Bad place not recommended it at all ,they did transmission service on my son's Camaro,hate to said but they lost a good customer ,not only l took one car there for oil changes ,but l used to take all my others 4 cars lm very up sad .

I ve been here in the past and great service, this time around I did not feel like the service was good this was due to various services recommended when I had them done a month ago and none of my information was put in the system correctly nor was I asked for the oil type I wanted as usual.

If you want good service don't go here I just went there to get the oil changed for my 2020 Chevy Silverado paid 127.00 which I don't mind paying but when the service is horrible not at all a good price and they forgot to put my cabin filter in the truck and the only reason I found that out was because they didn't place the glove box back in properly and it fell off and get there the guy looks at it and ask where is the cabin filter layed out on the floor and no telling if they did change other filter went back and was leaking oil the guy said oh that happens nothing I can do next time have your husband change it for you .... Very rude and unprofessional I will never go there again

Took my car today for a fast oil change. Told them only to change the oil, don't touch nothing else. This guy come and start giving me a list of things that needs to be done to my car. Now the check engine light is on. Unbelievable!!!Regarding Owner's response:I can understand checking the other fluids and parts of my car,. But I specifically told the employees not to touch or perform any other thing to my car. If they HAD to peform such tasks, they were supposed to tell me and give me the option to stay or leave. That I can accept. But having warned and do it without my consent is totally unacceptable.As per the check engine light, no thanks, my mechanic will check it.

Car inspection here yesterday. Did a great, rapid job. Plenty of inspectors on staff. They said if they are open, there is an inspector there - which I ve found is not the norm at some places.

Wow! Talk about quick! I went to have an oil change and got there at 8:28AM, it is now 8:45AM and I am back in the comfort of my own home, with one less worry of an oil change. These guys really know how to speed things along. You get there. They ask you what you need and it's an oil change so I go with semi-synthetic Man by the time I finish speaking and then go have a cigarette they're done. I mean before the cigarettes is done. They're done. Great place to go. I don't have

Great Customer Service. The entire staff is helpful, and the work they do is always as described, (on point). Jason always greets us, even if he isn't our attendant. They'll let you know what other services are recommended for your vehicle during your visit, it's up to you to get them done. Overall all around good services.

Came here to get a State Inspection. They made an error on the paperwork so I had to come back. They had to redo the Inspection but didn t charge me a dime. In addition they prioritized the re-inspection and showed me why the mistake was made. Overall very fast & professional service.

Jason and the rest of the team are fast, courteous, and above all else honest. The oil changes happen with amazing speed. Beyond this, they are well versed in minor repairs and give honest triage advise on more involved engine failures. We often recommend them to friends and family.

I understand pandemic times have is all stressed out and in edge. I thought there was a mandatory mask for business, so i felt safe finally getting my oil changed. I pulled in to see two workers not masked. I tell myself, maybe because they are outside and I'm allowed to stay in my car, etc etc.I pull in and crack my window, and all for an oil change. He tells me he won't be able to hear me unless i too me window down all the way. Doesn't make complete sense to me, but i comply as I'm wearing a mask and we are 6 ft apart. Once my window it's down he leans towards me, which means i have to awkwardly lean into my car to maintain distance. After hearing what i needed, he asks me to pop my hood. I do so and roll me window up and begin to look for the mileage to tell the next technician.The second technician tells me he either had to lean in over me to get the information he needs, or I'm welcome to wait in the waiting room or outside in the bay. I'm considering my options, while wondering what other information he needs, decide I probably feel okay stepping out of my car and waiting away from them outside, when the second technician says "if you're afraid of covid, you might as well wait for this whole thing to be over".Like as though there was no way I could expect to safely get an oil change at his location and might as well go home.I was shocked, I told them to close my hood, and I won't be coming back ever again.We clearly had different levels of what we felt were safe, but at no time did I insult their lack of safety protocols (also because i don't know how often they sanitize etc), so why he felt the need to insult me I have no idea. There wasn't a line, I wasn't taking a long time to do anything, it was totally unnecessary.Rude.

A little too pricey for a oil change . For my Dodge ram 1500 Eco diesel I was charged $175.00 I think that s just a little too high .

Good service, very quick. Got in and out in about 15 mins. As soon as I got in, about 5 guys came out and started to work on my car. Guys checked tires, air filter, cabin filter. Even came out and showed me the old and new filters that they were installing, to prove that they were installing the new ones. Good team environment from my brief stay. They did tried to sell me on a fuel injection, I declined but will come back if i see that I need it after some research. Total for my first visit was $160. A little pricy, but quick and convenient.

The guys that work at Pro QuickLube are very professional and quick. They explained to me all that was needed with my oil change along with the price. Thanks for great customer service. It's hard to find these days.

I really think I got covid from this place. Literally after getting an oil change there on a Saturday, by Sunday I had symptoms. So many red flags as in no masks, no gloves, smoking on the bay had triggered me but I had been avoiding my oil change so long I had to get it done. I think I got it from typing my debit card digits on their card reader because as soon as I touched I had regret it. Even their sanitizer felt unsanitary. Wont ever come here again, even after this pandemic is over.

These guys are always top-notch... I am always in and out of their very quickly. It is nice to make this a quick stop on my way to wherever I'm going. They also have very helpful recommendations and the employees there are very helpful and patient...

I always go to quick glue for my oil change Jason is wonderful he works there and always helps me been going there just for him to work on my car for over 10 years everyone there is nice and polite never had any trouble in and out oil changes quick as possible love it thank you Jason so much for all your help

Terrible customer service.When I pulled into the lane for service I informed the servicer that my windshield fluid had not been filled at my last visit nor had my tires been checked (as checked off on the service forms). Before I could finish the sentence he responded "yeah, ok pop your hood." Things go along as normal and one of the guys comes over to my window to give me the total. I verified once again that everything had been done and he responded yes. I'm driving home and my oil sensors are still flashing. Why? My mileage wasn't reset.I called the shop to alert Jason, who said he was the manager. I alerted him of the situation and his response was " well ma'am I didn't do it. Which quickly turned into an argument. I responded by telling him as the manager I was alerting him of the problem. He then says "well I didn't feel like I had to (in reference to resetting the meter).I've been going to the same Pennzoil for the past two years. Well I won't be back for sure after this incident.

After my wife s SUV basically gave an emergency oil change message upon her arrival to her Dallas office, I drove down from flower mound to take care of that while she was at work. Due to the virus situation, typical places for oil changes were closed or extremely busy. This place got me in right away tho! After changing my mind at the last moment to use my Apple Pay app on my phone, I left my wallet accidentally and had come back 10 minutes later to see that the staff had held onto it and was waiting for me..... #HellYeah
