owner took a look at the car and said yes I can do it . So I gave him a $400 deposit couple weeks later I checked with him to see was he able to get the trim for the top no luck he said 6 weeks later I got a phone call from the lady at the desk saying that they can t find the trim but one of there employee found the part at a swap meet and I would have to buy it from him so a couple days later I went to the shop to buy it from him and he said he didn t have it .only a picture from a person he met at the swap meet from Austin so that was a lie . So by now I m not feeling this place so the lady offered to give some of my deposit back because they bought the vinyl without seeing if he could get trim so I had to eat the cost and they didn t show me what they paid for the material just gave me a price unhappy but what can you do.

I had carpet and new Robbins canvas top installed by them and wish to say that that did a better than great job. Great group to work with. Stephen

Don t take your car to rays he cussed me out and ripped me off he lost parts to my car and didn t replace them he didn t do the work I wanted him to do he did what he wanted to do to my car and the work is terrible I have to take my car to a different upholstery shop and have it redone to start with the doors won t shut the rear seats have to be redone he didn t install the wing window handles he didn t install the sun visors he left my car filthy he blamed all of his problems on his employees who quit working for him while my car was there he kept my car for a month he charged me 4450 dollars to screw up my car the bottom line is his work sucked on my car the interior door handle on the driver door doesn t even work it s one of the worst customer experiences I ve ever had in my life I ve turned him in to the better business bureau because of what he s done and he s an habitual liar sincerely Keith Watkins

I would have given a ZERO if there is one. For more than a week, no action take and now asking to take the car back. Worst service provider.

Replaced my sagging headliner in my 2006 SUV at a fair price and it looks factory new! Plus Henry and his staff are very friendly. Highly recommend!!

Exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I'm elated that Auto Casa referred them to me. Explained in detail the diagnosis and the prognosis in such a manner as if I were family....but then again maybe I now am. Thanks y'all! This should be your trusted, go to shop.....it is mine!

This place is great and they are very friendly! They replaced the top on my convertible a few years ago and I'm thinking of using them again for an upholstery repair. I remember them giving me a ride to the car rental place, which was much appreciated

Dropped of 6 seats with leather and seat foam in June. Finally finished in November. Charged $800 more than quoted. Will not use again.Service: Seat rebuildsService: Seat rebuilds
