I give ProSpeed 5 shiny stars, My 500SL Mercedes has been kept well thanks to those great Technicians. It s 24 years old. I ve driven 378,000 so far. That beauty loves to run. They will take very good care of your precious vehicle.

I have know Arnold for more than 6 years. He is one of the best mechanics I know. Have been servicing my cars with him for as long as I can remember. He troubleshoots issues quickly and will not recommend fixed just for the sake of fixing. His charges are reasonable and is always a pleasure to talk to. Mike and Arnold are great I have recommended them to others and they took care of my referrals.Thanks for all the hard work and for keeping my cars running :-)

Arnold is easily the best mechanic for your older Mercedes Benz if you're located in the Dallas area. Honest and very cost friendly. He has stories for days and most of his customers are return clients. Same location for the last 30+ years.

I dropped my Mercedes Benz to Arnold in October 2018. The whole time he couldn t fix my car . Instead of keeping my updated about car and pricing to fix. He just assume that i was on a budget and i never told him about a budget. I sent my car that to get repaired meaning i must needed my car fixed. I patiently wait for Arnold to fix me car. But every time i went there it was a excuse why it wasn t fixed. I bought the car for $1000. And had already invested another $1000 on parts. I had to recently sell my car as junk for $300. When i arrived with the tow truck Arnold was yelling and Claiming i own him money and he wanted his parts he claim he put on my Car. Which was a lie . Finally, he say I ll buy it but i was just not interested anymore in the car due to his irresponsibility. Thanks for wasting my time and wasted $1700 out of my pocket. Don t take your car here for major work

This is the only place that I take my Mercedes, and to do so I make the 3 hour drive from Abilene. Arnold and Michael are top notch mechanics that will do everything to make sure they are doing a proper repair not just replacing parts. Last year they replaced the head-gasket seal on my C36 AMG, as well as engine and transmission mounts - flawless work. My 22 year old car has never run better. Recently, I made the long drive to have them replace the fan clutch and thermostat on the same car. They worked with my schedule and had me in and out in under 2 hours (including ordering the parts!) I highly recommend!

I hate writing reviews that are negative as I am an extremely positive person. To sum things up do not ever take any of your automotive repairs here. Lies, wastes of time, disappointment, and utter stupidity are sure to follow. The issue is with the leadership , and how to treat customers as well as general repair knowledge . I have been in the DFW area for 20 years and never had a shop be such a basket case as this run...... Take your auto repair somewhere else and fast.

They know their Mercedes inside and out. I had a major problem where 2 other Mercedes "specialist" were saying that I had to get a new engine and transmission.They pin pointed the issue and saved me thousands in not having to get those high price parts replaced.

These guys are good. I took my car to the dealer and they wanted two times more than these guys charged me. They also showed me somethings I should be watching in the future. Service as good as the dealer at half price.

Very knowledgeable about Mercedes and honest. Made sure I understood the financial responsibility of the vehicle instead of just taking my money like most car salesman.

HORRIBLE PLACE TO DO BUSINESS!!! My husband and I were going to purchase a vehicle from here, had everything planned and we were going to drive SIX HOURS AWAY to pick it up, and we were told that they sold the truck two days ago. Then they claimed that they "tried" to contact my husband, WHICH THEY NEVER DID, and didn't seem to care one bit.THIS PLACE IS DOWNRIGHT HORRIBLE. DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. If I recall, this is NOT how you do business with anyone, and I will be sure to tell everyone we know how they gave us their "word" on keeping the vehicle for ONE week until we could get down there, and they turn around and sell it and then they can't even take the time to tell us they did. Horrible people, horrible place of business.

Great. The mechanics are great. Extremely friendly and personable. Incredible people. Obviously very trustworthy which is what you need most in a mechanic. I'd definitely recommend.
