This is my second time working with them. I ran a flat tyre and they did a fantastic job of not only taking care of the tyre, but they also did oil change. More importantly they are very polite and very friendly folks to deal with. 100% recommend them.

I stumbled upon this place while in search of a good place to have all my rims AND tires changed (urgently) as they were majorly bent from an accident which wore down the tires bad. This place has honest people , a great guy in particular who worked with me and gave me an amazing deal for a four tire four wheel bundle. He got it ready the same day and went out of his way to make sure i was able to leave with a safe , and amazing looking car. The car drives so smooth now and the price for this bundle was unmatched. I think they didn t even charge me for labor because thats how affordable it was. Attached is a picture of how the wheel looks like. I can not recommend enough. Professional , honest people who will give you the best price and help you out in anyway they can. I even asked for their business cards and gave them to my coworkers at work. Highly recommend. I came into this shop and got 8 new tires for my trailer (235/80/16) and 3 new tires for my truck (235/80/17) and these guys hooked it up! Gave me a great deal and better than any price anyone has given me. Be sure to stop by R & S it was a game changer for my business to go get the money d

My wife and I had a blow out in I-35 headed for Oklahoma. Just happened to be near an exit and 1.2 miles from R and S tire store. Had AAA change the flat and drove to R and S and was back on the road in around 15 minutes. Very friendly, very courteous and very reasonably priced. Just good people.Sincerely J. Manley

I had some work done to my front end and I was still having issues with my car. The guy working here was very helpful and explained everything in detail to what was going on. He told me to take it back to the place that did the work and he was correct. The work they did wasn t correct. He also gave me a really good deal on new tires that I had to buy because of the faulty work I had done previously. He could have easily tried to fix the problem and make some money off me but he didn t and he also went out of his way to give me a discount on the tires. Next time I need tires or suspension work I will definitely be bringing my car here.

Highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy place, knowledgeable & very friendly on top of that. We got such a great deal and definitely will be back if we ever need anything done. Absolutely love this place! I needed a set of tires and after driving around many other shops, I came across this one and they treated me like family! I was in and out of there within 45 minutes with a brand new set of tires at a better price than most of the shops that I had gone to before! I highly recommend this place if you re looking for a quick, easy, and fun experience getting your tires or anything like that done to your car.

I came to this shop almost a week ago, but I just had to come back to write this review now that I have the time. That s how much the service at R & S resonated with me. I only wanted to get a single tire replaced, but one of the employees, Omar, pointed out that I actually needed 2 tires replaced. He wasn t trying to upcharge me - he was right. In fact, he worked with me to make the purchase less expensive than it would ve been, and I got 2 NEW tires. After the quick service, I showed him that I also needed my windshield wipers fixed, and he said they d be able to help me with that too. The staff were incredibly quick and friendly. I m not going anywhere else to get my tires changed!

The best tires shop in the area! I ve been here 3 times for different cars and tires were beyond expectations. Very good quality and reliability.Customer service was amazing as well, the staff do care about their customers and making sure the customers leave happy and satisfied! Found another nail or screw in my tire. I ve had a really bad year when it comes to tires for 2023. I m a teacher and found the nail/screw when I got to the campus. I need somewhere that was open earlier in the morning. Luckily these guys were open. They set me up with two used tires. I think I could have asked for a cheaper price, but I appreciated their customer service and friendly behavior. And the fact that they worked pretty fast to get the old ones off and two used ones on. It was Basil and Jr. that helped me out. They re young men working in a family business it seems. I have so much respect for them and what they re doing as a family. I ll be coming back to them if I ever need something done. Thank you gents for helping me out. Best of luck to you guys!

I had the unfortunate experience of having stopped here for a tire replacement. Due to the fact that it was raining and I was unable to find a closer tire shop, I stopped here. The quote they gave me was the most expensive quote I ve received for my tires. As previously mentioned, it was raining and I didn t want to risk driving with a spare tire. After getting the replacement and driving, my car notified me there was a problem with the service stabilitrak 5 miles into driving. I pulled over and looked at the tire that appeared to be USED. After that expensive quote, a tire that had paint drops all over it and was dirty was not what I was expecting. This occurred just a few months ago and now that I have to get a replacement for that tire, I stumbled back across this tire shop. I decided to write a review, especially now that the tire they charged me for is the tire that needs replacement. Would not recommend this place at all. They were unprofessional, expensive, and took advantage of my situation. Not to mention, they charge an extra fee for using a card.

We have 4 drivers and 5 cars in our home so we've had our share of flats living in DFW. I've been coming to R&S for some time and have always been treated well. Basel is a respectful young man that's straight forward and always willing to help out. Anyone who's checked around knows the going rate to patch one nail/screw is $20 and Basel on more than one occasion worked a little with me on the price. I prefer to come here over a retail box store like Discount Tire who's only interest in selling you a tire and not anything else.

I stop by to R&S for all my car needs brakes, rotors, tire s everything! Everyone there is very friendly and helpful, they get the job done efficiently and fast! I highly recommend taking your car here and don t waste your time somewhere else. Ask for Basel he ll get you right!

I have a tire size that is hard to find and when I catch a flat, I usually have to call numerous tire shops to find one. There are about 10 tire shops in the area and this is the only one that had my size. I called first before I headed over and spoke with Jr who was a great listener, he didn t ask me to repeat the 3 min worth of information I gave him and quickly came back confirming the tire was in stock. After I pulled up, it was waiting near the front and by the time I paid for it and used the restroom, my tire was changed and I was in my way!! Thank you!!

I got my Mustangs tires changed before going out of town and dropped the car off to family to take care.Once I dropped it I realized car was pulling towards right so I checked the tires.1- initially they were the wrong size (not recommended for my specific car). Called them immediately and their response was they just showed/sold and put the tires that was initially on my car rather than checking. It was interesting to me how previous car shops messed up judgement effected other one as well rather than actually checking. Then they went on to say this tire size was common as well although once he checked it wasn t on the recommended list. I don t know about cars and was already getting ready for a trip and dropped the car off so I thought it s okay.2- then realized car tires were aired up to 50 (recommended 33) and I thought that s why the alignment was off so didn t think much and I was gonna take them once I was back.3- after we came back we have realized they also left the tires tag on them and once parked I initially didn t see them since they were in the bottom part. Those tags were covering 1/4 th of the tire which explain Ms the lack of friction and alignment issue s. I was okay with going back until I seen that because that is a big hazard.They were really nice and seemed also helpful I m hoping I m the only one with this but I won t go back there since those little details were really important and actually put me in danger while driving on the roads so to me it s unacceptable.

10/10 would recommend I caught a flat on my way to an event and happened to pull over next to the shop, he was able to get me a tire and change it all within 10 min. Best service and place I ve been to, so grateful for their help. If you need a tire or in auto help this is the best place to come to. I ll definitely be back!

Quality work done on my truck. Had a leaking tire, it was patched within 10 minutes of being there. Employees are friendly and answer any questions regarding your vehicle. Will be coming here for future work

Khaled and Alex were great! Highly recommend. Had a bad flat tire and they got me in and out in 10 minutes. Their prices are extremely reasonable for both USED and NEW tires. That s what I call great service! Also they do oil changes , tune ups and battery service.
