The level of service received by this business is 2nd to none. From the introduction over the phone until picking up my vehicle, I had a strong sense of trust and security. I was treated kindly. The knowledge and professionalism was on point. I was given so much information which helped me to make the best decision for my auto needs. Paul is a man of integrity and did not push for the money, he made sure I had the information I needed about the condition of my vehicle and I had the freedom to choose what to do without being over charged. I really appreciate this level of service. Especially, after inquiring with two other big name franchise shops who quoted me 2x as much to diagnose my vehicle and didn't offer me any insight about the condition of my vehicle based on the symptoms I disclosed about my vehicle. Paul was just a stand up guy from the start and I'm very grateful that I now have a better understanding about the health of my truck and can move forward. Thank you!

Overall, very satisfied. Paul, was very warm and informative. The location is very convenient.Only two possible issues to mention.1. I was supposed to be contacted to pick up my car the same day. I had to wait until the next morning. Under the circumstances this was not a problem, but I suppose it might have been.2. The air pressure in my tires was checked and topped up. One tire was repaired, and the air lift in that tire was substantially less than in the other three so they were unevenly inflated by quite a big difference. Again, not a big problem. But something to pay attention to.

Fantastic service, really good price, and I very much appreciated that they double-checked a very expensive diagnostic that I had been given elsewhere, and found a much more reasonable solution. I will definitely be coming back here regularly from now on!Found Rallye through a friend who was very happy with their service, and recommended them to me.

I never leave someone a 1 star but this place is a scam and if I could leave a negative 5 I would . Don t believe all the positive reviews on here if you look at the credentials of the contributors . This place charged me an enormous amount for the problems that they can t fix . Brought it back after couple days and Paul the front desk person told me we need to charge money since it s something else now . Never encounter a dishonest auto place ever . They refused to fix the problem and come to terms to resolve the issues since they are so incompetent to determine what s wrong with my vehicle in the first place and now they wants more money to fix it again . The 12,000 miles warranty they don t even owned up to it . Be aware of these this place with dishonest and incompetent people working . Please don t waste your money and time here .Service: Engine repair

Paul is an honest and a very friendly man. They never overcharge. I left my car with them for a few days after my power steering broke down. Though the initial inspection felt like it would be 1000s of dollars, they dived deep into the issue and got it resolved in a couple of days for a meager amount. I would recommend anyone around the Richardson area to try them out. Have put in a good word with my friends as well! :)

We had a good friend that recommended Rallye to us a while back and just took our car in for the first time. We were very pleased with the whole process especially since the work was completed sooner than expected at a reasonable price.

We had my car at Rallye for a 90,000 mile checkup, and after they checked, nothing really needed to be done. They did not charge me anything-that was more than fair. I appreciate their honesty and plan to go back when my car does need repair.

Called to ask if I could pickup my proof of inspection as I could not locate the form I was given. The man that I spoke to was extremely rude and condescending, explaining the entire process of getting a renewed registration as if I was five years old, instead of simply offering for me to pickup the form I needed. I may be a young woman but I am also a paying customer and I deserve respect! Will not be returning.

Paul & Scott safely fixed my car as fast as possible considering costs in 2017 Chevrolet Cruze with over 80,000 miles. Gentlemen sounded very patient over the phone, but really weren't. Won't tell me how much the cost for my problem and refused to tell me how long it'll take to estimate the cost, or which day I can best come in for a quick inspection, keep on insisting repeated to come to shop and drop it off for a whole day for a problem I already described clearly over the phone, they just make it very difficult to deal with over the phone and I can't imagine the type of things they will push me to purchase if I were to take my car there. They think they are the only mechanics in town? Noway I'll deal with this type of service in future.

Paul and his team saved me on a hectic Monday by providing fast and efficient service!! Imagine a new momma with her two months old in tow, stuck in a Walgreens parking lot. They were able to quickly fit me in and get me on the road again. I do appreciate their excellent communication and honesty. Great local shop with wonderful people. There s no doubt I will trust them with all my auto needs and recommend them to friends and family!

I am so incredibly impressed with Paul and Scott at Rallye Auto. I had been without my heater in my car for nearly 3 winters bc the dealership told me it would be $$$$ to fix. After a few hours at Rallye and a fraction of what I was quoted previously my heat is back and I have found a new home for auto service! Merry Christmas to me!! Thank you again!

Paul and crew are the best. Used them for my kid's car and they handle him and car perfectly. Good communication. Pleasant to deal with. Make sure you get what you need and not a bunch of extras. Needed to have my brakes replaced. Rallye took in my car and was able to replace within a day and a half without an appointment. Called and confirmed cost of work prior to install and notified me via text and call when ready. They made the process as painless as possible and the cost was very reasonable. I have never experienced such a PLEASANT EXPERIENCE at an auto service business!! Paul, the manager promptly answered my phone call and introduced himself with a kind, attentive, and cheerful voice. I told him I was seeking estimates for 3 items the Honda dealer had recommended. Before I even told him, he named the 3 services! He proceeded to tell me these were not necessary right now and gave me the mileage point they would be necessary. My budget currently is very tight and once I found a business that had the best prices, I was going to do them one at a time in the order of most important. Now that I didn't have to address those at this time, I asked about an item I was planning to put at the bottom of my financial list. My AC had been blowing cool, not cold air and in the 100+ temperatures it has been rather uncomfortable. The price he gave me was less than any one of the 3 items I was budgeting so I made an appointment for this.When I arrived, my car was promptly started on. The time it took for the repair was as Paul promised, and the atmosphere was well-organized and calm. I noticed the several customers who came in while I was waiting seemed to enjoy pleasant exchanges with Paul as someone they knew while he was checking them in. My entire experience was such a joy compared to my previous auto service experiences.
