Went there for a tire waited over 15 mins and no one came over to acknowledge me. I watched cars pull up and get serviced. But I never got serviced so I left!! I felt so disrespected! Never will do business with them!!

This is my only repair shop, I go to Rami's for anything and everything. The guys are very knowledgeable, respectful, friendly and very quick. I have never had to go back for the same issue, I don't just bring my car to them, I also bring my mom's and sister's. I can't recommend them enough.

I was so upset my ac compressor was trying to freeze up and it was so hot out. Alvis stopped what he was doing to take a look at my car. He had no issues getting right to work. And identified the problem in no time at all. Had me in cold air faster than it took to drive there. Very reasonable prices as well. Very nice man. I feel he would never take advantage of me being a woman and be an honest man. I will return for future repairs for sure!!! Thanks

Great honest people. Thought I had an issue with my vehicle, they examined and found nothing wrong with my vehicle. Any other shop would have charged me for some kind of repair even if I didn't need it. They have a customer for life, thanks .

I had my truck towed there at a friend's recommendation on a Saturday morning, hoping that it could be repaired quickly. People didn't show up for work on Monday, so he finally got to look at it Tuesday. He told me that the engine was bad, it had blown out the freeze plugs because the head was cracked or the head gasket was bad. I had had the freeze plugs replaced earlier this year, I knew it wasn't that. After getting it towed home, I looked at it and found the heater hose on top of the engine had burst. (I have gotten older and don't like to do auto repairs anymore.) Needless to say nthe engine is good, but I am out the money for two tows.

I ve had the absolute best experience with the friendliest, most knowledgeable, technician. He always greats me smiling and checks my car completely. I m thankful he figured out what I needed before it turned into a Giant problem.. A man that speaks English, Spanish, and Arabic...I m grateful he works here

The best mechanic and most reasonable rates, waits can be long but I do trust these guys and that says a LOT. They have been very fair and I keep going back. Not fancy but that s ok, I care about results and fair prices and they deliver.

The owner Rami and the guys are great to work with and always takes care of my family's cars. Been coming here for years This is a great place to go for repairs and maintenance. Sometimes hard to get on the phone but that's because this is a busy little place but always gets me going fast.

Anyone who gave a good review about this shop is lying. Very unprofessional, rude, racists and doesn't care to help women. I've tried them twice and had the same outcome each time. They really cant fix cars its all practice for them. Save your money and time and drive right pass this shop.

This is the only place that did my inspection even when they where about to close. I had gone to 4 other places and they all turned me down saying they were already closed. The technician was very friendly and understanding and the whole crew waited around till they were done with me , which by the way did not take long at all! Would very much recommend and return!

Never had no real problems with them they new tires and some Automotive work and inspections I got tires from before never had a problem I had some Automotive Work Well Done once it went okay it's a small place

Every man in here has very bad customer service I go in to get my brake pads replaced which cost me $160 and I feel like I was ripped off because I'm a woman the guy gives me a quote and just walks off totally disrespectful I'm in the middle of washing clothes at the same time so I had clothes in my backseat and I get to my back seat and all my clothes smell like cigarette smoke and the owner wants to sit here and argue with me and kind of just wave me off is totally disrespectful to smoke a cigarette in someone's car I know the difference between someone smoking a cigarette outside and then go into somebody's car but know this person was sitting in my car smoking cigarettes it should have been that strong of a smell I recommend no one use their services because they are rude especially to women

Liars rip off woman its a shame that they tell you something is wrong with your car when its not and over charge you to fix something thats not broke nor the problem I would give them no stars if I could its really ashamed how they take advantage of woman

This is the 2nd time going for an oil change and same results, prior to oil change no oil leaks and after oil change oil leaks leaving a large puddle of oil. After checking found that same oil filter was used and o-ring was not changed causing oil to leak.

Be prepared to feel like you inconvenience them by just showing up. There is no point in even walking in the office no one will greet you or even ask you if you need any help.
