This place doesn't look like much from the road, but they made my buying experience so good it makes me want to go back and buy another car. The finance manager was nice enough to go over my credit with me and explain what was good and bad and how to handle future situations. He gave me a number, I came in with a check and the keys to my trade-in and he gave me the keys to my new car. The car was spotless. They had shined it up to look better than new. The day before I noticed a small crack in one of the taillights. When I came back the next day to pick it up it was completely replaced. They do all of the work for you. Just drive away and they call you when your plates come in and you come back and they put them on. No need to deal with title transfers or registration. They handle all of that. I know the kind of reputation that Harry Hines car dealers have, so I was skeptical, but they were completely professional and courteous and they treat everyone with equal respect.

The dealership is quick, clean, really friendly and helps you get into the car you want. I honestly didn't expect the service I got here, and they blew me away! And the cars they have are amazing! As well as the prices!! Definitely recommend. Mitch and Rosie are tons of help and run this company very well.

I have to agree with the other's that have posted before me and say these folks seriously lack the professionalism and attention to detail needed to earn your business. Having prior experience in the automotive service business and above average mechanical ability, I was able to identify some of the the mechnical faults they were not willing to disclose. I basically purchased the vehicle knowing I was going to have to work on it to make it right. The average consumer with no mechanical ability would have been upset and faced with several very costly repairs.The reason for my low rating is based soley on customer service and integrity. Seeing them straggle in two hours late for our appointment, then waiting another two hours for the vehicle to arrive did little to instill confidence in the sale. They were clearly unprepared and disorganized. Small details of things promised at the time of sale have yet to come to fruition after the sale, my expectations are low. It's been two months since the sale and I have yet to receive license plates and registration. After reading another review, I am seriously questioning the carfax I was given and will be doing some further investigation.I hate to discredit anyones reputation, but it's obvious youth and inexperience are to blame here. Don't just take my word for it, go by and see for yourself. Spend some time with these guys and see if your intuition tells you the same thing mine did.

Hey I don't work here but i can say they kicking up there body shop work 100%. From a year ago to today I think they upgraded a lot and are doing amazing. I would buy a car from here they have amazing, and affordable viechles. They beat other dealers in looks and in performance.

Purchased a Nice Lifted silverado from them at a very competitive price. Ac compressor went out a couple weeks later and they insisted on fixing it for me. I have since then sent 2 family friends to purchase vehicles from them as well. I recommend giving them a shot, they have the best prices and are honest.

Regret this purchase. It's been two months and I can't get anyone to help me. I've left message after message trying to get help. My paper plates are expired and I still haven't received my plates/title and because of that I can't get my registration. They rarely answer their phones or their phone answering machine is full. If they do answer they will never call you back.Two months into driving the car and The check engine light came on telling me the car needs new catalytic converters. Bad experience. Next step is a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and the Texas Attorney General.

Can it give it negative stars?Sold us an EXTRA warranty on the truck that wasn't even legit. Not even 45 days later transmission left us stranded. Shop that fixed transmission also foung the motor mount wasn't attached on the driver side and broken, so in other words and illegal inspection was passed. Now they want to split repair cost?? How about paper work should have been done correctly and the original inspection done should have found these issues especially the motor mount. Review all complaints and Facebook reviews. I'm also going to file a complaint with the Dallas DA, BBB, TXDOT & let all of their lein holders know who they are working with. If you love your family - don't put them @ risk by riding in a car from here.

Bought a boat from and he promised it had thousands of dollars of service work done and included cover. When came to pick up boat he magically could not find the cover and promised to mail it out. Months later he was still ignoring our calls and never came through with the cover. Talked to Mastercraft where the service work was done and the thousands of dollars in reality was just under $400. Not impressed and have given him multiple opportunities to make up for it.

AJ is a conman!! Mitchell is a liar and hustler pass it up and go somewhere else RUN!!! I've filed my court papers just waiting for them to be served has to be the worst car lot in dallas along with dorsha on Loop 12 i do not advise any one to buy a car here... Save yourself the trouble! I had trouble within 30 days of buying mitchell told ne to get a estimate theyll take care of it afterwards he stop taking my calls even the credit people told me they have issues witb them all i ask is for them to do the labor and I'll buy the parts and still blew me off FRAUDS!!

My Wife and I have purchased 3 cars from Primetime motors. 1st was our 04 honda accord drives great and still on the road.2nd was our 05 jeep Grand cherokee (power steering went out since purchase but Primetime motors covered the repairs in full.)lastly was our most recent purchase (june 4th) we decided to finance a car. a 2007 Chevrolet Tahoe LTZ we had 4k down but couldnt get approved threw a bank due to medical bills and bad credit, but Mr. Mitchell In house financed us with Zero intrest!Great guys, honest people, I am a lifetime customer.Recommend any first time car buyers here. Honest and Professional.

Worst company. Suggest you go to some one else. They flat out lied to us about everything including the car fax. Car broke down when we left to get gas not even 10 min as we left. Plus they inspected it and said everything ok. Told my son to take a gey it re inspected and if it fails like I know it will. I will be filing with government on falsifying inspection.

Very honest and straight forward we dealt with victor answered all our questions and told us everything small and big Nothing to hide not pushy and made us feel very comfortable. Something we haven't seen in car salesmen in a long time would recommend to try them

Can I give this place a ZERO? Kevin CONFIRMED a car was available, I asked again "Are you sure it's there, hasn't sold?" -- 'Yes come on in'. I get there and what do you know, it was sold a week ago. Stay away from these liars.

This place gave absolutely excellent service for me I had very poor credit had been told no for financing everywhere els..I mean everywhere and this place was able to get me approved for a really nice Cadillac CTS-v the process was easy fast and no hassle on anything nobody pressure me to do any paperwork just very helpful and laid back ..great experience will definitely come back for another car from here and will send all friends here !

Bought a 350z first month had problems 2nd month back in the shop by the 6th month I was tired of getting stuff fixed on it traded it in with chevy of Dallas never again will I buy from these ppl

They were extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. ESPECIALLY mitchel. They gave us incorrect information on deposit policies and then tried to keep part of our deposit.
