After going to 2 inspection centers that was closed when the timings suggested they were open, this inspection station was all professional. This location says they open at 8:00am, but they were open at 7:30 am. Very professional, courteous, helpful and well maintained inspection station. Highly recommend !! I wouldn t go any place else !!

I use this location monthly for our company vehicles. Always friendly and quick! Bring your insurance card and you ll be be in and out. Usually 10-15 minutes total time.

After trying three garages in east Dallas and having them tell me they couldn t do an inspection (1) because the inspector isn t in, or (2) because they were too busy, I tried this place. Extremely courteous and very much lived up to their name. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes (probably less than 10).

Visited this place for the first time this morning, will recommend to any girlies in the area. I know nothing about cars so car maintenance is easy to ignore and gives me anxiety. I walked into this place and immediately was greeted by Sadhi the owner, eased my anxiety instantly. He was very welcoming and warm, the worker that brought my car out was as well. I will definitely be back!

I recently had a very disappointing experience at the car inspection station. I brought my car in for an inspection, but to my dismay, they recorded the wrong mileage. When I called to address the issue, I was met with extremely unfriendly behavior from the inspector, Saady Hussain. Not only was he unhelpful, but he also had the audacity to suggest that I fix their mistake myself. As a result of their negligence, my carfax report now shows a mileage discrepancy, which could potentially impact my vehicle value and credibility. I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism and customer service exhibited by this station and will be seeking resolution elsewhere. I strongly advise against trusting them with your vehicle inspections.I will appropriate action and file complaint to Texas Department Of Motor Vehicles.

Go to place for state inspections. Simply hassle free. I was greated when I entered and with in minutes I was asked for insurance details and guy there took care of my car inspection. Although it was bit crowded at the time of my arrival and like everyone else I had to wait a bit, my car was inspected in under 20 mins. The attendant was kind and volunteered information on how to use the inspection and get the car registered.

I have been coming here for the past three years or so, ever since my favorite car inspection place in Plano closed due to construction issues. All three visits have been quick. The team here is friendly and efficient. Despite there being three others waiting when I arrived, I was still out in less than 15 minutes. I hate having to get my car inspected each year, but Quix makes the process tolerable -- so easy and fast, and waiting area is comfortable.

Have had a great experience every year bringing our cars here for inspection. Always very quick and no issues trying to upsell anything unnecessary. I think the longest I've ever waited here is 30 minutes with 4+ people in front of me. This morning at 8:30am I'm the only one here (the Google estimated busy-ness is very accurate!).

If you're looking for something luxurious this may not be the place, but if you don't have all day and need an inspection without someone trying to sell you $1k of services you didn't ask for - this place is the jam. I didn't really believe them when that said 20 min while people were in the waiting room but was quite pleased with the turn time. Very highly recommended!

Ok, all of the 5 star reviews are totally warranted. I dread getting my car inspected every year and so I kept postponing going in. I finally did it and I don t know what my issue was!! I was in and out in 15 minutes. Everyone that worked there was very nice too. Highly recommend, especially if you re only needing an inspection.

This was so easy! I arrived slightly before 11am on the second to last day of the month with 4 people/cars in front of me in line and I still only waited about 30 minutes until my car was done. They asked for my insurance and car key when I walked in. Also, the AC works in the waiting room. Highly, highly recommend!

Helpful staff, they get right to business and get my vehicle inspections completed quickly.I had an issue with my O2 sensor, they explained why it happened and what I can do to fix it in language I understand.This place is great.

I am an independent contractor and transport vehicles across the country. I called to have my truck inspected and was told to come right in. As soon as I arrived, the guy doing the inspection said he would inspect this time, but to never come again. Now the inspection lasted less than five minutes. I was told that $7 isn't enough for the time it takes to inspect a commercial vehicle. What? It took less than five minutes!

I saw the good comments so I went here for my state inspection. Everything went smoothly. They took care of my low coolant also. I love how after the inspection, they park my car in a way so that the driver door is right next to me.
