If I could give minus 3 stars I would. This place was supposed to change my oil & flush power steering. They only empty & the fluids & clean the case.I was like dude no way you could have done both in less than 10 minutes. I was correct..This place will cut corners.. I had to get them to recap my steering & engine off.Poor business & service at this location.Negative-

Would not come here. I came awhile back and they forgot to put my radiator cap back on before I drove off. I drove off and my engine overheats and locks up. They offer to put in a new engine and radiator for free. Just went to another auto shop and found out it s not a brand new engine at all. My car never drove the same after this and had to replace almost everything under my hood due to their mistake. Very sketchy owner, don t appreciate being lied to. Even printed a fake receipt that says new engine replacement on it because they didn t have the receipt that they bought a new engine. Figuring out how to take legal action with all the proof I have now.

No integrity or morals. The manager/owner hosts a scam class probably before you even get hired to make sure you can tell the right lies on spot. This is the place that tells you lies so that they can up-charge you. And when they bring the manager out, he will lie to you as well. The manager is more than likely a family member by the way. When you actually find out the truth a call back, he will tell you NO ONE FORCED YOU TO DO ANYTHING .. Admitting that they gave you false information, and that it was your choice.

Got an inspection and tires changed. I liked this place. It's simple and humble and they seemed to try to get me the best prices for what I needed. Professional and transparent. Definitely better than going to my dealership. Will change rating if anything changes.

Top notch service. My dad and I didn t even make it out the truck before David was at our aid. He helped us out if the old truck we bought and helped us into the office. He knew exactly what we needed because he too had a similar older model truck so he was able to teach us a thing or two. Glad we stopped there. Definitely taking all our vehicles there from now. Thanks again David.

Moe did an excellent service and job on my SUV. I did not have an appointment and came in very close to when they close as well and Moe did not mind and helped me regardless. The perfect definition of 5 stars and In-N-Out. I will continue to come to this establishment and especially Moe for being great!

This place is awesome. I had a flat tire emergency right before they closed, and they plugged my tire and got me back on the road so that I could get home (45 minutes away). Awesome service. Saved me a lot of time and money!

Only one star cause you can't put 0. I pulled up and told them I believe I need a patch cause my tire has been low every day. A hole was plugged and I thought I was good until going to work the next morning and my car was sitting on the rim. The guy did not inspect the whole tire. After losing my composure with them they finally gave me my money back.

THEY TOOK MY MONEY WITHOUT DOING THE REPAIRS ON MY CAR! They told me one price but when I got to the shop they changed me a higher price! How do my brakes look like this if I got them done in March??

My drain plug was stripped Moe took it off and Fixed it with a new drain plug and did my oil change as well saved me $550 dollars. Thank you Moe this place definitely recommend.

Went for a standard oil change and state inspection on my way home from work.They STOLE money from me; they charged more than what the invoice said was due. My husband and I have been coming here with All of our cars as they have ALWAYS been so good to us! Although, this last time I went In I left a bit disappointed, Moe is the employee that was helping me which I have never met before. I simply went in for a oil change and left paying almost 400 for other services he said was needed! i felt as if i wasn t a regular customer this time. We love this place and wouldn t go anywhere else but from now on i know to ask for my usual person David! He has never let us down and we are 6 cars in with them! Highly recommend if you ask for the right person

I m a younger person who a lot of mechanics have taken advantage of and charged super high prices for things; this place is not like that. The guy I spoke to and who handled my car was professional and transparent. I originally came here for an oil change but he showed me inside my car that I do not need one yet. He looked at the other fluids and found I needed a new filter and offered me a good price for it. I am grateful for transparency in a world that has such twisted mechanics.

When I went to get an oil change, they didn't screw my cap all the way and was leaking oil so had to go back to get it fixed. Then went back later to get another record of the oil change and said they never did it so I suspect they deleted my entry. They don't submit to carfax too. I went to Quick Lube Shop on Alpha Rd for a state inspection. The Arab worker told me that my brake pads are metal to metal and he did not take off the tire. He quoted me a price $120 for labor. I replied, No. He failed my inspection he took forever completing my failed inspection. My brakes was not making any sounds.The place is A SCAM. He wanted me to wait in the lobby. I was watching his every move dealing with my car. I still had to pay for a failed inspection. WILL NOT BE GOING THERE ANYMORE. He tried to get extra $$$ during this difficult times. I was reading the reviews some people encounter the same situation like I did when I went to go get a state inspection from these guys. BEWARE OF A SCAM!!!. Get a 2nd opinion .

I went to get my rear brake pads replaced since I found a Groupon for a great price. The guys at the shop were very friendly and attentive. One of the guys told me the service would take about 2 hours due to them having to order and wait for the parts. While I was waiting about 4-5 cars showed up and they took care of all of them very quickly. They finished in about an hour and even drove my car to make sure everything was good. I went inside to show Groupon and was on my way in no time. I will be coming back.Service: Brakes

Had a great experience here, 1st time visit since the last shop took advantage. Great customer service, very understanding about what I needed and WASN'T taken advantage of because I'm female. Love this crew! Will be back for all my car needs. Thanks Keny!

Went for a state inspection and they flush the brake oil that I had changed a few months prior, while I waited and charged $89.99 for it! Don t trust this place. You change brakes oil every 50,000 miles, I had only run 9,000 more miles it s imposible it didn t have oil!
